ONENESS # 22

A false Union by a false Word

December 27, 1992

Brian Kocourek

Wednesday  night we examined PP. 117 <read> Here  we  see that brother Branham is speaking of a  false  union  that brings judgment upon the earth.

Wednesday night we  examined  this  thought.  Not so much the judgment that proceeds  from  the false  union, but more specifically what this false union is.  We looked  into what constitutes a false union. We examined the  two specific words "false" and "union" and we concluded this:

That  the  word false means to deceive; to fail,;  not  true;  in error; untruthful; lying; dishonest; and counterfeit;  misleading and  deceptively  resembling.  Brother Branham said in  PP.  116, "they  were not infidels, they were believers", yet they  brought forth a false union.

The  word union is Latin for ONENESS, or unity or uniting  as  in marriage; a grouping together.

So  we see by what he is telling us here that there is a  mixture of  false and real that comes together in order to bring a  false union, or a false Oneness.

We  examined this thought here and ran the continuity of it  from Genesis to Revelations to make sure that what we see him say here is truly biblical and thus doctrinal.

This thought here intertwines with the doctrine of twins and  you can see it running throughout the entire scripture. Always twins. Christ  and  satan.  Abel and Cain. Jacob  and  Esau.  Isaac  and Ishmael.  Jesus  and Judas. Simon Peter and Simon the sorcerer. Paul  and  Demas, etc.

In  Matthew 7 Jesus called them Wolves in sheep's  clothing,  and again John chapter 10 he called them thieves who had one  purpose and that is to steal, kill and destroy.

Paul  called  them false brethren, and Peter  called  them  false teachers,  wells  without water and natural  brute  beasts.  Jude called  them  spots in your feasts of love and  wandering  stars, clouds without water, raging waves of the sea.

What these men have in common is that all throughout the ages,  they  have been right in there side by side  with  the  real believers, the Elect of God eating from the same table. Eating the  same Spiritual  food, yet they were irreverent and without  revelation of that manna.

I can see where brother Branham was leading to when he said  that he would like to preach on the trail of the Serpent someday.  You can see the trail from the beginning when Lucifer was cast out of heaven. He led the angels along with Michael in the worship of God, but it wasn’t good enough for him. He wanted bigger and better things, and so the war took place in heaven.

II Corinthians 11 tells us that Satan was an angel of light. Just as  the Angel of the covenant, the Pillar of Fire is The Angel of light.

Duplication all the way down, but without revelation. Because the only  ones who can receive genuine revelation are those  who  are God's  own seed. Now Satan can talk the Word as well as  any  one else.  But  that doesn't mean it is revealed to him.  He  has  no soul,  or  no gene in his soul to receive the Word Germ Life of God, which God is the only source of Eternal Life, and which will only come from the Author of the Word, The Lord God Elohim, Himself.

Now for those of you who were not here on Wednesday, you missed a lot of scripture on this topic, but maybe I can get the scripture typed up for you so that you can study this topic further.

Anyway, as I said earlier, Brother Branham stated in PP. 117 that "a false Union brought Judgment on the earth."  He was  referring to the beginning and in the days of Noah wherein only eight souls
were saved. Now if Alpha repeats in Omega, then it must repeat again.

Now,  Today I want to continue with this study of  Brother  Branham's  message on ONENESS. This is Message 22 in our series. Let's pick  up  at PP. 116 and let's read. Now, i want you to notice that he  emphasizes that these false brethren that brought on this false  union were not infidels. Keep this in mind and let's see where he takes it.

PP. 116 - 119 <read> Now  notice  how  he keeps emphasizing that these  men  were  not infidels.  They  were believers. They were  religious.  Now,  the reason  I stopped reading here is that I would like to stop  here and  insert  something  that I read years ago  in  Hysslops  "TWO BABYLONS".

It  is stated that The Tower which is now known as the  Tower  of Babel,  was erected by Nimrod and once it was near completion  it was his intent to ascend to the top and prove that heaven was not as  close as the Descendants of Shem were preaching. So, being  a mighty  man  of the bow, he ascended to the top and  let  fly  an arrow that ascended so high that the people could not see it.

This  was  to let them see how far removed God was from  man  and that man could now feel free to pursue after their vile and lusty habits. For this he was called the great emancipator of man.

Man has always felt uncomfortable knowing that God was so  close. So what did they do, they declared that God divided Himself up on the day of Pentecost and entered those in the upper room and  now there is no more of Him outside the believers.

You know, that makes it pretty convenient to sin. Since God is so divided, you can turn Him on when you feel like it and turn Him of when  you want to.

How  blasphemous, yet this is exactly what has happened with  the Pentecostal's  today. They soak in the rain, and shout and  dance in the spirit and then go out and fornicate and commit  adultery. Then they want you to know, bless God, how spiritual they are. Get  away  from that stuff. You say, well bless  God,  I've  been  separated out from that stuff because I heard the midnight cry.

Listen,  so  did  the foolish virgins and the  scoffers  and  the blasphemers'.  Don't say, cause you heard the midnight  cry  that you're anything. Be grateful to God that He has opened your  eyes to the revelation that He is here and that you are entering  into  His  Shekinah Glory by a vindicated revelation. Because,  outside  of revelation that is brought by a vindicated prophet, you  don't  have one leg to stand on.

PP. 120 - 121 <read> Now,  here is the clue. He believed God's Word and called  everything  else a lie. He did not even consider anything contrary  to the  promise. He considered it as though it did not  even  exist. That's  where  you've  got to come to. This Word  and  this  Word alone.

PP. 122 <read> Oh,  how choice this is. Now, remember how I've told you to  keep in  mind all these times brother Branham keeps saying, They  were not infidels, they were believers. Why? He's letting you know how close it is. It was right among the Pentecostal's. And today even closer than that. It's right in the camp of this Message.  People looking for Life outside the vindicated word.

People looking to be vindicated themselves. Why? Why would I want you to look to me or to my experiences. What have they produced in me.  I've still got the same struggle with or without them.  If  two men  can  have duplicate experiences and one be seed of  God  and another  seed  of  satan, then why would we  put  much  stock  in   experiences.

What  good  have your experiences produced. Has it  delivered  you from the body of this death. If you say yes, I'll call you a liar because  Paul said in Romans that only Jesus Christ  can  deliver you from the body of this death.

So then I challenge you. What have your experiences done for you. Did  it give you a warm fuzzy. How long did it last. Do you  have to keep going back and reminding yourself that you indeed had  an experience one time. If so, what good did it do for you.

Look  what  he  says  here,  "all  these  false  baptisms,  false sensations,  false  stuff  that's going on today,  say  it's  not there! Believe God's Word and keep on going. When  you begin to judge your position in Christ by the  magnitude of your experiences, you've turned down the Word right there  and you've stopped dead in your tracks.

Now remember, he is speaking about ONENESS and has brought to our attention that through out the ages there have been what he terms "false  unions".  He now hits home and let's us know  that  today people  have a false union with Christ based upon false  baptisms and  false  sensations  and experiences. He said,  "It's  only  a stumbling block to keep you from reaching for the real." Then  he let's you know that God's "real" is His Vindicated Word.

I  don't  care how many visions I had or how many  visitations  I had, or how many times I spoke in an unknown language or how many dreams I've had come to pass, and I've had plenty. But that's all tinsel. People saw that brother Branham had many visions so  they in their desire to emulate him, they press themselves into having visions, and what does it produce. Nothing. That's all.  Nothing. Are they a better person for it.

The  ones I know aren't. Committing adultery and you name  it  in the name of a sensation that told them it was all right.

God said, let every man's word be a lie and Mine be true. Brother Branham  called them stumbling blocks, keeping you away from  the real.

So because they saw brother Branham have them they press to  have them  and they fall right into the deception that God  said  they would.

Brother  Branham  came on the scene with a manifestation  in  His hand  and the next thing you know, others had  manifestations  in their hands also. Don't you realize that brother Branham said  in his  message, "Anointed ones at the end time", that God only  did  that to manifest the folly of the imitator?
