Another Jesus

Last Wednesday night we continued at pp. 259 where Brother Branham said, . Just don't put no leaven amongst It. Don't add any creed, any denomination, for it's polluted right there, your sacrifice is finished.  And we focused our thoughts on what this leaven is that he mentions here. Brother Branham himself tells us that leaven is any Creed, or any denominational idea that would pollute the Word. We examined what it means to pollute the word.  We found [ Webster] telling us that the word {pollute} means "to contaminate, to make impure or corrupt by contact with or admixture with".   So what we looked at was any creed or denominational thought or idea that comes into contact with or is added to the Word in such a way as to change the meaning of the Word, because after all, a Word is only a thought that is expressed, and since a creed is also an expressed thought pertaining to some subject, then we are looking at the effects that one thought has upon another. And thus to pollute the Thoughts of God by adding the thoughts of men is what we examined here.

We found in [ Mark 4 ]  Jesus warning us to be careful How we hear because with what Measure we use to meet it out, that is the measure that we will receive it through."  In other words he warned us that we are all looking through some sort of filter and that we must be very careful of what filter we are looking through. Every person must base their opinions upon fact that we learn from somebody. We start as a child a as we grow up every thing we know comes from some other person. You might say, "No! I learned it on my own from a book!"  But who wrote the book. Then you might say, "well, I learned it in school!"  But again who was your teacher. Every fact we know and every falsehood we understand, we got from somebody. And that is why God Himself has come down in this hour with a Message. He has come to change our thinking. He has come to give us His Own thoughts and therefore His Own mind or mind set.  So what we see Jesus warning us about in [Mark 4] is that we must be ever so careful about how we hear what we hear. Because after all He says, The measuring stick or standard by which you are hearing is the very thing that can lead you astray.

In [ John 8] we find Jesus arguing with the Pharisees about Godhead. And He tells them that His filter is God Himself because He only says what God has already told Him to say. But Jesus tells the Pharisees that their filter is their own fathers who were also guilty of killing the Prophets that God had already sent. Furthermore, Jesus takes them right back to their beginning and their lineage and says, if you had you source in God, if you were God Seed, you would believe what I am telling you because I am only telling you what My Father, (Whom you profess to be your Father as well) told me to say. He then says, you are actually Serpent Seed and you show that this is what you are because it is Satan's filter that you are using. He said, "I say what I have heard My Father say, and you do what you have seen with your father. This is why you seek to kill Me."   Now we know that we are all susceptible to using the wrong filter. Even Jesus own Apostles were rebuked for doing so.

We found evidence of this in [Matthew 16] where the Apostles had been with Jesus all day and were hungry. They were thinking about food, when He abruptly said, "Take heed of the leaven of the Pharisees." Now, since their minds were already thinking in terms of food, they naturally thought the leaven He spoke of was bread, and when they talked among themselves about what they were thinking, Jesus rebuked them and let them know that He was not talking about bread, but the Doctrine of the Pharisees is what He wanted them to be careful about. In this Biblical illustration, Jesus Himself referred to leaven as doctrine. And we know that the word doctrine comes from the word, "didache" which means that which is taught or instruction..  So we see that Doctrine is nothing more than teaching. It is what is taught. So what you teach is your doctrine. And as we know, "whatsoever a man thinketh in his heart, so is he,"..." and out from the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh."  So then your doctrine will be only an expression of Who and what you are. Then too, God's doctrine is only an expression of Who and What He is. To add anything to it will only pollute the teaching of Who He is and What He is doing. In other words, Godhead and Vindication (which is His personal Presence backing up His Message).

And that is exactly what Brother Branham said his Message was, "To declare Him, that He is Here!" Now this declaration is two fold. #1) to declare Him gives us Godhead, and #2) to declare that He is here! Gives us Presence which is also vindication. So to pollute either of these two thoughts would be to give you  another Jesus and another Gospel.

[ 2 Corinthians 11: 1 - 4] Would to God ye could bear with me a little in [my] folly: and indeed bear with me. For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present [you as] a chaste virgin to Christ.  But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or [if] ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, you put up with it  easily enough.

So we see that even before the first Church age was completed, the people had already began to fall for ministers who were bringing to them another Jesus. A different Jesus than the One Paul had brought to them. And we find that this brings with it another Gospel and another Spirit. And we know this word another is a Greek word, Heteros which means, one of a different nature. And since we are told in  [2 Peter 1: 3 - 4 ]  that the Word of God gives us all that pertains to Life and we even receive God's own nature through His Word because He said, " My Words are Spirit and they are Life." And so we see that we receive the very Nature off God by receiving the Life of God that is released from His Word through Revelation of the Word. And then, if we hear and receive a Word which is different in nature from the One He has Truly given to us, then we will receive a different Nature than the One that is in His True Word. And what other nature could that be than one that is perverted.

Now, remember we read tonight where Brother Branham said, the leaven of  would pollute the Word. In [Galatians 1: 6 - 7] Paul said,   I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:  Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.  Notice Paul is telling them that they have already become removed, which is a separation from the Gospel of Christ. He said they were separated to and by another Gospel which is not altogether a different message as though it is a completely different one. But what he is telling them here is that the Message was changed or perverted and in this perversion, it became another or a different gospel in it's nature. The word pervert here is a Greek word, [metastrepho] which means, to transform into something of an opposite character as we see in scripture when it uses this same word on [Acts 2:20 and says, "The sun shall be turned into darkness" and in [James 4:9] when it says, "Laughter will be turned into mourning and joy into heaviness."  It is also interesting to note that this word metastrepho is used only three times and in each the change that it is talking about is one that goes from good to worse, as the sun turning into darkness and joy turning into heaviness as well as laughter into mourning. So when Paul uses it again in referring to the Gospel which brings Life, then we can see the opposite of Life is death. And that is exactly what this perverted Gospel brings with it.  Death!

[259] Just don't put no leaven amongst It. Don't add any creed, any denomination, for it's polluted right there, your sacrifice is finished. Before we move on from this thought, I want you to notice what else Brother Branham said about this polluting of the Word. He said, "right there, your sacrifice is finished".

Now what does He mean by this? Well, we know that when something is finished it is no longer viable.    [ Webster ]  Finished means : { to end or complete, to kill or destroy, to end relations with.} And that is exactly what happened to Cain when God rejected His sacrifice. The Bible tells us [ Genesis 4: 16] that he went out from the Presence of the Lord thus ending his relationship with God. And this is exactly what is to happen again in this hour of the Great Appearing of the Lord in His Omega Ministry among us.  Let's turn to  2 Thessalonians the first chapter.

[II Thessalonians 1:7 - 12] And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints,  Now, I want you to notice that at the very time that God is here gathering together His Bride as we see in chapter 2 and verse 1, He is bringing forth a separation of those who are not His from Himself.  These who know not him and obey not His Word, are punished and destroyed by being sent away from His Presence. See if that isn't exactly what we read here. (In flaming fire)  (taking vengeance on them that know not God), and (that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ): (Who shall be punished) How?  (with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord), and (from the glory of his power) . Now we know the Glory of His Power is the Doxa of His Dunamis. Which is the very mindset of God in manifestation. So then because they are not allowed to receive of this mindset, nor the Power of an endless life, which we find in Hebrews 7, then we see that all that is left to them is death and destruction.  And that is why Brother Branham said, Just don't put no leaven amongst It. Don't add any creed, any denomination, for it's polluted, (right there your sacrifice is finished).

We see this also in [ Ephesians 4: 17 - 18] This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart.  Notice how it says that these other people walk... In the vanity of their own minds. So this tells you that they are not governed by the Word of God, and neither is God's Word in their minds. But what governs them and directs them is their own thinking. And of  Course we know what God thinks of that. In the Book of Proverbs we read, "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the way thereof is the way of death."   But now we see here in [Ephesians 4] that these men walk by their own choosing, by their own mindset or as Jesus said in [ John 8 ] they do what they understand which is what their father    ( The Devil did before them) and notice this is because their understanding has become darkened which means it has literally been covered so as to prevent it from seeing or knowing and thus understanding.  And because their understanding has become closed off to the understanding of God, they thus become alienated or separated from the God Life in the Word.

Now we see further the cutting off or the destruction of these people comes because they literally refuse to hear what God has to say through the One Whom He sends. And in [ Acts 3: 19 - 23 ]we read,  Repent ye therefore,( which means to change your thinking)  and be converted ( or be changed), that your sins ( which is unbelief)  may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;  And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was appointed unto you:  Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. And it shall come to pass, [that] every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.  So notice that God himself has declared that The Presence of Jesus will be accompanied by a Prophet from among your Brethren who will come with a Message and the people that refuse to hear the Message that He brings will be cut off or destroyed.

In [Acts 13:41]  Paul not only used these same words, but he let us know that this was speaking of a future time. He prophesied that there would come a ministry in the end time that would declare the very Presence of the Resurrected Christ among the people, and although Christ would  vindicate His own Presence among the people at this time, they would still refuse to believe it.  "Behold you scoffers, be astonished and perish: for I  work a work in your days, a work which ye shall utterly refuse to believe, though a man fully declare it unto you.”

So we see then that the people in this generation are really without any excuse. These things were not done in a corner. God Himself  has come down and they refuse to hear what He is saying through the Lips of  His Prophet. But what about those who do hear what He is declaring. What about those who do understand Godhead and Vindication? What about this group? Well, we read further in God's Only Provided Place of Worship  in  [pp. 260]  Let's hurry now, right quick, so you can go eat.  Notice! Now, then, you are a son of God in the house of God, you are a part of God's economy. [Romans 8:1], "Then there is no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus." For they are dead to the world, alive in Him, and living in this present day, making the Word that God has used them for, foreordained them, placing their names in this Bride Book. And when the Waters comes upon that seed that's in the heart, raises it up to the Bride of Christ. Oh, my! Just perfect as it can be. In every age it's been that way.

262 GOD'S.PROVIDED.PLACE.WORSHIP - 65-1128.1M   The Lutherans, under justification, the feet, raised it like that; Wesley, under sanctification. The Pentecostals under the arms, the works and deeds and so forth, had to be Calvinists... or had to be Armenian, had to be legalists. But now we come to the head, the capstone. "Grace! Grace!" the capstone cried.

263 The headstone crying what? "Grace! Grace!" Passed from death and creed, into a living Word of the living God. God's only provided plan for His age, His sons in the Word age quickened by the Spirit like a spark that's lit off of something to make it alive; and seated now in heavenly places (in present tense), already alive and subject to every promise in the Word. Then what does that do? You being a part of God's gene, a part of the Word, other men a part of God's Word, seated together, manifest the entire Body of Christ, because there's no leaven among you. (See what He's talking about, Brother Brown?) No leaven among you, just the Word only, seated in heavenly places, in the door where He put His Name: Christ Jesus.

264 No leaven among you, that brings the entire fullness of the godhead bodily among you. Couldn't do it in Luther's age, couldn't do it in Wesley's age, couldn't do it in the Pentecostal age; but in the day when the Son of man will be manifested, revealed, brought back the Church together with the entire Deity of God amongst His people, showing the same visible signs, manifesting Himself like He did at the beginning when He was manifested on earth in a form of a Prophet-God. Oh! Glory! Promised by Malachi 4, promised by the rest of the Scriptures. Where you worship at? The house of God, seated (in present tense)
