OCTOBER 11, 1992

II.CORINTHIANS.11:2 - 4

PRAYER

ROTHERHAM 2 COR 11: 2

For  I am jealous over you with a jealousy of God; for  I  myself betrothed  you unto One husband. To present a chaste virgin  unto Christ. ( Now, the question we must look at is Who is this Christ that  we are betrothed to? Who is Christ, But the Word.) So  Paul said  that He is to present a chaste Virgin to Christ and  Christ is  the Word. Now what is a chaste virgin? What does he  mean  by presenting a chaste, what is the word chaste mean anyway?

CHASTE: _hagnos_ which signifies pure from every fault,  immaculate or free from any admixture.

2 COR 7:11 _hagnos_ is used here as to what clearing of yourselves.

Now remember that last week we spoke of the Gospel Glowing  while satan  shines. And remember how we examined what Brother  Branham said  that the Gospel glowed in the power and love of God. So  we saw  in  1 John 3: 1 - 2, that this love of God and from  God  is life bringing in it's nature and we see that God so loved us that He not only called us His children but we are His children.

Now notice in verse 3 it tells us that if we absolutely have this hope  within ourselves, we shall purify ourselves even as  He  is pure. Let's read it.

1  JOHN  3: 3 <read> now notice that this word  "even  as"  which speaks  of a hope we have in this LOVE of God. This is  the  same word "even as" that we find Paul speak of to the Ephesians  about The Husbands love for his wife and Christ's love for His bride.

EPHESIANS  5:25 <read> So we see here that it just  doesn't  mean close  to the same but it means to do the same. The same  measure is  to  be  used.  And what is our measuring  stick.  He  is  our measuring stick and He is the Word.

Now remember, we are warned in the scripture to be careful how we hear, for with what we use to measure the Word , that is what  we will  receive  from  the Word. If you look at  the  Word  of  God through  a Baptist filter, that's all you will see in the  scripture is Baptist doctrine. If you say you believe this message but are  actually  Pentecostal  taught, then all you will  see  is  a Pentecostal message.

Luke 8:18 and Mark 4:24 <read>

1 JOHN 3:3 <read> So  we  see  in  1 JOHN 3:3 that we  are  to  purify  or  chasten ourselves  with  the same chastening that  He  chastened  Himself with.  The same measure. And He is the Word. The scripture  tells us  that " HE learned obedience by the things that He  suffered." Obedience to what? The Word. That's HEBREWS 5:8

2 COR 10: 4 - 6 <read>

So  we see that in 2 COR 11 Paul is telling us that we are to  be presented  to Christ the Word as a chaste virgin and we see  that this word chaste is used elsewhere in the scriptures as to purify and  make  completely clean with no admixture. Let's  read  again 1 JOHN 3: 3 <read> Even as He is pure or cleansed and free of any admixture.

JAMES 1:17 - 18 <read> Doesn't that tell us exactly what 1JOHN  3 tells us?

JAMES 3: 17A "But the Wisdom that is from above is first pure"... it is chaste. There is no admixture period.

Today, it's too bad to think this, but the churches try to lean upon  their  own understanding, just exactly like  Eve  did.  She thought, because it was presented to her, it looked so real.  Oh, don't  fail to get this. It looked so real, something that  could be  added  to  what  God said. It looked  like  that  she'd  have something that God hadn't told her just how far she could go. God hadn't  give  her the boundary line like He set the  sea  and  it cannot  pass because the moon watches it._ She thought that  Satan had something on the ball, as we say, that she could still be  in union  with  God,  and yet be smarter, she would  have  a  better education. But God had allotted her just exactly what she had  need of.

And  He's  allotted to the church the same thing.  That's  not  a twist  of  a  seminary, or come in or twist  out  of  a--a  Bible school. But It's exactly what's written, and THUS SAITH THE LORD! Cannot change It! But _the churches lean on their own  understanding.  They think maybe that there's something fixed to them,  and it's deceiving._

I would like to stop here for just a moment and reflect upon what brother Branham is saying here. Notice what he says, here...She thought, because it was presented to her, it looked so  real. Oh,  don't  fail to get this. It looked so real,  something  that could  be added to what God said. It looked like that she'd  have something that God hadn't told her just how far she could go. God hadn't  give  her the boundary line like He set the  sea  and  it cannot  pass because the moon watches it. She thought that  Satan had something on the ball, as we say, that she could still be  in union  with  God,  and yet be smarter, she would  have  a  better education. But God had allotted her just exactly what she had  need of….

Then in the next PP. he says, in speaking of the churches,  which a church is not a building or a place but it is a people, he says of  the  churches, ... _"They think maybe that  there's  something fixed to them, and it's deceiving._

Now if that isn't what is going on today in this message I'll eat my  hat. The people are not content with what God has give  them, they've got to be somebody. They're not content that God has Come

down and spoken through and vindicated a message and vindicated a messenger. They got to be vindicated too. And many times it  even looks good and they may even get results. Because they press  for the  supernatural God gives it to them and so they get puffed  up and boast of all the wonderful things that they have done, or  in their ever so humble way, they will tell you with all  sincerity, that  it  wasn't  entirely themselves, but God did  help  them  a little bit.

All I can say is that famous old expression HOGWASH!

That  kind of stuff makes me sick. And I am so tired  of  hearing all these self proclaimed ministerpointing the people to  their own  vindication  and  not to the only vindicated  Word  that  we

actually have for this hour.

I  like  what  brother Vayle's attitude has been.  He's  been  so faithful to point only to the vindicated Prophet and a vindicated message and yet he actually had a faith ministry back forty years ago  that was so tremendous with multitudes of visions and  healings  taking  place. He said that he would work himself  up  into that  atmosphere  of  expectation  and into  that  realm  of  the supernatural  that  even discernment would break  forth  and  the accuracy of it was uncanny. But when he met brother Branham,  and brother  Branham talked to Him about it, brother Branham said  to him,  "Lee,  I understand you pray for the sick and you  do  some discerning." Lee answered him and said, " yes, that is true  what you've  heard." Then brother Branham said, Lee, is it 100%?"  And Lee said, "No, it might be close but couldn't be any better  than 99% I do miss once in a while." And you know what brother Branham said? Well, according to some of the brothers I've heard in  this message,  had  they been brother Branham, they would  have  said, That's  really  remarkable  brother Lee, maybe if  you  press  a little  harder  you might hit 100%" "Practice makes  perfect  you

know!"

Do  you think brother Branham would say something like  that?  If you do, then you haven't learned a thing since you come into this message.  You know what brother Branham told Him? He said,  "Lee, if it isn't 100% then leave it alone." And so, Lee left it alone.

Now  the  thing that continues to baffle me is that so  many  are leaving the vindicated Word of God for a feeling or for something that is sensate. Something that they have to see or feel or hear. They  got to have some vision or healing or something  miraculous happen or they are crippled in their faith. They can't stay  with "THUS SAITH THE LORD." They've got to have some input themselves.

Instead  of fleeing into the only shelter we have which  is  THUS SAITH THE LORD, they flee from the word toward something they can see,  taste, feel, smell, or hear. But what did  brother  Branham say here.

"They think maybe that there's something fixed to them, and it's deceiving. Oh Lord, if I don't have some great part in it, then it can't  be true. SAYS WHO!

JOHN.14:12

Verily,  verily,  I say unto you, He that believeth  on  me,  the works that I do shall he do also; and greater [works] than  these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

It's  on your hands, tonight, throwed right back in  your  lap! Hebrews 13:8, regardless of how many Council of Churches we have, still  remains  as "Jesus Christ the same yesterday,  today,  and forever."  "The works that I do!"<JOHN 14:12> If--if His Life  is in you, it'll manifest Jesus Christ. Amen. Now  you all can't be that one, but you can be a part of  that, with your faith. All of them couldn't be a Jesus, when they was on  earth,  but they could believe Him and  accept  the  message. There  was one Moses, one Elijah, one Noah, on down, always  been that, but the rest of them could accept it. And they would a--had no  ministry  unless there had been somebody  believe  it.  Jesus would a--had no ministry unless somebody believed it. Paul  would a--had no ministry unless somebody believed it.

He said here in PP. 47 ...

"They think maybe that there's something fixed to them, and it's deceiving.

Now  what does that mean? _"They think maybe that  there's  something fixed to them?

What does he mean by fixed to them anyway? WEBSTERS says the word fixed means: supplied with something needed.

They  actually  have some fixation that they are  so  desperately needed  and that they have some part in it and yet  by  thinking like  that they only show that they have altogether  missed  what God has done.

You have no part in this great thing that God has done except  to believe it. That is how you become part of it. If that isn't what the Prophet of God was saying then you tell me what he meant when he said, there was only one Jesus and only one Paul and only  one Moses  and only one William Branham, and he said we can't all  be that one but we can be a part of it by believing the message that that  one brings. You talk about rest. It's done, and  He's  done done it. Just let go and let God, that's all.

Now let's continue with ROTHERHAM

ROTHERHAM 2 COR 11: 2 For  I am jealous over you with a jealousy of God; for  I  myself betrothed  you unto One husband. To present a chaste virgin  unto Christ. But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent  completely deceived Eve in his craftiness, your minds should be corrupted, (your minds should be what? CORRUPTED meaning to pine or waste, to shrivel or wither away, to spoil or ruin.

Now  who is that? Didn't the foolish virgins say that  they  once had oil but it had gone out. Didn't brother Branham say it  went out because they had a leak in their vessel. A broken cistern?

Didn't  the  Lord reply to the foolish virgin when they  came  to enter but were too late, and He said, " I used to know you as  my wife but I don't know you as my wife any more."

Even Paul said, "You did run well, who has cut in on you."

In  GALATIANS  3:1  he  said,  'O  foolish  Galatians,  who  hath bewitched you, that you should not obey the Truth ..."

In Galatians 1: 6 He said, " I marvel that ye are so soon removed from  Him  that  has called you into the  Grace  of  Christ  unto another  Gospel; which is not exactly another; but there be  some

that trouble you, (that what?) ACTS 15: 24 the same word is  used here.

How  did they trouble you? By subverting your souls. By what?  By weakening and debilitating and crippling your souls. And how  is it that they could accomplish this? Because they got you to  come

out from the protection of God's Word.

Look,  if  you are looking for anything outside this word  to  be your portion, you've stepped outside your protection.

ROTHERHAM continues...

2 COR 11: 3

As  the serpent completely deceived Eve in his  craftiness,  your minds  should  be  corrupted from the  singleness  and  thus  the chasteness which are due unto Christ.

The  What? The singleness. What did he say? The What?  SINGLENESS that are due Christ! It's not Word plus, it's the Word period!

Didn't  Jesus Himself even say, "if your eye be single, then  are ye  full  of  light?" Now you know He wasn't  talking  about  youhaving one eye. He was talking about your focus being singlemindedness. The Word, The Word, The Word, and that Alone.

Now,  who  is truer to God. The one who stands  alone  with  THUS SAITH THE LORD, or the one who shows some sort of  manifestations in their life.

Let me ask you this. What attributes did the false anointed  show who  were rejected by Jesus in Matt 7. What did they all have  in common. They had manifestations, right? They all said, did not  I

do this in your name. These were not trinity. They did it in  His name. Not titles. Name!

But  He  said,  depart from me I never knew  you.  They  preached another Jesus. You know something, if there is a true Parousia of Christ, there must also be a false Parousia of Christ. Satan does not have a word of His own, he only perverts God's word.

2 THES 2: 3 <read> by any MEANS: tropos = by any manner, mode  or style.  in other words by deeportment or character. DEPORTMENT  = the manner of conducting or bearing oneself, behavior.

Look how sly this anti Christ spirit is. Jesus didn't call  those in MATT 7, wolves in sheeps clothing for nothing. Now why would a wolf  dress  in  a sheep’s clothing? To make you think  he  was  a sheep, of course. For what purpose? To deceive.

Now  why would these guys who know better purposely take  brother Branham's  words and misquote them? To deceive. And if you  think anything else you're a prime target for deception.

2 THES 2: 4 - 12 <read> Notice that satan who is the anti  Christ spirit  has His Parousia at the same time Christ has  His.  These people say, oh, we believe that He is here because I can feel him

in my heart." Brother, that's a false parousia. That is no vindication.  I  know a brother who felt adultery welling  up  in  his heart  and he actually thought it was the Holy Spirit.  That  was the  unholy spirit. I'll lop the head off of anyone who tries  to all my God something so lowdown and despicable.

People  say,  I know He's here because I heard him  talk  to  me, because  I seen a vision of him, because I seen a dream  of  Him. That's  not Christ's Parousia. Christ's Parousia is in His  Word. His  personal Presence is in His Word. God's only provided  place of  Worship.  Brother Branham said so many times  that  the  only place  He has Chosen to meet the believer is in His Word. Not  on the PTL club, and not in some vision or dream. His WORD.

So  to  believe He is here by anything outside His  revealed  and vindicated Word is the Parousia of the Antichrist deception.  You say, oh no. What if. What if nothing.

2 COR 11: 13 - 15 <read> LAMSA

"For  they  are false apostles and deceitful workers,  posing  as Apostles  of  Christ. There is no marvel in this;  for  if  satan disguises himself as the angel of light, It is no great thing  if his ministers also pose as the ministers of righteousness,  whose end shall be according to their works."

And  who is the angel of Light that satan counterfeits? Why  it's the Pillar of Fore Himself.

2  COR  4: 3 - 4 <read> and how does he blind the  people?  By  a false  light. Brother Branham pointed this out when he  said  the greatest  train robbery was made possible in England by  using  a

false  light. The Robbers used a huge mirror and the train  Engineer  thought he was going to crash head on into another  train, so he stopped. When he did the train was held up and looted.

Back to ROTHERHAM...

2 COR 11: 4

For if indeed, he that cometh is proclaiming another Jesus of the same sort whom we have not proclaimed or a different spirit  <one of  a different sort of nature> ye are receiving, which  ye  have

not  received, or a different <in nature> message which  ye  have never welcomed, ye are well bearing which is that you are putting up with it so easily enough.

You  remember  the girl that came banging  on  brother  Branham's door, because she had stopped by the dance hall to just listen to the  music? She picked up a big demon that looked like a big  bat with hair under it's wings. Brother Branham prayed for her and it left,  but  how did she pick up that demon? She just  stopped  to listen  that's  all. And so will you pick up demons  of  unbelief when  you  hop from church to church. Why do you think  we  don't have a revolving door in this church for just any minister.

You see some of these churches that let just anybody come in  and spray their seed all over the sheep and no wonder the people have no stability. No wonder the people are always vacillating between victory  and defeat. No wonder they become neurotic and  have  no confidence in their own salvation and placement as sons. They let just  any old flea bit slime sucking spiritual syphalice  packing slimebag  come into their pulpits which is there  seed  spreader, and they say, welcome to my home, and please have free access  to my wife and children.

They've got spiritual AIDS and don't know it. Their immune system isn't working and so every time a false doctrine, some old  nasty bug the devil sends by and they pick it up.

What  they need is a blood transfusion. If you walk in the  light as  He  is  in the light, the blood will  cleanse  you  from  all unbelief. It's purging time. It's time to be washed by the  washing of water by the word.

_She thought, because it was presented to her, it looked so  real. Oh,  don't  fail to get this. It looked so real,  something  that could  be added to what God said. It looked like that she'd  have something that God hadn't told her just how far she could go. God hadn't  give  her the boundary line like He set the  sea  and  it cannot  pass because the moon watches it. "  But  God had allotted her just exactly what she  had  need  of". There  you are. You don't have visions and dreams because  that's not your portion. This Word is your portion. And He is the  Word. Nowhere  does  it say He is the Vision. He is the dream.  But  it does say He is the Word, and if you have the Word, His Vindicated Word, you've got a million times more than any visiocould  ever give you.

Brother Branham said, in Him is the millennium, in Him is the New Jerusalem. So if you got Him, and He is the Word, then you've got your portion. You've got your ticket into the Millennium and  the New Jerusalem. But what have you got wit a vision?

If I watch people eating on tele_VISION_ what good will it do me if I'm  starving. What good does it do to have a picture of  Christ. You  can't get warm by a painted fire can you? Then  neither  can

you  receive the Life of Christ by a picture of Christ. And  that is all a vision is . A still or movin picture. What do I need to have  a  vision for, I can look at the reflected picture  of  the Pillar  of Fire any time I want to and know without a shadow  of doubt that it is authentic? Why? Because it's been vindicated. My dreams  and your, my visions and yours have no  vindication,  but this Word does.

What Good does it do for the people in Somalia to what a video of our picnic, that won't put food in their belly. And neither  will a dream or vision put anything in you.

Brother  Branham said in the FALSE ANOINTED ONES AT THE  END-TIME PG  63. " The Son of Man is Christ. He's the one  you're  feeding on. You're not feeding on a man. A man, his words will fail,  but you are feeding on the unfailing body word of the Son of man."

ISAIAH 29: 6 - 8 <read>

But God had Allotted her just exactly what she had need of.

Brother,  Sister,  we have everything we need to put you  in  the Rapture.

Where  did that Pillar of Fire lead them? Now, remember,  Moses was not the Pillar of Fire. He was the anointed leader under that Pillar  of  Fire,  and the Pillar of  Fire  only  vindicated  his Message with signs and wonders. And that Pillar of Fire led  them to  the land that God promised them, where He, Himself, would  be made flesh among them some day. But, this time--Glory to God!--the Pillar that we see among us, the Pillar of Fire will lead us to the Millennium, where He  will

return  to His people in that great Millennium reign  after  this exodus, where we will live eternally with Him. He always has  the Word of the Father, always proves that It's right.

And may we all live such in this life, and the life to come, we will  have  eternal life in the great age to come, over  in  that great  millennium reign where we shall see Him and look upon  his face and see Him. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

So if you are desiring to see Him on this side of the Millennium, you are barking up a wrong tree. Now, you might say, well brother Branham  saw Jesus in a vision. Yes, that is true, and He  was  a

vindicated  prophet  too.  And if you will  recall  when  brother Branham  saw Jesus in that vision, Jesus never talked to Him.  He just looked at him. Now the same one that spoke to brother  Bran

ham  to come out into the filed is the same one He heard but  the voice came from within him, not from the one in the vision.

So you see, it is out of season. We will see Him but not until we meet Him in the air. Now you may see a vision or a dream but that is of now more significance than to see a picture of this  Pillar

of Fire. What's the difference. It's Him isn't it? A Vision isn't the real thing, it's a vision.

Now. We  find  Jesus now has come to express  the  Word.  Now, that's  what  He was yesterday. That's what He is  today.  That's what He will be forever--God's Word made known. Is that a  better word?  Think  it, huh? God's Word, expressed,  showed  that  it's truth.  And  everything  that God said He would do,  He  did  it. Everything that was wrote in the Bible of Him doing, He done  it, just exactly, because He was the Word expressed. Well,  if He's the same yesterday, today, and forever, and  all these promises hanging to this generation, why wouldn't He be the same  today to express everything that God's Word promised?  See It  has to be exactly the same, 'cause that's what He  was  then; that's what He is now; that's what He will be forever--God's Word expressed.  Amen! Even in the great millennium, He will still  be God's  Word  expressed. Oh, how that ought to kindle  our  faith, see,  to  know that it's there. And if He is the Holy  Spirit  to light upon that Word...

" You see, you just can't can't improve on what God has  spoken, but  you can be approved of God in what He has spoken."

In  Him is Life and the Life is the light of man. In Him  is  the resurrection and the power of God. And when you are quickened  to His  Word you receive everything you will ever have need  of  for

the  journey. Because in you there is a life force, a  resurrection power for expression. "

God  gave us His very best in the beginning when He gave  us  His Word..

I'm just got to wait here a minute. The whole world's based  on that.  The whole economy of this nation is based upon false  conception.  Tell you a little joke on myself, it isn't a joke.  But you  know  all  of us love our wives, or, we should.  And  I  was looking at a program here sometime ago out West, been a long time ago, about three years. And in my room one morning I got up,  and there was a television setting in the room. And I thought,  "Look like  bad weather." And I thought, "Well, at eight  o'clock  they ought  to  have the news." And I got the little manual,  it  said news at a certain time.

49 ONENESS -- JEFF.IN -- V-10 N-2 -- 62-0211 I  turned the news on, and when I was hearing the news, then  I noticed  that  in the middle of the newscast they  broke  off  to advertise  some  kind of a goods, some kind of a  detergent.  And said, "You don't have to wash your dishes anymore, lady. The only thing  you do is stick it right down in the water and let it  sit there a couple minutes, raise it right up and put it on the drain board, it's all over." I thought, "I'm going to be a hero when I get home." I put  the name  of  it down, this certain stuff. I said, "I  will  tell  my wife, `Look what I can do!'"

So I went and got a bottle of this such-and-such a stuff, and I squirted  it all in the water. Told her to continue  on  sweeping the  house, I'd fix it up for her. So I got the children's  plate and racked out the crumbs, and so forth, and the egg sticking  on it, and dropped it down in the water and let it sit a few minutes, and picked them out and set them up there. There was just as much egg  on them as there was when I put in there. See,  I--I'd  have lost... My wife would have lost confidence in me by that time.

52 ONENESS -- JEFF.IN -- V-10 N-2 -- 62-0211 You see, why does the nation, why does these... this nation let the  people be deceived? That oughtn't to be allowed to  be  said like  that.  That ought to be against the law. About  the  modern cigarette  advertisement,  what  a disgrace, "Not a  cough  in  a carload,"  all kind of. That oughtn't to be allowed. What  is  it doing?  It's  deceiving.  There's death in  every  one  of  them. There's death in the drinking of whiskey, (rape, murder,  insanity)  in the bottle. But yet we're allowed to put it on  our  programs and advertise it as "The kind that grandfather drank.  More joy out of life," certain kinds of beverages of beer and alcohol. What  is  it? It's deceiving. It's placing something  before  the public to kill themselves with. And we're allowed to do it.

And let me turn that right back over. And the churches  through man-made  dogma, man-made creeds is presenting a great  front  to the people, and they're falling for it, which is death. No church

will  clean  your soul. No creed can clean your  soul.  Only  the Blood  of Jesus Christ can cleanse your soul, God's remedy.  It's backed  up. So it's just false, but people lean upon  the  understanding  of the wise, and they die by it. And people  today  are leaning  upon the understanding of--of creeds and  denominations, and millions like slaughtered pigs are plunging their way into  a bottomless  pit of hell. What a shame it is. We are forbidden  to lean upon our own understandings. We cannot try.

You say, "Oughtn't the council of man be able to say more about It than one person?" Not if that one person says the Word of God. There  was  four  hundred prophets one time come  up  before  two kings,  and they leaned upon their own understanding.  But  there was one who stayed with the Word of God and it proved out he  was right,  Micaiah.  It  depends on whether it's the  Word  of  God. Anything contrary to the Word is wrong, comes in death. No wisdom can  surpass God's wisdom. He's the smartest of all smarts.  He's the--He's  the Fountain. He's the only resource of wisdom.  Every man's word is foolishness and a lie, but God's, if it's  contrary to  God's. Now, if the person's saying God's Word, then  it--it's not  the man's word no more, it's God's Word. See, it  isn't  the man's understanding.

Satan will make you all kind of promises, but he has nothing to give  you,  because  he  don't have nothing.  He  don't  have  no salvation.  What  is  Satan? Anything contrary to  the  Word.  He doesn't  have  salvation, he doesn't have Light. His  kingdom  is darkness, the end thereof is death. Darkness and death is Satan's kingdom.  "Brother  Branham,  repeat it again.  What  is  Satan's kingdom?" Anything contrary to the Word of God.

Now,  that's  cutting,  but it's time  for  cutting.  See?  The branch,  the  tree, if it's going to bear, must be  pruned.  It's time.

Anything  contrary to the precepts of God, the Word of God,  is not  God. What is it, what is sin? Righteousness perverted.  What is death? Life perverted. What is the kingdom of Satan?  Anything

that's setting something to take the place of the Word, anything, any teaching. One word, just one word. You might believe It every bit, Eve believed every bit of It to that one Word. That one Word

is all she needed to disbelieve. That one Word is all you need to disbelieve.

Now  let's look at it. The only way to stay in  Divine  fellowship,  was  keep that Word. God said, "Thou shalt do  this.  Thou shalt not do this. Thou shalt do this, and you can do this and do this.  But  don't  do  this." Now, just one  little  piece  of  a commandment  that  she disobeyed, and started  the  whole  thing. Because  she did that, made every hungry child that was  ever  in the  world, every pain of death, every sorrow,  every  heartache. She did it right then. What a horrible thing, to disbelieve God's Word. Every person that groans in pains of every death that  ever was  or  ever  will  be, she did  it  right  then.  Every  little un-wedded child, she did it right then, every child born under... out of wedlock. Every sin that was ever committed, she caused  it right there by keeping every Word right down but one little place here.  She--she reasoned. She just... she didn't know  it...  She knowed it, but she just... she was enticed to do something better because she was promised a better class of people, better wisdom, know  more about it if she'd do this. "Our ministers  are  better educated. We have a better class."

There's  no better class of people in the world than those  who keep God's Word. That's the best. That's the only class that  God looks at. Just a little while and maybe God will let us get  into it.

His  kingdom can promise nothing but death. That's all he  has. He's  the author of death. He can promise lies because  he's  the father of lies. He can't give you Life. He can't give you Heaven, he has no Heaven to give you.

Think  of it! One word, to disbelieve God through a promise  of the  Devil  or his machinery, one word sends  you  into  torment. That's  the  way it started. And if God, in His mercy as  He  is, would  send  this mass of hell upon the earth, and  cause  little hungry  children, all kinds of afflictions, and starving  people, and death in the earth, because one word at the beginning,  could not He have looked it over and stepped from having all this  mass of suffering? Could He not have done it? Then if He didn't excuse one Word there, knowing that this would be the results, how  much more  will He not excuse one Word there, when the  individual  is going  to  be the sufferer alone, who disbelieves. Think  of  it, it's a tremendous thing.
