The Nations are Gone

2 Peter 2: 1 But
there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false
teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying
the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
Now, in this verse of Scripture we see the arrogance
of the people in this last days and how they will manifest themselves in the
presence of God.
The scripture tells us
that they will deny the Lord that bought them, and that word deny means to
disavow, and reject, to deny and refuse. So not only will they be of such a
nature as to reject the one that bought them, but they will show forth their
arrogance and refuse to listen to what the very God of Heaven has come down to
declare. And because they refuse God,
God will also refuse them. That is what Jesus said in, Matthew 10: 33
But whosoever shall deny me before men, him
will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
To say the same thing as Christ brings or shows
ONENESS, right? Then to not say the same thing shows denial. If you don't
say the same thing then what you're saying is NOT the same thing.
Now, the problem with people who claim to be
Christian is that they don't know what a Christian is. So how can you claim
what you don't even know.
That is the problem we even see in this message.
People claim the Message but don't even know
what the Message is. To be Christian people think is a code of
ethics. Do's and Don'ts. Do this
and you are and don't do this. But that is not it. That
has never been God's way of operating.
He doesn't judge by what you are or are not on the
outside. He judges what comes forth from the heart. It's
your heart that He is looking upon.
From CHRIST IS THE MYSTERY OF GOD REVEALED, pages 63 - 65
brother Branham said, “So many people's got the wrong conception. To
convert people to Christianity and to its government is not God's thought at all. You
say, "We make converts to Christianity by His government." That's not it. "Well,
they're not supposed to drink; they're not supposed to lie.
"Do you know
the Mohammedans can outshine... Do you know the heathens in
Africa (them black
man)--they got laws among their tribe
that'll outshine anything you can
produce in Christianity.
" Amongst the tribe of the Shungai If a
young girl isn't married by a certain age, she has to leave the--leave the
tribe, and Before she's married, she has to be tested for her virginity. She be found guilty of
committing adultery with some man, she has to tell who it is, and they're both killed together."
"Oh, they can outshine what these
so-called... What if you did that in so-called Christians? Ninety-nine percent of them
would die before daylight. That's right. Right. Both man and women. You
know that's right.
We're not suppose
to make converts to Christianity by a government, but by the revelation of Christ in you as God was in Christ.
As God was in Christ, Christ in
you. What God did in Christ, Christ does in you."
" Jesus said”, “at that day (that's this day)
(when this revelation is made known) you will know that I am in the Father, and the
Father in Me, I in you, and you in Me--when the revelation
is made manifest. At that day, ye shall know that I and the
Father are One. I'm in the Father, and the Father's in Me. Then
when the revelation comes forth, then it's I in you and you in Me."
Last week we spoke on Walking in the light as Enoch
walked in the presence of God and then the transforming power of God’s Word
translated him or what we call today a Rapture. Our thoughts lay in a few words
which brother Branham spoke, concerning
Enoch as a son of God who did what God told him to do. Nothing more,
nothing less, Just simple obedience to the Word of God. And that is the
attributes of every son of God who will receive the adoption of sons.
God is not looking for us to perform some super human
feats. God is the one who performs those supernatural things. And unless He
shows us by vision what to do, then God is pleased with us to do nothing but to
wait on Him and to love Him and to serve Him. God’s our Father, is simply
looking for His children to be obedient to Him and His Word.
Now, this morning I would like to continue in our
study of brother Branham’s sermon called the Masterpiece and we shall pick up
at paragraph. 203
of THE
MASTERPIECE 64-0705 where he begins to wind down his
sermon. I love Him, I love Him, Because He first loved me, And purchased my
salvation On
In paragraph 200 we saw how the Life has left the
church and has gone into the Grain which brother Branham typed as the Bride. And
I believe the reason he typed that as the bride is because Jesus Christ was the
Original Seed of God, and as Jesus said, it was expedient for that seed, the
original Seed to be planted in the ground in order to bring forth many seed, or
many sons.
Therefore in paragraph 200 we saw how important it was
to stay in the Word, which is the Doctrine of Christ, the teaching of Christ,
and to leave the doctrine of Christ means to leave God Himself. For the apostle
John said, “He
that hath not the doctrine of Christ hath not God.” And, “He that hath the son
hath life”.
Now, this morning we are once again examining some
thoughts from brother Branham’s sermon on the Masterpiece, and in paragraph 205
we see that Brother Branham is very definitive in his statements concerning the
Life of the Word and how it has left the Pentecostal church, and has moved on.
Therefore, this morning we shall continue where we
left off, and shall read from paragraph 205 of brother Branham sermon The Masterpiece
where he says, “205 With
our heads bowed now, is there some here that would like to be remembered? If
you feel that you're not... Friends, it's too plain. I've never had a vision in
my life, 'less something happened, followed. I tell the truth. All of these
other times if I've told the truth, God has proved it, then I tell the truth
this time. I don't know what day
we're living in, but I know there's
nothing left. There couldn't be a politician rise that could straighten
this thing out: politics, the nation's
gone. Oh, God. Can you get down deep enough to feel that? The nation's gone,
not nation, but nations. This is the
best of the bunch, and it's gone. Then if the
nations are gone, the world's gone. And the churches? To my opinion,
Pentecost was the best they've had; but it's
gone. Oh, God, be merciful to us.
Now, this morning I would like to look into this
statement for a moment and when we do we must realize that for something to be
gone, that means there is no coming back. It’s gone. It has crossed that line
of return to the land of no return.
When we look at a person in a hospital bed and the
doctor comes in and tells us the person is gone, that means they are dead. And
when a nation or nations are said to be gone by a vindicated prophet, then
there is no hope left for those nations. Only an individual here and one there,
but as for the people in general, it’s over for them.
Now, the word gone literally means “beyond hope” or “beyond recall”. 3. It
also means “Dying or dead”. Other
words to describe it are: Ruined,
lost, Used up, or exhausted.

61-0415E P:34 brother Branham said, Now,
there's unsettled peace. You don't have to think great big nations like
Now, if the nations are “gone”,
then that means there is not hope left for them. Then what has caused the
nations to be “gone” in brothers Branham’s
estimation? It is because they have rejected the Word of the Lord. They have
rejected “Thus Saith the Lord”.
Jude 1: 18 How
that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk
after their own ungodly lusts. Sp we know that in the end time they will not be God
minded, but self minded. Their thoughts as it was in the days of Noah are
wicked continually.
Genesis
6:5 And
GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in
the earth, and that every imagination of the
thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the LORD that he
had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7 And
the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the
earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air;
for it repenteth me that I have made them. 8 But Noah found grace in the
eyes of the LORD.
Now, this tells me that their minds were so polluted
that they could not think right thoughts. But there was one Man that the Grace
of God kept, and that was Noah who found Grace in the sight of the Lord. One
man in a world of about 6 billion people.
2 Peter 3: 1-3 This second epistle, beloved, I now write
unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds
by way of remembrance:2 That ye may be mindful of
the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment
of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour: Knowing this first, that there
shall come in the last days scoffers,
walking after their own lusts,
And these scoffers walk after their own lusts, their
own desires. Notice when the minds go then the nations are gone, and this is
the condition at the end time when man’s minds are so filled with everything
that is not God or God like. So the main attribute we are looking at concerning
the nations being “gone”, which means beyond hope is that the minds of the
people are totally bankrupt concerning the things of God. When you have men who
can preach and attack the true revelation of the Godhead and then tell their
people that we are off the Word because we believe that Jesus is a mediator
between god and man, and that he is a man Jesus, and then tell the people that
Jesus after he died His body went back to the gases. And then tell me that person’s mind is not
gone. Tell me that, that mind is not reprobate concerning “THE FAITH”?
Our only hope is that we have an older brother who
died on our behalf, because if we do not then we do not have a Father that is
eternal and has given us of His Spirit His life that we also may live on
eternally.
1 John 5:
12 He that hath the Son hath
life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
1 John 2: 18 Little children, it is the last time: and as
ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists;
whereby we know that it is the last time. And what makes a man anti Christ? Verse 22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the
Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever
denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he
that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
But we know that even though the world will be mentally
gone at the end time, we know that we have an anointing from the Holy One. God
Himself has come for a purpose and that is to place his thoughts in us, His
Word in Us, His Life in us. His very mind in us, giving us Oneness with God.
And so we see at the end time this revelation of Jesus Christ will be revealed
to us. 1
Peter 1: 5 Who are kept by the power of God through
faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
2 Timothy
3: 1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall
come.
Acts 2 :17 And
it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit
upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young
men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
Leadership
65-1207 P:119 O God, let me go, Lord. Don't leave me
behind, Jesus. Let me go with You, Father. I don't want to stay here on this
earth to watch these tribulations coming on. I don't want to stay here in this
insanity. I don't want to stand here when hideous sights, the people losing
their mind. We look at men trying to act like beasts and look like beasts; and
the women trying to look like animals, with the paints on their face. Knowing
that these things are predicted to happen, that the thing will, they'll go so
insane till locusts will rise up with hair like women to haunt the women, and
teeth like lions, and things that You've said; the mental condition of the
people will be completely gone. We see it in the making right now, Lord. Help
us. Restore us to the sane mind of
Christ Jesus our Lord. O great Leader of Eternal Life, we accept Your
promise tonight, Father. I plead for this people. I plead for every one of
them, in the Name of Jesus Christ, Lord. I
pray that Christ the Son of God will come into the hearts of every one of us,
Lord, and mold us and make us into new creatures in Jesus Christ. Grant it,
Lord God. We love You. And we want our dispositions, our change to come into
us, that we can be Your children,
feel of Your Spirit moving in our hearts, Lord, tendering us and bringing us to
realization of this insane age that we're living in. Grant it, God. When we see
young women so caught up in the web of the Devil, young men, perverted minds,
children, dope addicts, cigarette smoking, drinking, immoral, Satan's Eden. God,
it taken You six thousand years, according to the Bible, to build an
God's
power to transform 65-0911 P:63 Now,
how the poison has struck the church,
struck the earth. Satan's poison upon the seeds, has put cavities in it and
caused it to be deformed. More and more he sinks deeper into the hearts of the
churches, in the hearts of the people and everything, science, science. Until
it's become a place where the human race, by being interbred... I believe every
seed should bring forth of its kind. And the human race, and the plant, and all
being interbred, has brought us to a place; in eating our food from the earth,
which our bodies is made hybrid; it's put our whole minds... Now, if our bodies
are falling at, from twenty to twenty-five years old, because of degenerated
cells by hybrid foods, don't our brain
cells degenerate? Isn't that cells also? That's why Ricky runs through the
street here with this hot rod; why Ricketta, Elvita's, and many of them, as
we'd call name, out here half naked before the people, mentally gone, no more
conceptions of decency or morals.
Lean not
unto thy own understanding 65-0120 P:88 O Holy Spirit, move freshly
in our hearts now. Show us our wrongs, Lord. We won't lean to our own
understanding, our own reasoning. But we lean upon You, because we know that
we're standing in Your Divine, vindicated promise of today. You have made
Yourself known beyond any reasoning. We could not reason and explain it. But
You've come right down here in our midst now, and made known to us that You are
here, and men and women are believing that and accepting it. God, take each one
of us into Your bosom, and hide them in the Rock of Ages until the fires are
passed. We're fixing to be burned, Lord. We know it. We're back in
Christ revealed in His own Word 65-0822M
P:18 And then when we open up those, the Lord
willing, on those Seven Vials and show those hideous things... Men will be so
insane after while, till they'll imagine they're seeing ants the size of a
mountain. They'll be tormenting women, be locusts come upon the earth with long
hair to torment women who cut theirs off, hair like women hanging down, and
long teeth like a lion, stingers in their tail like a scorpion, and so forth,
to torment men upon the earth. But then it'll be too late to do anything about
it. You get right now. See? Tormenting...
Leadership 65-1207 P:121 These
hideous sights that's coming upon the earth. You can see how the people's
moving right into it. It's an insanity. But when that thing strikes, the church
will be gone. God, let us be there. That's my prayer to the great supernatural
Being that's in this building tonight, the great Christ that still has Eternal
Life. I pray Thee, Christ, as I'm here with my eyes open, looking at the church
that You've redeemed with Your Blood. God, don't let a one of us be lost. We
want to be right with You. So cleanse us, O Lord, from all of our iniquities.
Take away our sins and things. We seen You heal our sick, even raise our dead
(come back to life through prayer), and we seen all these things happen,
Father. Now, bring us back to Life spiritually; bring us back into realization
of Eternal Life through Christ Jesus. Grant this, Father. I commit it all to
You. In Jesus Christ's Name.
Leadership 65-1207 P:120 Can
you see the insanity of this age? Look how it's gone; there's not even reasons
among the people no more. It's gone. Where is our... Even leaders...Look at our
President. "If they want Communism, let them have it. Whatever the people
wants, let them have it." Where is our Patrick Henrys, our George Washington’s?
Where is our leaders that can stand for a principle? We haven't got them no
more. Where is our churches, our ministers? Will take the people in just on
prohibition, or come in join the church and do this, or have a little sensation
or something. Where is those men of God, those prophet that stand out and dare
to defy all the things of the world? Where is those men of integrity? Where are
they at? They're so soft, and
through intellectual conceptions and things, till they're not here no more. O
God, have mercy upon us.
Invisible union of the bride 65-1125 P:51 The
complete total insanity this world will go into right away. It's almost there
now. Why, you can see the footsteps of it. There it is. It's--it's marching
right out on the street, right down the church pew: total insanity, do things
that a human being wouldn't think of doing and being civilized. Look what

now, look what
Power of transformation 65-1031M P:115 And
the women have to dress them self so immoral to get out amongst people. And
they say, "I'm a good woman." Well, what's she putting herself out
there like that for? She's blinded. "Well, if your... If one of these
sisters here of little age, if your mother or my mother would've walked out on
the street way one of these women, they'd have put her in the insane
institution; she didn't even have enough mind to know to put on her clothes.
Well, if it was insanity then, it's insanity now. It's still the same type of
woman. See? But they've lost all their decency, all their understanding.
They've lost their... And with modern understanding, with culture and
education, "It's healthier to be it." It's sinful and death. Notice.
They are, oh, not like they used to be. When the...
Knoweth it not 65-0815 P:32 Let
me prophesy something to you just before it comes to pass. The whole world is groping in insanity, and will get worse, and worse, and worse until it'll be a bunch of
maniacs, and it's almost that way now. Could you imagine a man driving with
his lights off on the wrong side of the road, a Ricky, a young kid supposed to
be right out of high school? Killed a bunch of people... Does that stop them? The
next one came right behind him doing the same thing. Can you imagine a young
man that thinks of himself, anything of himself, getting out here and acting
the way they do? Could you imagine a young woman in the bloom of womanhood,
beautiful, well-built, shaped, profile, face, beautiful... And the very thing
of her being pretty shows that we're at the end time. See, she's went all together to worldly feature, worldly things and not the
beauty of holiness, sweetness in her soul. I've seen women, on the outside
of them wasn't nothing to look at, but you speak to them one time, talk to them
a few minutes; they're real genuine something that you can't get away from.
See, beauty of the outside is of the devil; it's of the world.
Knoweth it not 65-0815 P:31 Brother
George Wright setting here--he's seventy-five or seventy-eight years old, I
guess. What would you think would've happened if you'd have went to see Sister
Wright someday, and she'd have been standing in a pair of shorts? Why, you'd
have never... You'd have had the woman locked up. You'd have never married her.
Well, if any young man in that day would've done it, the same thing would've
took place. Well, if it was sin and wrong then, it's the same thing; but the people has grown into insanity.
Knoweth it not 65-0815 P:29 And
if this woman... Now, she'd say, "Now, wait just a minute, Mr. Branham.
I'll give you to understand, I am no prostitute." My sister, maybe if
you'd be took before a Bible, put your hands upon It in the Presence of God and
swear an oath that you'd been just as true to your husband as you could be.
Your body belongs to your husband, but your soul belongs to God. There is a
evil spirit that's anointing you. If you're not, then you're... I can prove
that you're totally insane. What would've happened to your grandmother if she'd
have walked down the street with them shorts on? They'd have put her in the
insane institution; she come out without her dress on. There's something wrong
with her mind. If it was so then, it's so now. So it throws the whole world
into insanity. The whole thing's insane. And it's so gradually crept in till
the people don't know it.
Perseverance
63-1116E P:97 You remember, a prescription's just enough
antidote in there to take the disease, and enough to kill enough of the--the
medicine for the patient. And if you don't, you put too much of the--of the
antidote in it, or something another that won't work, weaken it down too much,
it won't help the patient. You put too much of the poison in, it'll kill the
patient. It's got to be just right. And He wrote a eternal prescription, for
it's for every generation. Not shake hands, join church, and all these other
things. He said, "Repent, and then be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ
for the remission of your sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy
Ghost. It's promised to you and your children." They took that
prescription and fulfilled it at God's great counter. And when they did, on the
day of Pentecost, they healed the sick, they done everything that there was to
be done; 'cause it was God, Christ in them. All right.
Things
wasn't so from the beginning 61-0120 P:8 If
a doctor wrote a formula, prescription, and you added something to it, or taken
some away from it, you'd kill your patient. That's right. You've got to keep it
just the way it's wrote. There's enough antidote there to upset the poison,
enough poison to kill the germs. And too much poison in it without the antidote
would kill the patient and too much antidote without the poison... What would
it do? It wouldn't help your patient. So you've got to keep it right. And
that's the way God's Word is. It's God's prescription. Yes, brother. It's God's
prescription to His people to cure every sickness, every disease. Sin and
physical, whatever it may be, it's all met in God's Word. Amen. It's God's
Word. It was so at the beginning; it was so in the middle age; it's so in every
age, and It's so this morning; just the same as It was when He spoke It, 'cause
It cannot deviate one speck because It's God's Word.

Timothy 4:1 Now
the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from
the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared
with a hot iron; 3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving
of them which believe and know the truth. 4 For
every creature of God is good, and nothing to be
refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: 5 For
it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. 6 If
thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good
minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good
doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
