Christ The Door

Sunday Evening we spent the majority of our time in reviewing what a Reflector of God is and this Role that the Prophet of God plays, especially a Major Exodus Prophet such as Moses, Paul or William Branham. We examined [ 2 Corinthians 3: 1 - 18] and saw how that when Moses came down from the Mountain where he had stood in the Presence of God, he actually glowed in his Face which was the reaction or shall we say the reflection from his being in God's Presence for an extended period of time. And Paul made his case to the people that his ministry was to do the same thing by taking a-hold of the Spirit of the Living God through the instrument of God's Word, and by thus declaring God's Word in a pure and undefiled way, the Same Light would reflect through him and then into the people expressing It's Life in their very hearts.

We know that this is to happen at the time spoken of in [Malachi 4] when the Ministry of Elijah is to turn back the hearts of the children back to the Apostolic Fathers. This will Bring Omega back to Alpha, so that Alpha can become Omega. And in the hour that Alpha becomes Omega, we know this Reflection is to occur again and that there will be a ministry according to [2 Thess 1: 10 ] that will preach the same message Paul preached and there will be a people who in that day will believe that what Paul taught back in the Alpha ministry of Jesus Christ under the Pillar of Fire has repeated in their day under the same Pillar of Fire Ministry of Jesus Christ again, making [Hebrews 13:8] live out in a manifested Word for this hour, that ..."Jesus Christ is the same, Yesterday, Today, and forever."

Now, with this in mind, let's continue to read from God's Only Provided Place Worship and this will become number 107 in our series.

You see who the door is? Where did God put His Name? In Jesus. How do you get in His Name? How do you get in there? By being baptized in there! How? By water? By Spirit! "One Lord, one faith, one baptism." That's Holy Ghost baptism. [ 274] The water baptism just put you in fellowship with the people, that you recognized that you have accepted Christ. That's the Truth. But it's Spirit baptism. I can call the Name of Jesus over you and baptize you, that doesn't make it so. [ 275] But when once that Holy Spirit really... genuine Word comes into you (the Word, Jesus), then, brother, the Message is no secret to you then; you know It, brother, It's all lit up before you. Hallelujah! Praise be to God! Amen! I love Him, I love Him, Because He first loved me, And purchased my salva... Dear God, I pray that You will heal these people, Lord, and make each one of them well. In Jesus Christ's Name. Amen. Oh! Love! Oh! Ever since, by faith I saw that stream, Thy flowing wounds supplied, (from that Masterpiece) Redeeming love has been my theme,

Now, the first thing I want you to notice is that Brother Branham points us to the fact that The One He has been preaching this entire Sermon about is Jesus Christ The Word. Notice He asks the question, "You see who the door is? ( and then, notice he immediately asks the question:) Where did God put His Name? ( and then he answers his own question by saying:) In Jesus. Then Brother Branham asks another question, . How do you get in His Name? How do you get in there? ( And then he once again answers his own question: ) ? By being baptized in there! How? By water? By Spirit! "One Lord, one faith, one baptism." That's Holy Ghost baptism. And from here on he let's you know water Baptism is a start, but it isn't the main Baptism that is needed to enter into God's Only Provided Place of Worship. He said, water Baptism just brings you into a fellowship of a body of believers and I'm afraid that is where the majority of believers have stopped at today. They have fellowship in this Message because they have been baptized in water in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ as the Scripture and this Message teaches. But let's examine this statement of Brother Branham's and as we do I want you to notice the big difference between being just Baptized in water and being Baptized by the very Spirit of God.

Now, I want everyone in here to listen carefully this morning because this is a very important question we are looking at. Have you been Baptized with the Holy Spirit of God? If not, if you have only been baptized in water, then you have not yet entered into God's Only Provided Place of Worship. And unless you are Baptized by The Spirit of God, you will never really know if you have brought your Worship into the correct place or not. And it is very evident to me that many of the people that I have met in this Message do not understand what this Message is all about, and therefore can not have received a genuine Baptism of the Spirit of God. Because Brother Branham said, "The water baptism just put you in fellowship with the people, that you recognized that you have accepted Christ. "That's the Truth. But it's Spirit baptism." ( and that is about the gist of it today. People fellowship around God sending a Prophet but they haven't a clue to what He came for.) Now, Brother Branham continues, "That's the Truth. But it's Spirit baptism. I can call the Name of Jesus over you and baptize you, that doesn't make it so. ] But when once that Holy Spirit really... genuine Word comes into you (the Word, Jesus), then, brother, the Message is no secret to you then; you know It, brother, It's all lit up before you.

[ 1 Peter 1: 23] Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God that Liveth and abideth forever." That's what we want. Not some still, dead birth by some dead denominational system, but a living birth to a Living God by a Living Word. That's why Jesus said in [John 6: 63] My Words that speak unto you, they are Spirit and they are Life." My Words are Life! That's why the Apostle Paul was quoted in the Book of [Acts 17: 28]as saying, For in Him we live and move and have our being: as certain also of your poets have said, 'For we are also His Offspring."

[I Cor 15:22] For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. Through Christ and Christ only we have Life. All others bring only death. And so, if Christ has come in this hour it is with One thing in mind, to give us Life. That is why His Picture was taken and placed in LIFE magazine! That is why Jesus said in, [ John 10:10 ] " I have come that they might have Life, and that they might have it more abundantly." And so we see that Jesus came in the Alpha to give Life. Then it must also repeat in the Omega.

[ 2 Timothy 1:10] But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel: And there you have it. Life and immortality were made known to us and possible for us through the Light of the Message of the Hour which is the appearing of Jesus Christ.

[John 5:24] Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

[Acts 13:48] And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed. You'll find that both of these Scriptures tell us that it is through hearing and receiving and believing His Message that we receive Life, even Eternal Life or God-Life because this Life is contained in the word itself.

That is why in [Phil 2:16] It is called the Word of Life. Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

[1 John 1:1-3] That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; (For the life was manifested, and we have seen [it], and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship [is] with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

[John 4:14] But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. Once you have been sparked off as Brother Branham called it, that Word just doesn't get you excited once or even once in a while. It starts something in you moving just as a living water moves continually. It just continues to push up and out and there is nothing you can do about it. You can no more help what is going on inside of you that nothing. It is life that is ever moving and building cell upon cell until you reach the stature of a perfect man.

[John 5:24-26, 39-40] Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. Now Jesus is not saying here that "you think their is life in the scriptures but there isn't." On the contrary. What He is telling them is that their own testimony tells them of the Life that lays in the scriptures and it is those same scriptures that bear witness of Who and What He really is. And He is Life! The Expressed Life of God, our Father. In a way this is exactly what Paul told us in [2 Cor 3: 1] when He said the Spirit of God was written into our hearts until we become the Word expressed in human form.

[John 3:16-20] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. The very purpose that you come to the Light is because you have your source of Life from it. And this attraction to the Light shows we are definitely a product of the Light itself.

[Romans 5:17-18, 21] For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) Therefore as by the offence of one [judgment came] upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one [the free gift came] upon all men unto justification of life. That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

[2 Corinthians 2:14-16] Now thanks be unto God which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the aroma of His knowledge through us in every place. For we are unto God a sweet fragrance of Christ, in them that are saved; and in them that perish. To the one [we are] the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who [is] sufficient for these things?

[ Galatians 2:20] I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

[Colossians 3:4] When Christ, [who is] our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

[ 2 Timothy 1: 10] But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

[James 1:12] Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

[ 2 Peter 1: 2-4] Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that [pertain] unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. And remember, as we spoke last Sunday, if it is still a secret to you then it has not been revealed to you, and as long as it has not been revealed to you then it does not yet belong to you. For we read in [Deuteronomy 29:29] ] The secret [things belong] unto the LORD our God: but those [things which are] revealed [belong] unto us and to our children for ever, that [we] may do all the words of this law".

Notice, he said, "when you have been truly baptized by the Holy Spirit, then the Message is no longer a mystery to you, it is no longer a secret to you, you know it!" "It's all lit up before you" I don't think you'll need to have someone take you aside and tell you about tithing, or the need to be in church, you'll just automatically be there when those doors open, because it's real to you, and because it is real, you hunger and thirst for as much of Him as you can get. You won't need someone to hold your hand and baby you through, because you're ready to Live, or Die, Sink or drown, whatever is necessary for this Word sake. You see, that is what the New Birth is all about. It's not just coming to a fellowship. It's about being born again as a new individual, a new Creation in Christ Jesus. Old things are done away and all things have become new. You don't live for your job, you don't live for your vacation, you don't live for your new car like the rest of the world does. You live because Christ lives in you. You have no taste buds for the things of the world. Oh, some of those things are nice but they do not really satisfy. And there is only one thing that can satisfy, and that is to know Him. It reminds me so much of a beautiful song I like to sing to Him that goes something like this:

Just the time I feel that I've been caught in the mire of self. Just the time I feel my minds been bought by worldly wealth. That's when the breeze begins to blow, I know the spirit's call, and all my worldly wanderings just melt into His Love. Lord, I want to know you more, deep within my soul I want to know you , Lord, I want to know you . To feel you heart and know your Mind, to look into your Word stirs up within me, cries that say I want to know you, Lord, I want to know you more. When - my daily needs - ordinarily - lose life and song. - - - And when my heart bleeds - of sensitivity- to Him is gone. - - - I've run the race - but I've set my pace - and face a shattered soul, One look to His Word takes over my heart and my hunger to be whole. Lord, I want to know you more, deep within my soul I want to know you, Lord, I want to know you; and I would give my final breath to know you in your death and resurrection, Lord, I want to know you more, Lord I want to know you more.

Oh, brothers and sisters, to only know Him in the power of His resurrection, that He is alive today, and He is the same as He was yesterday, so is He today and forever. Jesus Christ, the Lover of our souls. And to jut enter into fellowship will never do. We must come into the Door and Christ is the door, and He is the Word for the Hour. Come into Him. Empty yourself of all that you long to be and become what He wants you to be.

"My beloved is mine and I am His, His banner over me is Love, My beloved is mine and I am His, His banner over me is Love, My Beloved is mine and I am His, His banner over me is Love, His banner over me is Love. "He brought me to the banqueting house, His banner over me is Love. He brought me to the banqueting house, His banner over me is love. He brought me to the banqueting house, His banner over me is love, His banner over me is love.

And what is the evidence that He has filled you with His Spirit, that you have been baptized in the Spirit of the Living God? , "when you have been truly baptized by the Holy Spirit, then the Message is no longer a mystery to you, it is no longer a secret to you, you know it!" "It's all lit up before you". And if it is no longer a mystery to you, then it has been revealed to you. And if revealed to you then it belongs to you. You are a possessor of it as we read in [Deuteronomy 29:29] ] The secret [things belong] unto the LORD our God: but those [things which are] revealed [belong] unto us and to our children for ever, that [we] may do all the words of this law".
