The Mysteries of God

I CORINTHIANS 2:7 7
But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, [even] the hidden [wisdom],
which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8 Which none of the princes
of this world knew: for had they known [it], they would not have crucified the
Lord of glory.
I want you to
understand before we read any further, that God has had a Wisdom which He has
purposed that it bring forth our Glory at the end time. Now, this Wisdom God
had to keep secret because it is not for everybody, it is for the Elect only.
Paul was the
first to speak of it, and through his Gospels he laid out what those mysteries
were but did not reveal the secrets of those mysteries. EPHESIANS 6:19 ¶ And for me, that utterance may be given unto
me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
It is these
secret's of these mysteries which have been laid bare before us in this hour
through the ministry of William Branham the 7th Church Age angel.
REVELATION 10:7 But in the days
of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of
God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
Now, if we follow
this scripture from verse 1-7 we see that God descends with a Loud Voice which
is a shout. This is the same voice spoken of in 1 Thessalonians 4: 15-18. Notice that it is as when a Lion roareth
which is spoken of the voice of God in prophetic utterance in Amos 3:6.
Now, Paul told us
that to possess all the mysteries is not the key, for we could do so and still
perish. But When Perfect Love is in our midst, then to know the mysteries will
be the thing.
I CORINTHIANS
13:2 And though I have [the gift of] prophecy, and understand all
mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove
mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
And we are told
that at the time when We see Him Face to Face which is presence to presence is
when He comes to us in Love as Perfect Love, as Perfect Revealed Word. 1 Cor 13: 9-13.
Then we will know
and it will do us the Good it was meant to do, and that is the change spoken of
in Romans 12: 1-2, 1Cor 3:18,, 1 John 3: 1-3, Colossians 3:4 etc.
WHO IS THIS
MELCHISEDEC 65-0221E 42 Notice, like the sculptor, he hides with a mask over it.
That's what God's done to this age. It's been hid. All these things has been
hid, and is supposed to be revealed in this age. Now, the Bible says they would
be revealed in the latter times. It's like a sculptor keeping his piece of work
all covered over until the time he takes the mask off of it and there it is.
And that's what the Bible has been. It has been a work of God that's been
covered up. And it's been hid since the foundation of the world, and its
sevenfold mystery, and God promised in this day, at the age of this
Laodicea church, He would take the mask off the whole thing and we could see
it.

And so there He spoke to me and said, "The Seven Seals will be
opened. The seven mysteries, sevenfold mystery of the Bible that's been closed
up since the foundation of the world will be revealed." And we, yet a
humble little group compared with all the world, we've enjoyed these blessings
and hearing those mysteries: Marriage, Divorce, Serpent's Seed. All those
different questions has been completely revealed to us, not by man but by God
Himself, that's opened those seven mysteries of what the church was, how it was
in Christ at the beginning, and how it would be revealed in the last day. And
now, as this went up... We have the picture outside on the plaque. But then...
I have the picture laying present here, if you notice it as "Life"
magazine had it. But I wonder if my audience visible here has ever really
looked at the picture (See, see?) in the way it should be?
EPHESIAN CHURCH

Now, in the Bible they did not understand this Revelation. Because what
good would it do them to watch and wait if they knowed there'd be thousands of
years before Jesus came? It was not give to them. And I say to this, to you
people here, you Catholic people, to you Lutheran, to you Methodists, and so
forth, it was not give to Martin Luther, the Light that's on the Word today.
Neither was it give to John Wesley. John Wesley preached sanctification that
Luther passed over. And the Light comes as we have need of Light. God says It,
and It isn't opened up to us because It's hid to our eyes until the day that
God's able to reveal it. Wonder what it'll be after we leave? Yea, I'm
persuaded that there's very, very much more that we know nothing about. That is
right. There's Seven Seals, if we just take the complete Book of Revelation,
that's sealed on the back of the Book. It ain't even, isn't written in the
Book. And them Seals are to be opened during this church age, and the seven
last mysteries of God is to be made known. Oh, I'd like to just keep it all
winter and go through It. Yes, sir. The seven church ages...

As Daniel heard the seven thunders and forbidden; and John heard the
voices, and this Book was sealed, and the back of the book was sealed with
Seven Seals; but in the days of these Seals to be opened, the mystery of God
would be finished. In other words, God would be known to His church, not in
three people, but as one Person. The mystery of God would be revealed, and when
that was completely revealed, then the seven mysteries would open to the
church; because in there, the church would be living under the inspiration of
the Holy Spirit, Him moving in and out and showing His signs of being alive and
among us, living among us, and we're then worshipping the living Christ that's
among us.

{212} Now, watch real close.
This is something you must get. Now, He had been doing His mediatorial work
making intercessions for the believer. For two thousand years He'd been back
there, a Lamb. Now, He is stepping forth from eternity to take the title deeded
Book, and to break the Seals, and reveal the mysteries. When of it? At the end
time. Do you get it? All right, we'll go on then. Now, break the Seals and
release all the mysteries to them--to the seventh angel whose message is to
reveal all the mysteries of God. The mysteries of God lays in these Seven
Seals. See? That's what He said here. All the mysteries lays in these Seven
Seals.
FIRST SEAL THE

Watch. Don't forget this now, as we go. But in the days... (days)... of
the voice of the seventh angel,... (That last angel, earthly angel.) This Angel
come down from heaven. Wasn't Him. He come from heaven, but He's speaking here
the voice of the seventh angel. Which is a "angel" means "a
messenger." Anybody knows that. And the messenger to the church age... in
the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the
mystery... (Seven Seals, all the mysteries)... of God should be finished, as he
hath declared to his servants the prophets. 147-2 {201} The entire mystery is
unfolded. That's the ministry of that angel. See? Be so simple people just drop
off the top of it. But yet it'll be perfectly a-vindicated everywhere, just be
perfectly normal. See? Everybody that--that wants to see it can see it. See?
That's right. But those... Jesus said, as He said when He come, said, "You
got eyes and can't see, Isaiah said you did. (See?) And you got ears and you
can't hear." Now... So we find out that... That scared me. I looked back
there at that clock, and I thought it was ten o'clock. But It ain't even nine
yet. You see? All right. Oh, my. Let's get it now.
Third Exodus
63-0630M 42-4Now, all the mysteries of justification, sanctification,
baptism of the Holy Ghost is done explained. Now, it's picking up the loose
ends of that which is concealed in the Seven Seals; not the seven churches, the
Seven Seals revealed the Mysteries. And then He opened this thing up at the top
and found a rock in there, white, but it never been wrote on, is a mystery. Go
to Tucson, foretell it before it happened. Stand north of Tucson (witnesses
standing here with it) when a blast come that shook the mountains off the
ground, almost. And at the same time, a circle of light hanging yonder in the
air. When the science took the pictures now, twenty-six miles high, about five
times the distance of fog or anything could be; and they can't even find what
did it.

25 I seen the rocks tumbling off the side of the hill, rolling down.
And I looked up, there was that white circle above me there, circling around.
Here come seven Angels, come moving down out of the air, picked me up, and
said, "Go back to your home to the East, right away, and bring those Seven
Seals where there's seven mysteries, for the complete Word is revealed now in
these seven mysteries." If you've never heard, if you ever believed I ever
said anything in a sermon inspired, you take them tapes of the Seven Seals.
… And if you ever heard anything that's
really, as I can say it's THUS SAITH THE LORD, get those.

NOW 63-1110M 24-3 But one day He rose from there, come
forth. Where was the Book at? It was still in the abstract Owner, God Almighty.
And John looked around, and he wept because there was no man even worthy to
look on the Book. And it would especially open the Seals to reveal what the
hidden mystery was. The mysteries was in the Seven Seals. When these Seven
Seals was opened, that opened up the entire Bible. The Seven Seals, it was
sealed with Seven Mysteries. And in these Seven Seals, held the entire mystery
of it, and it was the Book of Redemption:

notice before the Seven Seals was revealed, before the great mysterious Light
showed forth in the heavens up here at above Tucson, Flagstaff, where we were?
Brother Fred, two of the men that was--the two men was with me that morning.
When that had been told months and months ahead of time would happen... Both
Brother Fred Sothmann and Brother Gene Norman setting here this morning, when
it--was there when the blast went off, and not knowing these things would take
place. And He sent me back, said that the time was at hand for these Seven
Seals which held the seven mysteries of the entire Bible was sealed in with
these Seven Seals. And how these angels down along the road, messengers of the
church ages, opened to a certain part of that. But in the seventh hour, the
seventh messenger, that all these mysteries should be finished. See? The
seventh earthly messenger (See?), this angel that He speaks of then was on
earth. A "angel" means "messenger." And then, after that,
he saw another Angel coming down, not the earthly angel that had been given the
Message here, but the--another mighty Angel came from heaven with a rainbow
over Him, and set His foot on the land and sea, and swore by Him that lives
forever and ever, "Time shall be no more." See? But before He broke
forth on those Seven Seals to reveal them, that He showed miraculous, He showed
it first in the heavens. That day they took pictures all across southern United
States and Mexico. There it hangs now in the "Life" magazine, still a
mystery to them. But He declares it in the heavens before He does it on earth.
He always does that. He shows His signs in the heavens first.

Now, the hidden mysteries of Christ was fully revealed in The Seven
Seals.

See, the--the Bible... God is not just... This is just not someone
trying to--to press something to you, but to reveal to you the very spiritual
application of this hour. And then, the next message... That opened up the
Seven Seals, which undone all the hidden mysteries of the Bible, the doctrines
and so forth, which the world so rudely attacks nowadays, attacks it and says
it's wrong, this, that...
QUESTIONS AND
ANSWERS 64-0830E 1161-Q-395 395. Have the seven thunders which equals seven mysteries
already been revealed? Were they revealed in the seven Seals, but are yet--but
are yet not known to us as the thunders yet? No, they were revealed in the
seven Seals; that's what the thunders was about. They was to reveal... The
seven thunders that had uttered their voices and no one could make out what it
was... John knew what it was, but he was forbidden to write it. He said,
"But the seventh angel, in the days of his sounding, the seven mysteries
of the seven thunders would be revealed." And the seventh angel is a
messenger of the seventh church age. See?

those seven church ages, there were seven hidden mysteries.

Now, we're closing in saying this: Finish up the great commission, how
could they do it? We know they're dead. God let it die in its scientific age
all of it's so... So He could do what? Open up the Seven Sealed mystery to the
undenominational Bride. How can a denomination accept those Seven Seals when
it's absolutely contrary? Serpent's seed and all those other things, the whole
full Seven Mysteries is contrary to what they've been taught, because they took
the old school from the Bible school. And the Seven Seals of God, when it was
opened on the mountain... God, let me die right now in this pulpit if that
ain't the Truth. And I foretold you a year and six months before it happened
when He told me to go to Arizona, what would happen out there in the desert;
and there's men setting right here tonight was standing right there and present
when the seven Angels came down, and even the magazines--"Life" Magazine
packed the article of it. It was right there in the observatory and everything,
and now they don't even know what it is all about. And everything has been
said, even to the destruction of California, coming up now, and all these other
things, and how I told them how many days it would be. How it would be where
this great earthquake would happen in Alaska and that would be the beginning of
the sign of time, and what would take place. And just word by word what It
said. It's never failed one time. You've never seen It fail. And It can't fail,
because It's God's Word, and heavens and earth will pass away, but It can't
fail. That's right.

A SERVICE 65-1127B 312 These great mysteries that's been
unfolded by the Seven Seals, there's not a place. And any denomination would
have to quit being a denomination to take it. All the way from Luther on down
to the Pentecostal Oneness, there's not a place can receive it. Neither can a
man receive it and stay in his denomination. He'll have to follow the wheat or
go with the shuck, either one he wants to.
327-1 LAODICEAN
CHURCH AGE - CHURCH AGE BOOK CPT 9 Now this messenger of Malachi 4 and
Revelation 10:7 is going to do two things. One: According to Malachi 4 he will
turn the hearts of the children to the fathers. Two: He will reveal the
mysteries of the seven thunders in Revelation 10 which are the revelations
contained in the seven seals. It will be these Divinely revealed
'mystery-truths' that literally turn the hearts of the children to the
Pentecostal fathers. Exactly so.

Now, let's note a few of these mysteries. And if you want to, write them
down. First, I'll take what Scofield says here in Matthew 13. If you would like
to--to type some of them down... If you haven't got a Scofield Bible, you might
read what he thinks some of the mysteries are. Now, in the 11th verse: He
answered and said unto them, Because it's given to you... (his disciples)...
Because it is given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but
not to them... but to them it is not given. (The mysteries) Here's the mystery:
A "mystery" is Scripture--is "a previously hidden truth, now
Divinely revealed, but which is a supernatural element still remains despite
the revelation." The greater mysteries and the great mysteries are:
31-1 Number 1. The mystery of
the Kingdom of heaven. That's the one we are talking on now, 13... Matthew
13:3-15. MATTHEW 13:10 And the disciples came, and said unto
him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
11 He answered and said unto
them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of
heaven, but to them it is not given.
MARK 4:11 And he said unto
them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto
them that are without, all [these] things are done in parables: 12
That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear,
and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and [their] sins
should be forgiven them.
LUKE 8:9 And his disciples asked him, saying, What
might this parable be? 10 And he
said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to
others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not
understand. 11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. 12 Those
by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the
word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. 13 They on the
rock [are they], which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these
have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.
14 And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go
forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of [this] life, and
bring no fruit to perfection. 15 But that on the good ground are they, which in
an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep [it], and bring forth
fruit with patience.
Now, 2nd
mystery is the mystery of Israel's blindness during this age: Romans
11:25 with the context. ROMANS 11:25 For I would not,
brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in
your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the
fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
3rd mystery is the mystery
of the translation of the living saints at the end time of this age: I
Corinthians 15 I CORINTHIANS 15:51
¶ Behold, I shew you a mystery;
We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
and
also Thessalonians 4:14-17.
The 4th mystery, of the New
Testament church as One Body, composed of both Jews and Gentiles: Ephesians
3:1-11, Romans 16:25, ROMANS 16:25 ¶
Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and
the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery,
which was kept secret since the world began,
and
also Ephesians 6:19, Colossians 4:3.
The 5th mystery is of the
church, as the Bride of Christ: EPHESIANS 1:8 Wherein he hath
abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
9 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his
good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: 10 That in the dispensation of
the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both
which are in heaven, and which are on earth; [even] in him: 11 In whom also we have obtained an
inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh
all things after the counsel of his own will:
EPHESIANS 3:3 How that by
revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few
words, 4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the
mystery of Christ )
EPHESIANS 3:9 And to make all
[men] see what [is] the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of
the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:
EPHESIANS 5:28-32 31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall
be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. 32 This is a great mystery: but I speak
concerning Christ and the church.
6th mystery is of the living
Christ, same yesterday, today and forever: Galatians 2:20, and Hebrews
13:8, many places like that. COLOSSIANS 1:26 [Even] the mystery which hath been hid from
ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: 27 To whom God would make known what [is] the
riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you,
the hope of glory:
The 7th mystery is of God,
even Christ, as the incarnate Fullness of the Godhead embodied, in Whom all
Divine wisdom and godliness is restored to man.
COLOSSIANS 4:3 Withal praying
also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the
mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:
COLOSSIANS 2:1 ¶ For I would that ye knew what great conflict
I have for you, and [for] them at Laodicea, and [for] as many as have not seen
my face in the flesh; 2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit
together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding,
to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;
3 In whom are hid all the treasures of
wisdom and knowledge.
I TIMOTHY 3:16 And without
controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh,
justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed
on in the world, received up into glory.
I CORINTHIANS 4:1 ¶ Let a man so account of us, as of the
ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. 2
Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
9th mystery is the
mystery of iniquity found in II Thessalonians and so forth. II THESSALONIANS 2:7 For the mystery
of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth [will let], until he be
taken out of the way.
The 10th mystery is of the seven
stars of Revelation 1:20. We just been through that. The seven stars are
the seven churches, the seven messengers, and so forth. REVELATION 1:20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou
sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are
the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest
are the seven churches
And the 11th
mystery is mystery Babylon, the prostitute: Revelations 17:5-7. REVELATION 17:5 And upon her
forehead [was] a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS
AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. 6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of
the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I
wondered with great admiration. 7 ¶ And
the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the
mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven
heads and ten horns.

That's some of the mysteries that this angel is supposed to wind up, all
the mystery--all the mysteries of God... And the other one... May I say this
with reverence, and not referring to myself, but referring to the Angel of God.
1) The serpent's seed, that's been a hidden mystery all through the years.
The grace straightened out, not disgrace, but 2) real true grace. No
such a thing as an eternal burning hell. You'll burn for millions of years,
but anything that was eternal had never beginning or end, and hell was created.
All these mysteries. 3) The mystery of the baptism of the Holy Ghost without
sensation, but the Person of Christ performing in you the same works that
He did. 4) The mystery of water baptism, where the extreme
trinitarianism has brought it into titles of Father, Son, Holy Ghost, and 5)
the mystery of the Godhead being fulfilled in the baptism in the Name of Jesus
Christ according to the Book of the Revelations, that the church in this
time was to receive. There's some of the mysteries. 6) The Pillar of Fire
returning back. Amen. That's the thing that is supposed to take place, and
we see it.

Oh, how we could go on naming the mysteries. Seeing that Pillar of Fire
that led the children of Israel, the same one that struck down Saul on his road
down to Damascus. And the same One, coming with the same power, doing the same
things, and revealing the same Word, staying word by word with the Bible. The
sounding of the trumpet means Gospel trumpet. And the sounding of a trumpet in
the Bible means, get ready for Scriptural war. Are you getting it down?
Scriptural war... Paul said... If you want to put this down, I Corinthians
14:8, Paul said, "If the trumpet gives an uncertain sound, how will a man
know what to prepare for?"
