Sunday we examined pp. 40 in light of PP 288 of God's
Only Provided Place of Worship where Brother Branham said.
Dear
God, we thank You that we have had our spiritual diet. We thank You, Lord, that the vitamin of the Word grows sons of
God. It does not affect on any
other type of character, only on sons and daughters of God. So we thank
You for It.
And in PP [ 40 ] I
believe the church is beginning to hear the Message, and beginning to understand. But friends, listen, we've got to lay in the Presence of the Son, we've got to be ripened.
Our--our faith isn't ripe.
Intellectually we're hearing the Message that God has give us, and seeing
the signs that He showed us, and proving
it by the Bible as that; but, oh, how the church needs to lay in His
Presence till it tenders up in the heart, gets sweet in the Spirit so that it
can bathe down. Sometimes in speaking the Message, you get harsh,
have to break it in like that, because you've got to clinch a nail to make it
hold. But when the Church once gets It, the Elected is called out and separated (then in the
Presence of God), I know it'll be something like the people was there when
it takes its Rapture.
So he was telling us that only a certain people are
predestined to understand it or as he said, to get it.
We examined this mental faith that must move down into our hearts by the Holy
Ghost Who anoints it and brings forth Spiritual Revelation. In fact Brother
Branham said in the Message Blasphemous
Names , pg. 23, Coming to your mental faith, right here,
comes the Holy Spirit, coming down into your mental faith making it a Spiritual
Faith. Then the Spiritual Faith only recognizes the Word."
We are told by Brother Branham himself that the people
during his day did not understand the Message. From the message, 'A DECEIVED CHURCH' he said,
"But as
So you see back when he was preaching this Message the
people were blinded by their organizations, and those who did believe only had
an intellectual understanding of it, but they had to lay in the presence of the
Son for this Mental Faith to become anointed by God and for it to drop down
into their heart and thus become a Spiritual Revelation. Now, I am not saying that this to down grade
them in any way, shape or fashion. What I am trying to get across is that there
is nothing wrong with people having a mental faith or a mental understanding,
because it has to start in the mind to begin with anyway. But notice how he
said that although the people did understand it intellectually, yet for it to
do them any good it had to drop down into the Soul. And for this to happen they
had to lay in the presence of the Son to let that Mental Faith become ripe and
thus a Spiritual Faith or a Spiritual Revelation.
And so, I hope you can see the importance of the Parousia or Presence of Christ to us. Because it is laying
in the Revelation of Christ being Here now that ripens
our faith. And this Presence is the anointing of God upon His people by His
Presence (which is His Anointed Word). You must lay in the Presence or your
Faith can never become ripened. Is that not what he said? Then look how important the Revelation of His
Presence is to our Faith. And if our Faith is not ripened, then how can we
expect it to ready us for a Rapture?
In [ Isaiah 65:2 ] God
said, " I have spread out My hands all the day unto a rebellious people,
which walketh in a way that was not good, after their
own thoughts.
Again in [ Isaiah 55: 6-8]
He said, Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is
near, ( that's His Presence). Let
the wicked forsake his way, and the
unrighteous man his thoughts: and
let him turn unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God,
for He will abundantly pardon. For My
thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My
ways, Saith the Lord. For as the Heavens are higher
than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.
So
we are looking at a condition of the mind. God has come in this hour to change
the mind of man to receive His own mind. Let this mind be in you that was in Christ
Jesus." So the if it is a condition of the mind, then we see that
it must first come to our mind first, then it will move on down into our heart
and soul and take over the very ambitions and desires of your heart. That's why
the scripture tells us, "where your
treasure is, there your heart will be also."
In [ Luke 6: 45]
"A good man out of the good treasure of
his heart bringeth forth that which is good: and an evil man out of the evil
treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil; for of the abundance of
his heart the mouth speaketh." And so here we find the Scripture
telling us that our hearts will only reflect the real treasure that lays inside of it, and it will show what our treasures
really are in the things that we talk about.
From the message IS
YOUR LIFE WORTHY OF THE GOSPEL PP 151, Brother Branham said, "the
things that you think on, the things that you do, (the actions), the things
that you talk about creates an atmosphere."
Then what your mind and Soul is feeding upon is only a reflection of
your eternal condition that reflects
your Eternal destination. God's Elect
will hold His Word as their treasure, and the church world will hold their
Creeds as their treasure.

Spirits brother Branham
said, " you let me see what a man reads, let me see what
he watches, listen to the music he listens at, and I can
tell what spiritual condition he is
in." He
said, "because that's your appetite."
From What is the Holy Ghost, PP 31, brother Branham said, you let me talk to a man or two minutes; I
can tell you whether he's received the Holy Ghost or not. So can you. It separates them; It's
a mark, It's a sign. And the Holy Spirit is a Sign. And it's... Any child that
refused circumcision in the Old Testament, which was a
foreshadow of the Holy Ghost, was cut off from amongst the people. He
could not have fellowship with the rest of the congregation if he refused to be
circumcised. Now, pattern that to today. A
person that would refuse to receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost can have no
fellowship among those that has the Holy Ghost. You just can't do it. You have to be a nature. Like, it's... My mother there used to say,
"Birds of a feather flock together." Well, it's an old proverb, but
it's a true one. You don't see doves and crows fellowshipping. Their diets are different; their habits
are different; their desires are different. And that's the way it is with the
world and with a Christian when you have been circumcised by the Holy Spirit,
which means to cut off a flesh.
And so we see that there is a certain diet that we
partake of. A crow can eat just anything, nothing hardly
will bother him, but a Dove can only eat certain kinds of food. That's his
nature. To eat like a Crow would kill it. And I'll tell you I believe that with
all my heart. I heard a tape other night of a certain preacher in this message,
and all he did was holler and scream and yet nothing was being said. I couldn't
stand it.
I had to tell my wife to turn that stuff off. I could
hardly stand it when these guys will enter behind this Holy desk and then
proceed to rant and rave and see how loud the decibels can get and then the
people walk away deeper into a Pentecostal mind set than they were to begin with.
And yet these are the same men who condemn the Presence of God as being false
doctrine. Young men who are still wet behind their collars and yet because they
have a set of loud lungs and can yell at the people and so they get invitation
after invitation to preach around this message. It just goes to show how far
the people have slipped back into what they came out of. Boys almost who need
to sit under someone who has been down the road ahead of them, and yet they
come in so brash and pompous and they hardly can pronounce Brother Branham's
name before they are hitting the circuit and invited into all the large
churches.
You ever wonder how those churches got so large? Just think
about it. Brother Branham with the Gift of God in his ministry and yet he could
hardly muster a handful from his own city. He said most of the people who came
to the tabernacle to hear him speak were from out of town and had traveled many
many miles to come hear the Word of God. You don't
hear Brother Branham telling like some maniac on those tapes. Oh, you might hear him call out sin and
preach pretty hard, but he didn't start out in fifth gear and end up in fifth
gear. He started out very sedate and you could feel a real reverence and you listen to those
tapes and you can almost feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. But these guys
are in a race to outdo one another and to see who can yell with the loudest set
of vocal chords and then when you sit back and ask yourself what they said, it
all points back to missy not wearing the right clothes and Johnny is out sowing his oats. There's nothing to
send your soul into orbit. Their is no rest for your
soul, either. It's works programs and it's nauseating.
If I had to come to you people and preach that all the
time, I would be wondering about your experience with God. No wonder the people
can never find any victory. Brother Branham said, you can't go any higher than your Pastor. And if the
Pastor can't get beyond the clothes line, then neither can the people. And yet they will condemn what we teach as
being too intellectual. I think it is because they don't understand it
themselves, and so they try to keep the people from hearing about it.

would (II Thessalonians), how this
man of sin would come into existence and set in the temple of God, showed
himself he was God and caused the people
to go into strong delusion to believe a lie; and believe it will be damned
by it. That's the same thing he did to Eve, give her... Never--never
told her the Word wasn't right, but give her a strong delusion that she
believed a lie. The spirit of delusion
is of the devil, devils now working in the children of disobedient. Disobedient
to what
That's why the people are moving further and further
into insanity. They are not feeding on a Gospel of Life but of death and doom
and decay. They have no hope because they are focused upon the wrong thing.
They are focused upon themselves and not upon Christ. They preach a message
about a Bride and not about the Groom. They give the Glory to a Bride and not
the Groom. And when a Bride places all the focus on another woman it is a Lesbian
spirit. This Female Holy Ghost stuff is
a Lesbian doctrine from the pits of hell. Jesus had a Father, not a Mother.
This Mother God principle stuff is New age Lesbianism.
No wonder Brother Branham said the world is going
insane. We se it right amongst us in this message. That's why he continues in PP . 289 saying...

Seeing, Lord, that the mental
conditions, the nervous age that the people's living in, is driving them out of
their minds; to exactly fulfill
what the Scripture said and promised, the great hideous things would
come upon the earth; like locusts, to haunt the women that cut their hair,
they'll have long hair like a woman. And different hideous sights that they'll
be able to see, Lord, in that mental,
deluded condition they're in, and then screaming for the rocks and the
mountains. Women who would mother dogs and cats, and not raise children to
honor You. Those that You did
give children to and they did conceive them,
turn them loose on the streets to do as they want. No wonder You said, Lord, when You were going to the cross, "Then
they'll begin to cry for the rocks and the mountains to fall on them."
Notice, Brother Branham let's us know that we are now living in the age that will see
a mental condition sweep over the people of this world and they will
imagine great hideous sites upon the earth.
