God’s Only Provided Place of
Worship # 35

Beyond
the Limits
Last
night we read from PP. 104 where brother Branham said,...
104 GOD'S.PROVIDED.PLACE.WORSHIP - SHP.LA -
V-7 N-4 - 65-1128.1M
You put... Cain brought his sacrifice, Abel
brought his, it depends on what place
you take it into. If you take it into the place where He's chosen, it'll be all
right, He will accept it; if it's not, He won't accept it. Don't care... it's
the same sacrifice, whatever it is, it's still un...
rejected, unless it's brought to that one certain place.
He said, Both Cain and Abel brought Sacrifices to God. And we know that both
of them brought very scriptural sacrifices.
So what is there about Abel's sacrifice that was acceptable and what was
there about Cain's sacrifice that was not acceptable to God.
We
examined these sacrifices by the scripture and found both of them to be very
scriptural. However, in examining Cain's sacrifice, we found that his was not
received.
Genesis 4: 3 - 8 (read)
Deuteronomy 26: 1 - 2 (read) Notice Cain's sacrifice was scriptural. But
why then was it rejected?
Now
notice here that this sacrifice is to be brought to the place of God's choosing
where He has placed His name. This is the only place He will receive it. So it
is apparent that He did not bring His sacrifice to this place.
Now in 1
John
1 John 3: 4 Every one who commiteth sin transgresseth the law. For sin is the transgression of the
law.
Now we know that sin is unbelief. In James 4: 17 It says, To
him that knoweth to do right and does not do it , to
him it is sin. Now in John 16: 8 - 9 Here Jesus was telling His disciples that sin
is unbelief as He went on to say that He was going away, but that He would send
the Holy Ghost back to be with them. And when The Holy Ghost comes, that "He will convict the world of
concerning sin, and righteousness, and judgment." Then He tells
us, "of
sin because they believe not...." Now this word sin is a Greek word that means
to miss the mark, or to be mistaken. To be in error.
So now
if we read 1 John 3: 4 correctly it
will read as this, "
Whosoever misses the mark or is mistaken or is in error is in
transgression of the law. For missing the mark is the transgression of the law.
"
Now what
does this mean, that they are in transgression of the
law?
Well, we find John also using this word transgression in 2 John 9 So let's
read it to see how he uses it.
" Whoso transgresseth and abideth not in
the Doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He
that abideth in this doctrine hath both the Father
and the Son."
Here we
find this word transgress is used in
reference to going beyond the limits of true doctrine and not
staying in the true doctrine but deviating away from it..
Now
let's read another translation or two of this same scripture to verify this.
2 John 9 Wuest Everyone who goes beyond the limits of True Doctrine and does not remain in the
aforementioned
teaching with reference to Christ does not possess God. The one who
remains in the aforementioned teaching, this one
possesses both The Father and
the
Son.
2
John 9 NIV Any one who runs ahead and does not continue in
teaching of Christ does not have God;
and whosoever continues in this teaching has both the Father
and the Son.
So then
let's read 1 John 3: 4 again correctly. " Whosoever
misses the mark or is mistaken or is in error goes beyond the limits of the
Word. For missing the mark is the going beyond the limits of the Word. "
And He said those that do so do not have the Father
nor do they have the Son. In fact He lays out the Godhead pretty well here and
says they miss it entirely and do not receive it.
1 John 3: 5 - 6 And you know that He was manifested to take
away our habitual error and missing of
the mark, because in Him is no error or missing of the mark. So Whosoever abides in Him does not habitually miss the mark;
whosoever habitually misses the mark hath not seen Him, neither have they known
Him. Little children, let no man deceive you: He that doeth right - wise - ness
is rightly wise, even as God is rightly wise. But he that habitually misses the
mark is of the devil for
the devil missed the mark from the beginning and for this purpose
The Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy works of the devil.
Matthew 13: 11 - 17 (read) Now remember, Those that
miss the mark don't have Him.
1 Corinthians 2: 7 is 2 Thessalonians 1: 10
Romans : 28 - 30
Ephesians 1: 3 - 11 esp 5 & 11
Matthew 7: 15 - 23 (read) ye that do iniquity?
What is iniquity? To know to do right and you just won't
do it. These are people who clamed
to believe Him. Who claimed to be serving
Him
but who just would not give up their own opinions.
Acts
In Matthew they were considered workers of iniquity.
Do you know what that is? Stubbornness concerning God's Word.
1 Samuel 15: 23 (read) For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and
stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry and because thou has rejected the Word
of the Lord, He said He would reject you.
Proverbs 16 : 6 (read) By truth iniquity and sin are purged.
John 3: 19 - 23 (read) but men loved darkness rather
than ( in a greater measure than light).
Genesis 4: 5 - 8 Septuagint God
said, If thou doest well shalt thou not be accepted?
Thou has rightly
offered, but thou hast not rightly divided.
Now
remember in Deuteronomy 26 He said bring your fruit offering in a basket to the
place I will place my name and there I will receive it. It must be the place of
God's choosing. So Cain did not bring it to the place of God's choosing or God
would have had to accept it because it was a scriptural offering.

Now, you can't
take this... your sincerity and all that
you want to confess, you just can't take it to the Methodist altar, to a
Baptist altar, to a Pentecostal altar, but there is a altar somewhere that He
chose that He... to put His Name in it, and He would meet you at that
place. Now, if you get everything running just right, it's going to run;
everything's set in order. If there's a short in that wire, that light won't
come on; because it's been grounded. And when you'll take one of God's Words or
one of His places, and in your own heart have selfish objectives, it'll ground
the power of God right there. If you do it because you want to be smart, you
want to be different from somebody else, or something, right there it's
grounded, it'll blow the fuse. You're wrong. You've got to come with sincerity,
with all your heart. Your motives and your objectives, placed right on God. Then search for His place, find where
He said, and bring it there. See?
5 Musts : Time ,
Season, According to the Word, The man of God's choosing , He must be vindicated.

... Now, I want
you to--to kinda jot this in your mind. To keep God's
commandments, to do anything right for God, to do--do God a service correctly,
there is five musts, to do God service correctly....
But there's five musts; I want you to remember these.
No matter how sincere a man may be in doing it, doing God a service, this--these
five must be there: First, it must be His
time to do it. What if--if Moses would come, said, "We'll come build
an ark and float up the

I don't care how well you say this ought to
be, and that ought to be, or this ought to be, it's got to be according to His
Word, according to His time and His season; and it must be given according
to the person He has chosen to do it
by. I don't care how much dignitaries.
There's king David just as great as any of them. He
was king over the nation. But He had a way of doing it, and He had told them
how He would do it. But they failed to do it. It must be according to His Word, according to His time, according
to the--His program; and it must be by the person He has chose to give it and
to do it.

Moses
tried to run from it. "Take somebody else!" But God chose Moses to do
it. Many of them... Paul tried to get out of it, many others. But it's got to be by the one He chooses to do
it. And it must come first to His prophets. The Word of God must come to
His prophets, Amos 3:7, "The Lord God will do nothing until first He
reveals it to His servant the prophet." Four. And
the prophet must be a-vindicated by the
Word of God. There's your five musts. It's got to
be that way: His time; His season (when He said it would be); and the man that He chose, and it must come
to the prophet; and the prophet must be a vindicated prophet. We find out many of
them in the Bible it come to the prophets and it wasn't a-vindicated. Our prophet is Jesus Christ.

"Yea,
Lord! I believe that Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God!" O
brother, everything was ready to spark off right then. See?
"Where
have you laid him?" See? And you know what took place.
See, you've
got to get in that right place before He will receive your sacrifice. See, got to come into it. Watch:
... in the place which the LORD shall choose to place his name
there.
Thou shall eat no leavened bread in it;...

What does that
typify in the sacrifice? Don't mix it
with any creed, got to be the Word. "No leavened bread." Leaven
is the... You know what a leaven is in anything. "A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump," the whole lump is the Body.
You can't put one speck of denomination or creed into Christ. No, sir, it won't
work.
Matthew 16: 6 - 16 (read)
Luke 12; 1 - 3 (read)
Matthew 13: 33

Galatians 1: 6 - 9 You can't mix it. Hybrid brings forth death. That is what
happened to the Life stream of God. The Lambs book of Life is those Elect in
Him before the foundations of the World. But the Life stream of God which
came down through Adam was polluted with the life stream of satan and mixed in Eve and she became the mother of
all living. Not another Book of life, but now the Lambs book had an interjected
life in it making it no longer a pure Lambs book of life but now it became a
book of Life.
