Life through the Blood
Prayer
Sunday morning we spoke from paragraph 173 where
brother Branham said,
173 GOD'S.PROVIDED.PLACE.WORSHIP - SHP.LA -

The blood was to be put on the
door-post, see, which the blood is
the life of the animal. "Thou shalt eat the flesh thereof; but the
blood thereof which is the life, pour it out." See? It was to be... The
blood was to be put on the lintel of the door-post of the house wherein the
sacrifice was accepted. Glory! What is
the Life? The Name.
The... He
placed the name of the person... Go up to the door, and you look, see what
name's on the door before you ring the bell. See? The blood was put on the lintel of the door as a type of what the
sacrifice was on the inside."
Now let's just go to the Scripture ourselves tonight
and look at this thought again.
Exodus 12: 1 - 13. (Read) Now
before I get into this I want you to answer some questions for me.
1)
What did they put on the lintel and door post? Blood
2)
Where did this blood come from? The sacrificed lamb
3) Why was the blood to be put on the door? Identify the believer and keep away the
judgment of God
4) Why a door?
5) What does the door symbolize? John 10: 9 "I am the Door"
6)
What does the Lamb symbolize? Christ The Messiah
and the Word of God for the hour.
7)
What does the blood symbolize? ( The Life of the Lamb)
8)
When was this to be done? At the Evening time?
9)
What activity were they doing inside of the home who's
doors were marked with this blood? Eating
10) So then what did the blood on the door identify? It
identified what kind activity was going on in
the home.
Exodus 12: 7
11) And what did God call this
blood on the door post ? Now remember, the blood
represented the
Life of the Lamb. And God called it a Token. Exodus 12: 13
12) So then what is the Token? It is identification of the Lambs Life , showing that you are eating
from the Lamb of God, or God's Word for the hour.
Now notice here that there is a real significance associated
with the blood. First
of all it is to be placed on the lintel and door post which in itself is a sign
of the cross showing symbolism of the coming Messiah. And thus also showing or
foreshadowing how the real Lamb of God, when He comes, how He would die. But I
also want you to notice something else here. God tells them that the blood is
to identify what is going on in each individual home. And He says in verse 7
that it is where they are eating the Lamb. So the blood marks the place where a
feast is to be taking place. But it also is to mark the homes so that the death
angel will bypass that home.
Exodus 12: 12 - 13 (read) It is considered a Token, a
symbol that is shown so that all will know that payment has been rendered. And
God said, when that symbol is displayed, He would pass over and not allow the
plagues to come and destroy. Now notice,
He said, " The
blood shall be for a token." The blood for a token. And "When I see the blood,"
When I see the blood... It must be on display, not just talked about, not just
there somewhere... hidden, not just at the church where you attend, not just at
your pastor's house, ...No that will not satisfy the death angel, but when I see the display of what you are
feeding on, then I will pass over you and
so shall my destroying angel.
Notice, He said, the blood is for a display of what is
going on inside that home. Verse 7 (read) "on the door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat It." So the blood shows that the activity in that
home is that they are feeding on the sacrificial Lamb. And so must the Token in
this day be displayed. And what is that Token. It is the blood, which is the
Word. And it must be on display or you are lost.
In fact to be more specific, what is the Word? It is
the Message for this hour, right? And What did brother
Branham tell us His ministry was? He said, "My ministry is to declare Him, that He is here." So if his Message is to declare Christ, that He is here. Then the Token is actually the Holy Ghost
Among us, right? Isn't that what brother Branham told us in the token? He said,
" But the True Token of the blood, speaking out, speaks of a living,
resurrected Presence, Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today, and forever;
right, living right among us. Amen. "It speaks better." Not from dead forms and
creeds, but a living token of a living Christ that lives in us. No, they deny
there is such a thing, but we know it's true. But we who believe the Word, know
that God promised it and He keeps His promise, know it is His living presence,
for He does as He did.
TOKEN pp. 171
That is why the Token had to be displayed. Because
when the blood of the Lamb, which was the Life of the Lamb
was put on display, then it secured the believers and saved them from the
judgments that were to come. So then when the Lambs life was displayed, it was then a display
that the ones inside believed and were eating the Lambs life.
Collosians 3: 4 (read) When Christ Who is our Life shall
appear, then shall we also appear with Him in Glory. Now remember, this word appear here
is the Greek word Phaneroo which means "to manifest in one's true character. To
be known or recognized, or thoroughly understood: who and what one is, whether
by words, deeds or teaching.
So we see that God had to first display His Token,
which is Himself, and then we also display ourselves.
When He appears, we appear. When He manifests in His True character, then we
manifest in our True character. His life becomes displayed and our Life becomes
displayed. He becomes thoroughly understood and we become thoroughly
understood. Why? Because He is our Life. And we know that this display of Lambs Life
in Him and in us comes forth from His Glory. Because it says,
He appears (that's one appearing) and then with this one appearing, we appear,
so we sort of echo His very Life. But notice it says that both of these
appearings, His and ours comes from His Glory. It says He appears and we appear
in Glory. So both of these appearings are in this Glory.
Which we know the word is Glory is the Greek word Doxa which means
"Opinion, assessment or judgment." In other words,
God's own thinking, His own thoughts. So then these appearings have to
do with having the same thoughts. The same Mind.
Philippians 2: 5 "Let this mind be in you that was also in Christ Jesus: "

Now, if the Token then was an outward display of what
activity was going on in the home, and that activity was eating the Lamb, and
the blood represented the Lambs life, then if He is the same yesterday, today
and forever, then won't He demand the same thing today? Then what does our
Token display. The blood, is what? It is
the Word. And Jesus said, "My Words
are Spirit and they are Life!" And the Word displayed in our homes
shows that the activity taking place in our home is that we are feeding on the
Lamb of God. God's Word for the Hour. Your token
displayed today will show an evidence in your Life that
you are eating from God's only Provided sacrifice for this hour, His Revealed
Word. And if your home does not display this, then it will not be protected from the
death angel that is passing through the land.
God said, "I
will pass over" not I will think about it, not , "well the odds
are in your favor, or maybe you might
luck out, but He gave us His Word, "I
will pass over and the plagues shall not be upon you to destroy you." He said,
"I will pass over" and He is not a man that he
can lie.
HEBREWS 6: 17 - 18 (read)
Immutability = unalterable what are the two things, 1) God's oath, He
gave us His Word, and 2) He can not lie, it is impossible for God to lie. So you have His Word and He can never go
against His Word. He Who promised the Word is here to
confirm it, to make it happen.
Romans 4: 16 - 24 (read)
Righteousness is being persuaded that when God promises something He
will also perform it.
Philippians 1: 6 (read) He which began the good work in you
shall perform it.

Now we're going to find the place of worship, right through there,
coming through that Blood. Notice, the
blood on the door was speaking the name of what was going... was on the inside, they were in there. Our place of worship, the Lamb, is the
Word. We know that.
And now as I explained Sunday, if you have the Lambs
Life in you, you'll act and think as He does. That is why He said in 2 Thessalonians 1: 10 that in this
hour
"He will come to be glorified in His saints."
Exodus 12: 7 - 11 (read) with your loins girded.. now the attire was
all part of the Token being identified
Luke 12:
29 - 40 (read) there is something
about having the loins girded. Now
notice what was to be girded first. It is the loins. That is where the male
seed is said to reside. So we see then that part of the attire has to do with
the way we protect the Seed. The Life that has been given to
us by this Word.
Ephesians 6: 13 - 14 (read) This tells us that the gird for the loins
is Truth. Truth then is what we must have to protect the Seed or Life that God
has given to us. So as good stewards of His Seed Life we must protect that Life
with the Truth.
1 Peter 1: 13 (read) Notice here we find that the Girding at the
time of the Revelation of Christ is to be the loins of our mind. Now as I said
earlier here, the loins represent the place where semen or seed is kept. So he
is letting us know here the Loins of our mind, the mind then is the place where
the seed life of God dwells in us by the new birth and we are to protect our
minds, or the seed life of God in our minds and have it ready to move out at
the time of the Revelation of Jesus Christ.
1 Peter 1: 22 - 23 (read) Then the new birth has to do with the
mind. Acts
Exodus 12: 11 (read) Why shoes on your feet.. Ephesians 6: 13 - 15 (read)
And your staff in your hand. Notice the word here is a Hebrew word ( maqqel) which is called a rod or stick unless you are traveling,
then it is called a staff. And finally,
notice how they were to eat it. Every bit of it. Not
90% not 99% of it, but every bit. "Man
shall not live by bread alone but by EVERY WORD ...that proceeds from the mouth
of God." Every
Word. And finally they were to eat it in
haste. 1 Peter 1: 13 (read) Gird up for what? Not just protection,
but you gird up when you get ready to move out.
Hebrews 4: 9 - 11 (read)
Spoudazo, to use speed, be prompt, using diligence in study.

Now, verse 4, notice, "Leave
no bread, leave none of the sacrifice," or, take one from one age to
another. Try to go back and say,
"Well, now, we're Lutherans, we want to come up here," you've got to
die to the Lutheran age to be borned in the Wesley age. You have to die in the
Wesley age to be borned in the Pentecostal age. And you have to die in the Pentecostal age, leave nothing of it left, burn
it with fire, because it's going to be burnt like the stalk that the wheat
comes up out of. The stalk, the denomination, it's got to be burned. So don't bring your denomination over in
the new Message. This is the Word now. That's what denominated, the stalk;
it carried It, that's right; but It come over into here, then the stalk died.
It was a carrier, the denomination, but the Word goes right on. Yeah, the Word
goes right on.

Now take the 5th and the 6th verse. Notice, "Not..." Now let's
take the 5th and the 6th verse: Thou mayest not sacrifice the passover within any of the gates, which the LORD thy God
giveth thee:

Now remember, "Not in any of these gates." The Lord permits
you to have these denominations, see, "these gates.
"But at the place which the LORD... God shall choose to place his
name in,...
That's the Gate, the only place. Not many, "these gates," but
God has a Gate.

You say, "Every morning I enter the Methodist gate." That's
the church. "Every morning I go into the Catholic gate." Uh-huh.
Well, the Lord let His people go in and out them
gates. God's got people in the Catholic church, Methodist church, Presbyterian
church, all of them, Pentecostals. Sure, but don't... you don't worship the
Lord in that gate. See? But the Lord has a certain gate. Glory! He has a gate.
But at the place which the LORD thy God... choose to place his name in,
there... shall thou sacrifice the passover at evening,...

When did Rebekah find Isaac? When did Eliezer call her to be the bride? Evening time!
It shall be Light about the evening time The way to Glory you will surely find; In
that water way is the Light today, Buried in the precious Name of Jesus Young
and old, repent of all your sins, The Holy Ghost will surely enter in; The
evening Lights have come, It is a fact
that God and Christ are one.

Light. See what I mean?

leave this, you see. No, no, it's--it's dinner time. Well, well, I got too many

Now, go in at the what? "You shall not go into any gate that the
Lord God has given you, but at the gate that the Lord will put His Name
in." Not go into the house of the--of the
gate which is the door. That right? God's going to put His Name at the door, and you shall not...
That's the gate that enters into the place of worship, the sanctuary. You
don't go in there with your sacrifice to any of these gates, but in the gate
that the Lord God chooses to put His Name in. See?

And now we could linger a long time on that. But, to save time, He is
the door to that sheepfold. Now, we want to notice here. The shadows and types
are really in view right here, but I... if I take that page I'd... it's going
to hold you awhile.

All right, notice, this brings in perfect view, Jesus Christ. For all
the Old Testament is type of Him, all the feasts, all the worships, and
everything. Now, I've got wrote down here, under these line of Scriptures,
"Explain it." There's where it'd take a long time. Explain how all
the feasts... Even the meal offering was a type of Christ. Let's just take that
one

One time there was a--a school called the school of the ministers, or
school of prophets, they trained up an educated prophet. And there was a
genuine, God-called prophet one time went up to visit them. They were going to
show the old prophet a little courtesy, so one of them went out and picked a
big bunch of what he thought to be peas; but they were poison gourds, and he
was going to feed them all on that.

Oh! How many seminary lapfuls have we had! See? Right.
They're cooking up something. See? They got Methodist lapfuls, Baptist lapfuls,
Pentecostal lapfuls. But, you see, they are the second
growth, the kind that can be pruned off the tree. See, not in the main Vine. Bearing lemons, grapefruits, and so forth; not oranges, but
professing to be citrus.

Notice again. Now, in this--in this, when Elijah come around
and looked at them, and seen that it was poison gourds that would kill every
one of them, they said, "Alas, we got death in the pot!"

He said, "Bring me a handful of meal." And he
throwed meal into it, he said, "Now it's all right, eat what you
want." It changed death to life.

And the meal offering that was given to... Christ, He was the Meal
offering, and the meal offering must be ground with a certain burr that made
every little chunk of meal the same, shows that He's the same yesterday, today,
and forever. He's the same thing to put in your denomination and it'll live,
the Word! Christ is the Word, all the types of everything:
the tabernacle, the--the--the shewbread, everything. The broken kosher
under the plate was His broken body, that the Jews can't explain yet why they
do it. See? And all these other things typed Him.

Now, then, Him in view, we see now all denominations and creeds left
behind; for He is the pure, unchangeable Word of God, which is the unleavened
bread,

Looky here. What's killing the race today? They take and
hybrid things. And when you hybrid it, you kill it. "Oh, it looks more pretty." Sure! Hybrid corn: corn flakes, all the
other cereals that comes out of corn. Hybrid corn: great, big, nice long
stalks, and great big ears, look like twice as good as the other. But it's
death! Science even has found that out. See? Don't cross it, it'll kill you.

Now, here, let me show you. The other day I was watering some flowers in
my yard. And the lady had some hybrid flowers that was
in a little pot here, a little planter beside the house. We have to water them things at least three times a week, or four, or they'll
die. And there stood the original plant out in the yard. It hasn't rained there
for six month, just as dry... If it rains, in ten minutes you can blow dust.
But that little fellow laying out there, just prettier
and brighter than the hybrid was with all the water. You keep that water off of
him, he will die. But where did he get his water? And another thing, you have
to go all along spraying them every day or two, to keep the lice off of him.
They don't, the lice will eat him up, he's so tender
and soft. But there ain't a louse that'll get on that original. No, no! He will
crawl up to him and crawl away. He's original! See what the hybreeding has
done?

That's the same thing in the church. They're trying to mix the
denomination with the Word, to make the... try to make the Word say what the
denomination says. And when you do that, you have to spray them, and baby them,
and--and give them gold stars to come to Sunday school, and everything else.
That's right. When, a genuine, borned-again Christian, borned with the Word of
God, he's rugged, can't kill him. The lice and things of the world don't bother
him. He's a eagle, he flies plumb a-past it. See,
soars in the heavenly. See? It is true. Nothing...

Notice. Now, we must understand that here, the denomination,
creeds, and anything that's added of the a-leavened bread cannot mix with the
unleavened bread. And the Bible foreshadows here in the sacrament, of going
into the worship, that no unleavened can be taken with you, and God will
receive it.198 You
say, "I'm Methodist." Right there you die! "I'm
Pentecostal's." You die! 199 I
am of Christ. That's right. You've got to stand on something. That's right.
You're--you're standing on something.
