The Seed Gene

This morning I
would like to continue with our study of this Great Message of Christ Revealed in His Own Word. This
is number 40 in our study. Wednesday
night we covered a thought from paragraph 27 where Brother Branham said, that seed keeps coming on down, and you come
the nature of one from way back. Notice he never said you come the
nature from way back, but “you come the nature of one way back,”
and we know that all men either came from Adam or the Serpent. Either
one or the other. And so which one is it, and how do we know. That is what we
want to talk about this morning. In order to illustrate this principle, Brother
Branham pointed out to us that Levi was credited for paying tithes while he
was still in the loins of Abraham, and
therefore what Abraham did, was also attributed to Levi. He further stated that
if we have Eternal Life then we had to be in Christ Jesus when He died and was
raised from the dead, because He was the Fullness of the Godhead bodily. And so with this in mind let’s examine this
thought this morning by the Scriptures.
Now, Wednesday night we began to examine this thought by Scripture
and we found that this principle of God had some beneficial and not so
beneficial aspects involved with them.
̃ [Exodus 20:2-5] visiting the iniquity of
the fathers to the children down 3-4 generations.
̃ [Deut 5:9] But notice that this promise
concerns them that hate God.
̃ [Numbers 14:17-20] The Lord will
forgive, but you still can not escape your punishment. NIV “The Lord is slow to
anger, abounding in Love and forgiving sin and rebellion. Yet He does not leave
the guilty unpunished; He punishes the children for the sin of the fathers to
the third and fourth generation.”
Now, in using Brother Branham’s illustration we also want to point
out that this is not a negative thing. every thing God does is a blessing to
one while a curse to others. And so we read from the Message [Faithful Abraham] where brother Branham
said, “When Levi was in the loins of Abraham, when Abraham paid tithes to
Melchisedec, the Bible reckoned Levi paying tithes. How ought you people to
live. If your sins are visited to the children, what about your Blessings?”
In other scriptures we find Jesus speaking to the Pharisees about
this same subject.
̃ [Matt
23: 29-33] Now notice that Jesus speaks first of the fathers of these
Pharisees as having been the ones who killed God’s Prophets and then Jesus say
to them, “Fill ye up the measure of your fathers”. Now what do you
suppose He meant by that? The word fill that He used here is a Greek word,
pleroo (play-ro’o) which means to “carry into effect or to bring into
realization.” And so we see
that Jesus is giving these men a little biology lesson. And what is that? The Law of Reproduction, [Genesis 1:11] “Let every seed bring forth after
it’s kind.”
̃ [Matt 12:30-37] Esp. verse [34] O generation of vipers! in other
words Jesus said, “O lineage of serpents.” Or “O Seed of the Serpent.” the word generation here is a Greek word
which means “that which is begotten from” and of course the word viper is a
Greek word echidna which is addressed to wicked men as being offspring of
vipers. More importantly we also see
Jesus use a double term in addressing these serpent seed in [Matt 23:33] Paul used the same word for
serpent in addressing the devil having deceived Eve in [2 Cor 11: 3-5] and notice also that in verse [5] Paul describes these false apostles as being very smooth and
refined.
[2 Cor 11:2-5] These are
the three main deceptions, wrong Gospel,
Spirit and Jesus. And yet it
comes by those super fine apostles. vs. 5 chiefest apostle {Wuest calls them super-fine, NIV calls them Super apostles, Amplified
calls them “Precious extra-super false apostles.”} And false they are
because Paul further tells us in verse [13-15]

̃ [John 8:38 - 47] I do what My Father shows me and you do what
your father shows you.
̃ Now in going back
to [Matt 23: 29-33] we also see
Jesus use the term Fill ye up the measure of your Fathers. At this point we know that to fill up is to actually carry
into effect or to bring into realization.” In other words, to bring into manifestation just exactly what life
is in the seed.
The word measure here is a Greek word, Metron which simply means
“a
standard in which to place judgment.”
And so we see in [Matt 7:2]
That is why we hear Jesus warn the people about hearing the Gospel from false
Apostles in sheep’s clothing. Because after all if they hear the Gospel in a
way which is measured out wrong, then they will not receive the correct
measure. Right?

& [Mark 13:22] & [Luke 6:26] & [Acts 6:26] & [2 Peter
2:1-3] & [1 John 4:1] We are
commanded to try them, put them to the Word test to see whether they are doling
out the correct measure of the Word for this day.
̃ [Mark 4:24]Now it is not just what you
hear but in what manner you hear it as Jesus also said in [Luke 8:18] where says take heed how you hear! By
what manner you hear or in what way you hear.
Now what we are looking at here is that we are ordained to
receive this Word in the way God brings
it, or we are ordained to reject it. If we are God Seed we will believe and if
we are not we will reject it. It’s that simple. But what the devil does to try
and stir up the matter and make it to appear complicated, is that he brings in
men who say almost the same thing, but remember, “One Word off is Satan’s kingdom.”
And it’s that close but the Elect will not be deceived as we know.
̃ [Acts 13:48] As many as were ordained to
Eternal Life Believed. There’s your evidence of the Holy Spirit baptism and
being a Seed of God. Not only did He ordain His Seed to believe, but He also
ordained that word to bring forth His own Mind-set in His Children.
̃ [1 Cor 2:7] Glory is doxa, opinion,
assessment and judgment of God. And if God ordained children to receive His
mind, then there had to be others who would not.
̃ [Jude 1:14] In [1 Tim 5:12] we are told that this condemnation comes because of
leaving the Truth. And the reason they
leave the truth is because they can not rightly discern the Truth from a lie
and those who tell the truth from those who lie. [1 Cor 11:34]
̃ And of course the
attribute of Satan as we spoke on Wednesday night is that he can not rightly
divide the word. And neither can his seed. As brother Branham said, , that seed keeps coming on down, and you come
the nature of one from way back. [Gen 3: 6-7] Septuagint = “If thou doest well,
shalt thou not be accepted. Thou has rightly offered but thou hast not rightly
divided.” And we know that there are three musts in handling the Word
of God.
1.
Misplace
2.
Dislocate
3.
misinterpret
Now actually we are getting a little ahead of ourselves in this
message here because actually in paragraph 72 Brother Branham gets more into
detail of this. So for now I will let it pass, but just to show that we are in
continuity of what His thoughts are here. Remember in paragraph [27] brother Branham said, Satan
can impersonate any kind of a gift that God's got, but he cannot bring that Word,
word by word. That's where he failed in the garden of Eden; that's where
he's always failed. That's where them... The tape on false anointed ones or
anointed ones...

And so we see here that he ties the false anointed ones with Satan
even as Jesus did through seed.
̃ [Gen 3:14-15] Here we find God placing
enmity between the Serpents seed and God’s seed. So we see that the serpent has
a seed. No one can not say there is not a Serpent seed because the scripture
plainly expresses this. And remember, the serpent was Satan incarnate as we see
in [Rev 12:9 & 20:2]
̃ [Matt 13:37 - 43] Here we see again that
Satan has a seed and God has a seed. Notice that there are two types of
children in His field which is His Kingdom. Those which the Son of Man sewed
and those which the Devil sewed. The Ones which the devil placed there will be
gathered up and taken out but I want you to take special notice of the
attribute which is used to express them in the words, “Those who offend”.
Now the word offend is a Greek word, Skandalon in which we get
our word scandal. It means a stumblingblock, and is the removable stick or trigger
in a trap. In other words, it is
an impediment that causes one to stumble
or fall. It is then any person or thing which is used to entrap
and draw others into sin. Which is none other than the seed of
discrepancy which the word discrepancy simply means to sound differently. And
so that is what we shall find in our study today.
̃ 2 Peter 2: 12-14 Cursed Children. In Numbers we read that
God tells Balaam that he can not curse what God has blessed. If God is the same
and changes not, then these children Paul is speaking of have never been under
the blessings of God. Because had they then Paul could not call them cursed
children. But these are children of the curse. Notice as we read further the
attributes that lies within these children. [15-22]
̃ [Eph
5:6-8] Children of disobedience vs. children of light. What brings the
wrath of God down upon the children of disobedience? Deception through vain
words. endeavors, labor and acts which result in nothing.
Now, remember, Brother
Branham said, “It's the inside. Now, remember, Jesus said. "All the Father
has given Me, will come to Me. No man can come except My Father draws him
first." Now, we taken through the
lesson to show that you were in your great, great, great grandfather all the way back, physically speaking.”
̃ Now it all boils
down to this...[1 John 4:6] He that is of God can not help but to hear
the correct Word from the correct conduit. And if you are not of God then you
can not hear it no matter how hard you may try, it will still be foreign to you
what is being said.
̃ [John 6:28-29] They wanted to know what the works of God were and Jesus told
them to believe Whom God sends.
̃ [John 3: 18-21] again we see this word
condemnation which can only come to those who are not of God and have not their
source, their seed life from God.
[1 John 3:9] You can not
wander from the path of righteousness because God’s Seed remains in you and if
God’s seed is His Word according to [Mark
4:14] then if His Word is in you how can you be deceived? It is totally
impossible. And that is what keeps us and gives us discernment over the devil.
