If you have truly repented, you don’t go back

Wednesday night we looked at paragraphs 59-62 of Christ Revealed in His Own Word, and we spent most of our time looking at one simple thought that brother Branham made. Now this thought might have been a simple one but we have come to know that it is in those simple thoughts where God abides, for God hides Himself in simplicity. So let’s begin this morning again by reviewing this thought as we begin by reading from paragraph 59...

[59] Now, let's just see how this Bible was written. Now, say for instance, from... What if we went now and took sixty-six medical books that deals with the body, wrote by forty different medical schools, a hundred and sixteen--or sixteen hundred years apart? Wonder what kind of continuity we'd come up with? When George Washington, our president... About two hundred years ago for pneumonia they pulled his toenail out and bled him a pint. What if we took... Let's go a little further on some things that we so attracted to today; that's science. What if we took forty different science from--sixteen hundred years apart and see what we'd come up with? A French scientist three hundred years ago proved by science, by rolling a ball, that if any terrific speed was obtained over thirty miles an hour, the object would leave the earth and fall off. You think science would ever refer back to that? Is any continuity with that now, when they drive down the street on the road here, hundred and fifty miles an hour? See? But he scientifically proved that by the pressure of the ball rolling across the ground, that at thirty miles an hour, that any object would lift up off the earth and go away, fall off in space.

Brother Branham is telling us that science has changed tremendously in what they think and notice he said, once they realized they were wrong, they will never refer back to what was wrong. Now that is repentance. What is repentance? A change of the mind, right? And yet we hear brother Branham tell us that science, when they realize they were wrong, he said they will never refer back to it. Look at Medicine. when George Washington lay dying of pneumonia, they pulled out his toe nails because at that time they thought to cure pneumonia, they had to bleed you a pint. But would they do that now? No way! They’ve changed their minds about that. They have repented of that understanding and they will never go back to it. Not that they have it right yet. Because they still want to bleed something, only today it’s your wallet, and not your toenails that they bleed for all it’s worth..

Now we know that repentance is to change your mind, which means, once you change your understanding of something, you never go back to that way of thinking again. Science is willing to repent, Medicine is willing to repent. But why isn’t the Church willing to repent?

From [Testimony on the Sea 62-0720] “We know the revival's over. Everyone knows that. I predicted that back in '56 when it would start ending. Billy Graham come back, and Tommy Osborn, and them. I said, "This is it. America will receive it or reject it this year." And they rejected it. We're nothing waiting but judgment. Now, you mark that down and see if Brother Branham's right or not. That's THUS SAITH THE LORD. We're headed for it, and we're going to pay for what we've done. We got too much glamour in the church, and Hollywood and everything. God's sick and tired of it. The last one will come in after while, and that'll be it.”

And so you see, it’s over for America and for the World. You can’t go any further West or you are in the East again. And we know that “It shall be light about the evening time,” and we know that the light, the S.U.N. set’s in the West and not in the East. And as the S.U.N. rises in the East and set’s in the West, so did the S.O.N. (the Word of God) came forth first in the East and now the Appearing of Christ which is the Word manifested in flesh among us in a Prophet) comes at the end-time in the West. It’s all over. we’re just waiting for that last one to come in and be child trained. It could be in now, and it’s a matter of the child training to happen. I don’t know. But it is later than we think. The only thing left is destruction. God sends forth a warning first, and when the Message is rejected, then there is only judgment left for the people.

[Preparation 53-1111] God cannot send destruction before the people are in the spirit for destruction.

[260 Evening Messenger 63-0116] Notice when the Message is rejected and the messenger seems to be defeated, that's when God steps on the scene, his Message is over. Noah (closing now), Noah preached in the door of his ark for a hundred and twenty years, till, when finally they laughed him to scorn, Noah stepped in the ark thinking that it would just be all right. God closed the door. And the people hung around to see what was going to happen. Seven days he set there and sweated it out, and on the seventh day the rain come. Uh-huh

77 Cruelty of Sin V-25 N-4 53-0403

Every man that's unregenerate of God, will go that way of destruction. You can't help it. Your own soul guides you. If you're borned again, you're bound to go up. If you're not born again, you've got to go down. Just your--your own soul will do it. Just like a magic wand that would open a door or somewhere; if you haven't got the wand, the door won't open. And if you're not borned again, you're just rejected automatically; that's all.”

Now you might think that this is an awful harsh statement by Brother Branham, but that’s exactly what John said in [John 3: 18-21] (read) [Explaining Healing and Jairus 54-0216] “What you are here is a reflection of what you are somewhere else...., what we are here, is a reflection of what we are somewhere else. So if your deeds are evil, you know where it comes from. You know where your other body's a waiting.

Look, let’s face it [1 Peter 1:23 tells us there are two types of being born again, a corruptible form and an incorruptible one. . If you are not born again, then the Life of the Word is not in you, right? Then what you do have, will have to fade away. For Jesus said, “heaven and earth with pass away but My Word shall pass away.” And so if you are born again of a corruptible word seed you’ll need to recharge your batteries again and again at the altar because the life you have is corruptible and therefore in the process of dying.

Now this brings us back to our thoughts here on what brother Branham said about science not referring back to what they left behind. If science and Medicine can do it, then why not the church? Yet we found out that the church is ordained not to be able to repent. And if a person can not repent, which means they can not change their mind, or understanding, then they are unregenerate and they are lost. To refuse freedom from their old ways when the Jubilee sounded, they were marked in the ear with an awl and they could no longer hear. And since faith cometh by Hearing then it would be impossible to ever receive faith again. But what about when the Word of Faith has already manifested itself? Brother Branham told us that God interprets His Word by bringing it to pass. And if the word comes to pass, then we no longer need faith for it. Because “Faith is the evidence of things not yet seen.”

What Faith do you need when you are in the very thing that Faith looks for. When it comes, you no longer need Faith to look forward, but you must simply receive what is there. We know that the Rapture is in three parts, correct?. The first is what? A Shout, which we know is the Message. The next is the Voice which is the resurrection, and finally the third phase is the Trumpet which is the catching away.

Now, has the Shout gone forth? Then what faith do you need. It has already happened. Then if the Shout is the First portion of a series of events called the Rapture, and you have already entered into it, then you are already in the process called the Rapture. This so called Rapturing Faith the people are looking for is nothing other than being able to see what God is already doing. Open your eyes, people. He is here. That is all you should be looking at. The One who promised the Rapture is already here performing it.

What Faith did Noah need to enter into His Ark. The Faith that Noah had was in building the Ark. His Faith was in a promise of God and thus he prepared the Ark in response to that Faith. [Hebrews 11:7] It didn’t take any faith to enter into it. It was there, it was a reality to him. That is not Faith. And we are now in the Shout. It is a reality to us. So “just walk ye in it”. The Ark was there, “So Noah just walked in it.” And then what happened. Did Noah have to have Faith to bring on the judgments? NO! He saw the Judgments were already in the Land, because of the hardness of the peoples hearts to His Message. All he had to do was to get His family to come in with him into the Ark where alone there would be safety. The rest was up to God.

Can your faith bring on the Voice and the Trumpet of God? No! You are in the Ark if you are in the Shout! “Just walk ye in it, live in it until the judgments are over as Noah did with his family.” Look, Being in Christ “The Word” The Shout, should be just as real to you as the ark was to Noah. And if it is then it is only natural to enter into it with all your heart, soul, mind and strength.”

In fact, I believe Brother Branham said the Rapture would be such a natural thing, it would be like breathing. Why? Because it’s a process. And we have already been made partakers in the first part which is the Shout.

[E-57 Sirs We Would See Jesus 57-1211] But remember before this happens, the Church has to go. Amen. So we're at the end time. We're right in the shadows of His coming right now. I'm so thankful to see that He's come down to prove His Word if it's before a dozen, or before a million. But it'll pass right through the people, and millions will never know about it. It always has been that way, and it always will be that way. Then they'll wonder sometime, "Well, I didn't... I really didn't know it." Got eyes, but can't see.

[22 Without money without Price 59-0802] After the taking away of the Holy Spirit out of the earth, that formal church religion will go right on, not knowing the difference. ... They don't know the Holy Spirit, so they won't know when It's gone, and they'll just be going right on just the same. When the last one is sealed into the Body of Christ; they'll still be going on, trying to bring converts to it, because they don't know what It is. ... they'll be so far away, just in religious rituals, until they will not miss the Holy Spirit, because they don't know what It is to begin with.

You remember, Jesus said, "As it was in the days of Sodom..." What happened just before Sodom? God came down with some Angels, and they had an investigation judgment. Said, "I've heard the cry that is so sinful, so great, so I've come down to find out whether it's altogether the truth or not." Is that right? Watch, that main One that stayed with Abraham could discern the thoughts was in Sarah's heart behind Him. Now, you'd look around just a little bit and notice (See?); watch what It's doing, the same thing today. It's an investigation judgment. When after while the church, when It can stand that place and every seed has been brought to it's spot, they'll be gone. They won't know what happened to them. One will be going one way. See? One will be going over to the pastor's house, and one will be going here or down there; and the first thing you know, they're not there. For Enoch which was the type, God took him, and he was found not. Come down to investigate...

And when the rapture comes, it'll have to be the same Spirit that was on Christ, will have to dovetail with that promise, or it will be rejected. No wonder He said, "Except the man be borned again, he will in no wise enter the Kingdom." It has to be the same Holy Ghost that fell on the day of Pentecost, has to baptize every believer or it won't be the same spirit, and contract, that was tore at Calvary..... And that Spirit can come into the church today, and perform the same miracles showing, and people will laugh at It and walk away from it. How do you ever expect to make the rapture or go in to see God?

[E-8 Jesus Christ The Same 58-0323] I may not be able to make every promise manifested in my life. I might not be able to make it manifested to someone else's life. But I'll never stand in the way of anybody who can do it. I'll be for them. I'll pray for them. I might not be able to walk where Joshua did with a shout that shook the walls of Jericho, and neither may I be able to walk with Enoch who took a afternoon stroll one day with God and went all the way home with Him. I might not be able to have that type of faith, but I'm contending for that faith, and believing it with all my heart, and praying God to give that faith quickly, 'cause that's the way His Church is going home one day, a little afternoon stroll, and the rapture will be on and we'll be gone.

[E-33 Sudden Secret Going Away 58-1012] This secret coming of the Lord, sudden secret going of the church... "Watch, it'll be two in the field; I'll take one and leave one. There'll be two in the bed; I'll take one and leave one," showing that the coming of the Lord will not be just at any certain corner, but it'll be universal. One will be in the field working: daytime, the other one in the bed sleeping on the other side of the world. It'll be a universal rapture. And it'll come with the shout, with the voice of the Archangel. And the trump of God shall sound, and the dead in Christ shall rise. And she will be caught away secretly. Oh, I love that. The great Bridegroom coming, and the bride that got Herself ready, waiting for that secret moment that she doesn't even know herself, but she's ready and dressed, and waiting for it.

[129 Rapture 65-1204] Now, I want you to notice a great thing taken place here now. Don't miss this. See? Now, notice, the Word says here in II Thessalonians that there's three things... Notice, from the 13th to the 16th verse there's three things that has to happen before the Lord Himself appears. (Quickly now so we can close. See?) The first thing happened, notice: a shout, a voice, a trumpet. Let's read it now and see if that's right. See? For the Lord himself... (16th verse)... shall descend from heaven with a shout, and with a voice of the archangel, and... the trump of God:...Three things happen, a voice--a shout, a voice, a trumpet, has to happen before Jesus appears. Now, a shout. Jesus does all three of them when-He's descending. A "shout," what is a "shout"? It's the Message going forth first, the living Bread of Life bringing forth the Bride. Now, God has a way of doing things, and He never changes His policy. He never changes His... He's the unchanging God. In Amos 3:7 He said He would do nothing on the earth until first He revealed it to His servants the prophets. And just as certain as He promised it, He'll do it.

[152] No, it's... The first thing is a shout, and then a voice, and then a trumpet. Shout, a messenger getting the people ready... The second is a voice of the resurrection. The same voice that, a loud voice in St. John 11:38 and 44 that called Lazarus from the grave. Getting the Bride together, and then the resurrection of the dead (See?), to be caught up with it. Now, watch the three things take place. [153] The next is what? was a trumpet. A shout, a voice, a trumpet. Now, the third thing is a trumpet, which always at the Feast of Trumpets is calling the people to the feast; and that'll be the Bride's supper, the Lamb's supper with the Bride in the sky. See, the first things comes forth is His Message calling the Bride together. The next thing is a resurrection of the sleeping Bride, the one that's died back in the other ages. They're caught together, and the trumpet, the feast in the heavens--in the sky. Why, it's--that's the thing that takes place, friends. We're right there ready now. The only thing, the church coming out has got to lay before the sun to ripen. The great combine will come by after while. The wheat will be burned, the stalks, but the grain will be gathered into it's garner. See?

[164] Therefore, the Message calls the Bride together. See? The shout and the trumpet, the same morning with a loud voice He screamed out with that shout, and voice and woke Lazarus. With a loud voice He cried, "Lazarus, come forth." See? And the voice wakes up the sleeping Bride, the sleeping dead. And the trumpet, with the sound of the trumpet, and when it does, it calls... Always a trumpet called Israel to the Feast of the Trumpets (See?), which was the Pentecostal feast, the great feast in the sky and the Feast of the Trumpets... And now, a trumpet denounced a calling together, calling to the feast. And now that is the Lamb's supper in the sky (Now, watch.,) the assembling together in the Bride, the Feast of the Trumpets, the Wedding Supper.

Now, after I have read to you these things God’s Prophet told us, you ought to understand that the Shout is the Message. We have already been partakers of this part of the Rapture. Well then what about the Voice which will call forth the Resurrection, that could be way down the road, right? Wrong!

30-5 Easter Seal V-2 N-6 65-0410 The resurrection. We are now in the resurrection. We are setting with Him in the resurrection, but only those who have Life, not those who do not have Life. They won't know it. They'll never know it. They'll go right on thinking they're getting the Holy Ghost, being saved, and the rapture will done be over with and gone. Said, "Elias has already come and they did that what... And you knew it not." See?" [Eph 2: 1-7] [John 5:24] hath = past tense only those who ordained to Life will believe on Him and pass bye the judgment. From the Message [pp. 77 Cruelty of Sin 53-0403]He said, “Your own soul guides you”. [John 3: 18-21]

Look, I know I’ll probably hear static over this and they will say that I’m doing away with the resurrection and the catching away, but that’s not what I’m trying to get across to you this morning. They already say that about the “White Throne”, that we have spiritualized it away, because we are not afraid to quote a Vindicated Prophet who said, “I’m standing here right before the white throne now.”[Perfect Faith] He also said it in the Message [Zacchaeus the Business man] And why shouldn’t he say it, He told us that the One Who descended with a Shout is the Supreme Judge didn’t he? And so if the Judge is here, then so is His White Throne! But they do not believe that it is the Judge that came down. And the evidence that they do not believe it is that they will not preach it. But didn’t we read a number of quotes where brother Branham said, “they don’t know the Holy Ghost so they won’t miss Him when He departs from the earth.” And the reason they don’t know Him is because they refuse to say what was said about Him.

Now, what did we just read? God’s Vindicated Prophet said, “We are now in the resurrection. We are setting with Him in the resurrection, but only those who have Life, not those who do not have Life. They won't know it. They'll never know it. They'll go right on thinking they're getting the Holy Ghost, being saved, and the rapture will done be over with and gone. Said, "Elias has already come and they did that what... And you knew it not." See? We are now setting with Him in the resurrection, but ONLY those who have Life! And what is Life? Jesus Said, “My Words are Spirit and they are Life!” Then what about the third stage of the Rapture, the Trumpet sounding. Well, we know that the trumpet is the assembling together of the Bride to the Feast, the Wedding Feast. Now, have we heard the Gospel trumpet calling us to the Bread of Life? Are we now eating from the bread of Life? Then we are now setting together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. we are now setting together, now, not two years from now, not ten years from now, but right now we are setting together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

Look, Don’t misunderstand me and what I’m trying to tell you. I am not trying to spiritualize away the Rapture. I am not spiritualizing away the Resurrection. I am not spiritualizing away the Catching away to the Wedding Feast, but what I am trying to tell you is that you are now setting together in Heavenly places in Christ Jesus, and we have been quickened, we have received a resurrection out from among those who are dead into a living reality of a Living God. we are no longer dead in our sins and our creeds and dogma’s, but we are eating from the Bread of Life. “We are not feeding on a man, a man, his words will fail, but we are feeding on the unfailing body word of the Son of Man.” We are feeding on heavenly Manna with our Groom. And that is not spiritualizing away anything.

From the Message [Explaining Healing and Jairus] Brother Branham said, Remember when Peter was walking on the water. He was walking all right, till he seen the waves contrary and he got scared. Jesus said, "Why'd you fear?" That's what's the matter with the Holy Ghost people today. They've got a lot they're afraid...The devil's just trying to scare you out of something. He's trying to put something off somewhere else, say, "Some of these days you'll be this." You are now. Now, we're sons of God. Now, we're seated together in heavenly places. Now, we have all powers in heavens and the earth. See? Now, we have it. Not in the millennium, we won't need it then. We got it now. We're... Right now we are the sons of God. "It does not appear what we shall be, but we know we'll be like Him." What you are here is a reflection of what you are somewhere else. "Those who He called, He justifies." Is that right? "Those who He justified, He has glorified." Already in the Presence of the Father, we have a glorified body. Whew! Wasn't that deep? All right. We'll find out whether it's right or not. "If this earthly tabernacle be dissolved, we have one already waiting." Is that right? That's right. So right now, and what we are there, is a reflection. Here, what we are here, is a reflection of what we are somewhere else. So if your deeds are evil, you know where it comes from. You know where your other body's a waiting.

Now, what we are looking at is [Hebrews 6:1-4] (read) Notice here that we have Twins! One Group can no longer repent and therefore they can never again enter into Faith which is Revelation, and we know that without Faith you can not even please God much less receive a change in your body. The other Group on the other hand has “moved on into perfection not laying again the foundation of Repentance from dead works and of Faith toward God”... So we see this other Group has gone beyond Faith. This Group no longer has a need for Faith because they are now entered into a living Word, a Word which has become

manifested to them, A Word which has become alive to them, and since it is real, it is no longer something they need to look forward to. And since Faith is the evidence of things hoped for, then when you have received it, then why do we yet hope for it.

[Romans 8:24-25] (read) So you see what has been happening is that Faith has become a chasm between where we are and where the other Group is. It is a large void and they can not get to where we are, they can not reach the promise land unless they enter first into faith and since they have turned down the Lord, who Has come, and are seeking another Jesus and another Spirit, and therefore although they may be speaking the Gospel we speak, yet it is a perverted Gospel and therefore of another nature. [Galatians 1: 6-7] & [2 Cor 11: 3-4].

Therefore we see in [2 Thess 1: 7 and 10] a difference between those in [2 Thess 1: 8-9] Notice that the same presence brings a gathering as we see in [2 Thess 2:1] and a separation as seen in [2 Thess 1: 8-9]. And since we see that those who are gathered unto Him are those in verse 7 and 10, we see that they have the same Doxa or Mind set That the Lord comes with which there is only one Faith and One Lord and since Faith is a Revelation, it is the Revelation of Jesus Christ. Therefore, those who do not receive this Revelation of Who is Here and what He is doing must separate from Him and thus from us. we however, are being gathered together in Him, and therefore we see the Rapture, all three stages or phases of it are dependent upon receiving and becoming a part of the first phase. All others who turn it down will never be able to come to a knowledge of Him [2 Tim 3: 7-8] (read) Notice they are never able to come to the Knowledge of Him and so they resist Him by trying to do the same things he did. [2 Tim 3:9-10, 14], so we see that we are in the stage of a continuing on. Or a continuing in. But as for the others, [2 Tim 3:13] they shall continue to go from bad to worse, deceiving because they are deceived.

Is it later than we think? I believe it is. Noah had Faith to prepare his household and to build the ark, but he went beyond Faith when he entered into it.

Friends, Is that where we are at this morning. We know the Message has been rejected. We have seen that with our very own eyes. We have heard it with our own ears. And we know that God is on the scene. Now we’ve been standing in the door for 40 years since this nation rejected the Message and forty is the number of Judgment. The Message churches have become to where they are in a race to see who can have the biggest church with the largest orchestra’s and choirs and the most young preachers under their wing and the largest out reach and it has become so fashioned after Hollywood, that God has become sick and tired of it.
