ONENESS # 49

The Judge Standeth at the Door

April 25, 1993

Brian Kocourek

This morning I wish to speak to you from PP.'s 184 to 185.

                    PP. 184 <read>

Now in this pp. we see brother Branham mention a gathering and he
let's  us know that this gathering will be around a true  teacher
of  the Word. Not that we gather around the man, but the man  and
his message are one. Therefore we identify with the True Ministry
God has placed in the church.

As we saw Wednesday night, for those who were not here, That  the
pp. 180 - 183 brother Branham was speaking to us about this great
gathering.  We saw that the gathering is unto Christ. Let's  just
take a few minutes and look again to the scripture to re‑fresh our minds about this gathering.

You  know,  we keep hammering the fact that God Himself  has  descended  with  a shout, and yet the people in this  message  keep
looking  for something else to happen. And that is how  they  are
missing the things God is doing right now. They are still looking
for  a greater light. Something always on the horizon,  something
always just beyond our grasp. But I tell you this morning that He
is  here. What more could we ever hope for. He is our  Hope.  The
Scripture  says, He is our blessed Hope. So we must get  focused
upon The One Who is here if we are to do anything.

Now in looking at what He is doing while He is here, we must look
at the fact that He has come in the form of the Word.

1 THES 4: 15 - 18 <read>

Shout:  keleusma  : a call or summons. So we must  ask  ourselves
this question. A call to what? To a gathering, of course.  That's
what a summons is. It's a call to come and appear before a judge.

The judge. Webster says: In law, it is an official order to  come
and  appear in court. It also says, it is a call, a command or  a
knock, or other signal that summons.

REV 3: 20 <read>

Behold I stand at the door and knock. What is it? It is a summons
to appear in court. So who's at the door knocking, but the  Judge
Himself.

JAMES 5: 7 - 9 <read>

So when John saw Him in Revelations chapter one He saw Him in the
fullness of His Deity, Supreme Judge.

And  when  bother  Branham asked Jack Moore what  The  white  wig
represented,  he said Jesus in His glorified  condition.  Brother
Branham said, that never rang the bell. But later the Holy  Ghost
told Him the white wig represented Supreme deity as Judge. So  we
see the same one we see in James chapter 5 is the same one we see
in Revelations chapter one. It had to be.

Now, I know that brothers in this message will take an old  quote
of  brother Branham's from 1954 that he said the one  walking  in
the midst of the church was the bride because he thought at  that
time  that  the girdle over the paps was the way  a  woman  would
where it, but later, even after God interpreted it by bringing it
to  pass in the heavens, He later said the girdle over  the  paps
represented the authority of Judge.

204 THE.SEVEN.CHURCH.AGES  JEFF.IN   54-0512

Now,  that's the Bible. That's what the Spirit said, see.  "The
candlesticks."  All right. Now, the 13th verse. And in the  midst
of the seven golden candlesticks one like the Son of man...

What?  One  like Him. Who was this? His Bride.  One  like  Him.
Watch how it was. Clothed with a garment down to the foot...

The holiness of Jesus Christ covering Her. "Has washed us  from
our  sins, with His Own Blood." All right. Girted about the  paps
(not a man; a woman) with a golden girdle. (The Gospel that  held
the  Power and glory of God over the Body of Christ!) Oh, what  a

beautiful  picture we got here under consideration!  Looky  here.
Down to the foot, and a girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

His head and his hair was white as wool... white as snow  (right
eousness, holiness; white speaks of); and his eyes like flames of

fire;  (Looks right through it!) Don't try to hide from  Him.  He
knows who you are, where you are, and what you done. Yes, sir. He
sees everything. Oh, God...

Now contrast that with this next quote from ...

168 THE PATMOS VISION  60-1204

Now  here's more proof that this doctrine is right about  being
the  Lord's day. Did you notice Him? He was not a  priest  during
this  time,  neither  was He a king, He was a  judge.  Notice,  a

priest, a high priest, when he went into the sanctuary or went in
to minister, to service, he tied himself around the waist.  Tying
his  girdle  around the waist, meant that he was  serving;  never
tied  it  over his shoulder. But here He comes out,  walking  out

with  the  girdle  tied  around the top, with  a  sash  over  His
shoulder;  girded  about  the paps, the  breast,  with  a  golden
girdle,  girded  up high. What is it? An attorney, a  judge.  The

judge  with his sash over his shoulder, girded up here, not  down
as  a  priest. See, that shows He wasn't in His  priesthood  now,
John went all the way over into the Lord's day and saw Him coming
as the judge.

So  we  must ask ourselves, when is the  Lord's day and  then  we
will know that he is to come as Judge.

41 THYATIREAN.CHURCH.AGE -- JEFF.IN -- ROJC 287-327 -- 60-1208

Another  thing, He was not Priest then, 'cause the  Priest  was
tied around the middle, means service. But He was tied around the

paps, up here, which meant that He was a Judge. Amen! And we  see
Him walking in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks.

    67 LAODICEAN.CHURCH.AGE - JEFF.IN - ROJC 493-550  60-1211

"Where  do we find "in the Lord's Day"? At the end of the  age!  That's when the world is going to be burned. You remember how  we  took Him with a white wig on, you know, and--and His breast,  and girded  about the paps. You remember that? And we proved  by  the Bible,  it  wasn't  a sabbath day neither a Sunday,  it  was  the Lord's Day. Is that right? And that's the day that He comes as  a judge,  "And will smite the earth with a curse." Is  that  right?  And  I will send to you Elijah the prophet before the  coming  of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:"

So then what day does he smite the earth with a curse? In the day
when He sends Elijah the prophet. Malachi 4 this day.

   44 TRYING.DO.GOD.A.SERVICE -- SHP.LA -- V-7 N-2 -- 65-1127.1M

"I  just  preached the Seven Church Ages. That's  where  I  had
called  our gallant, little Brother Jack Moore to ask  him  about
this, Jesus, in Revelation 1, standing there with white hair  and
everything.   I said, "He was a young
Man." And that's where  the
revelation  come  about that being a wig on, and  not  Him;  He's
wigged  (and I couldn't understand it), as being  Supreme  Deity.
And  the  old judges used to do it in
Israel, had  to  be  white-
headed.  And the white stands for purity. And the English  judges
to  this  day, in supreme courts of England, put on a  white  wig
when  they come up, because there's no other law above theirs  on
earth. See? And they're supreme judge."

 3-2 THE.RISING.OF THE.SUN -- JEFF.IN - V-3 N-12 - 65-0418.1M

"Well,  if you'll turn the picture like this and look (and  you
can probably see it from the audience), it's Christ. See His eyes
looking  here just as perfect as it could be, wearing  the  white

wig of Supreme Deity and Judge of all heavens and earth? Can  you
see  His eyes, nose, His mouth? Just turn the picture  from  this
(the  way they had it), this a-way, the way it's supposed to  be.
And  you...  Can you see it? He is Supreme  Judge;  there's  none

other  but  Him. And that is a perfect  identification  again,  a
vindication  that  this Message is the Truth. It is   Truth.  And
making  Him,  not a third person, but the only  Person  with  the
white..."

DANIEL 7 : 9 - 10, 13 - 14 <read>

NIV  In my vision at night i looked, and there before me was  One
Like  the  Son of Man, coming with the clouds of Heaven.  he  ap
proached the Ancient of Days and was led into His Presence. He was
given authority, glory and sovereign power...

Now, notice this setting. The Ancient of days, one like unto  the
Son  of Man? Who was that? The Judge. Notice ten  thousand  times
ten  thousand ministered to Him and the books were open. when  is
this?

This is exactly the same setting as REV 5: 1 to 6: 1 <read>

JOHN 12: 48 <read>

His Word is the Judge. And that is how He has come in this  hour.
His Word, and He is the Word. JN 1: 1. Also "as a man thinketh in

His  heart, so is He." So then He is what he thinks. You can  not
separate His Word from Himself. Then if you can not separate  Him
from His Word, then neither can a man be separate from His Minis

try unless he has no word ministry. As a man thinketh so is he.

And out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. You are
identified with your Word whether you want to believe it or not.

MATT 12: 33 - 37 <read>

Either  it's  all good or all bad. None of this  "I  believe  the
doctrine  but I can't take the man stuff." That's so contrary  to
scripture.

142 WHAT IS THE ATTRACTION? 65-0725.2E

"And  the other day, standing there, turned the picture to  the
right, and there's Jesus as He was in the Seven Church Ages,  the
white  wig on, showing Supreme Deity. He's Alpha and Omega;  He's
the First and the Last; He is the Supreme Judge of all  Eternity,
standing  there,  confirmed the Message of this hour.  And  there

shall be Light about the evening time! What's it all about?  What
was it? I went westward. Upon that same mountain, passing up with
Banks Wood there, said, "Throw up a rock. Say to Mr. Wood,  `THUS
SAITH  THE  LORD, you'll see the Glory of God.'"  The  very  next

day, standing there, a whirlwind came down and blasted the  moun
tains  out.  Rocks cut the top of the trees off, about  three  or
four feet above my head. Made three big blasts, and the  brethren

come  running over. There was about fifteen man  standing  there,
preachers and everything else. "What was it?" He said, "What  was
it?" I said, "Judgment is striking the West Coast."

Oh,  how cruel can you be brother Branham. You call the  judgment
of God striking the earth the Glory of God

Is that what he said? And what is the Glory or doxa of God,  It's
his  own personal opinion or assessment. Webster says, " In  Law,
an opinion is the formal statement by the Judge."

So  we see Him standing at the door knocking, which we see  is  a
summons  to stand before the Judge. Oh, don't you see the day  we
are living. He's here, Supreme deity and Judge.

And yet this summons is also a gathering together as we see in

1 Thes 4.

1 THES 4: 16 and 17 <read>

Caught up together. Now the word "together" means "in or into one
gathering,  a union." And we know a Union is actually  a  ONENESS
which  is what brother Branham is speaking here and we have  been
speaking to you for 49 sermons. And notice as we continue on with

this verse of Scripture.

1 THES 4: 18 <read>

It should bring Comfort. And why not. He is the Father and God of
all  comfort.  <read> 1 JOHN 2:1 . And He is the  Father  of  All
Glory.

                    ]

EPHESIANS 1: 17 - 18 <read>

So  we  see here then a gathering that is to take  place  at  His
Appearing.  The Judge sends forth a summons which is a  knock  at

the door and the Bride comes forth into manifestation of who  she
really  is,  His seed. But all other will also  come  forth  into
manifestation of what they really are also.

2 THES 2: 1 <read>

Now,  notice  as I've said so many times.  The  scripture  wasn't
written with chapters and verses, so this gathering is  referring
to earlier verses. Let's read

2 THES 1: 7 - 2: 1 <read>

Then  it goes on to say, don't just take any man's word  for  it.
The  day of the Lord will come but there are earmarks that it  is
upon  you.  There will be a great falling away  first.  Well,  if
there  is a falling away, then they had to be somewhere in  order
to  fall  away, right? So where were they. Where  did  they  fall

from.

HEB 6: 4<read> WUEST "For  it is impossible for those who were once for  all  enlightened,  and have been made companions of the Holy Ghost  and  have tasted  of the World to come."  What world? the millennium.  What did  we see before us as a man had power over nature to tell  the storms to stop and the killer bull to go lie down and the bees to turn  back and the possums that came for prayer. That's as  close to  a  millennial  man  that we'll ever  see  this  side  of  the resurrection.

So  what do they fall away from. The Truth. They can only  go  so
far  and  then they begin to buck. I've watched them do  it  with
brother  Vayle. The first thing they've done is to criticize  His

wife. Why? Because if they can criticize the wife they can attack
the  man  backhanded.  Then watch what they did.  They  then  get
bolder  and attack the character of the man. Finally   they  will
attack the doctrine because after all that is really what agitat

ed them to begin with. They do the same thing with Christ and His
Bride.

Didn't  Cain  attack Abel first? Why? Because  of  the  doctrine.
Instead of attacking the doctrine he attacked the man. I hope you
can see it.

Now  notice in pp. 184 he said, "What has He done? He has  placed with  them a True Teacher. True prophets who stay with His  Word, the Bible." Then he says, " If that was His voice then, It's  His  voice  now."  What Voice? His Bible.

They  don't want it so they say, I'll take the quotes  above  the
bible  and they don't even know what they are talking  about.  If
God  sent us a Word prophet, then everything He taught has to  be

in  this Bible or He isn't a Word prophet. Even  Brother  Branham
said the Seals couldn't be on the Backside of the bible,  because
what  was  to be revealed was already in the book,  only  it  was
sealed up so man couldn't under‑stand it.

PP. 185 <read>

E-2 AUDIO LETTER TO LEE VAYLE 64-0500

"Would  it  be, you think, advisable in here, to  say  that  God then,  in order to proclaim this, has to send a prophet in  order to  inject this, make this real again, show the people  the  hour we're  living in? Because if they only see it in the  hour  past, then  there's no hope for the church. The church must see  it  in the present tense. So God sends His prophet to manifest,  present tense of it. You see? And then, after it's over, then history is.

Now,  you might inject that, Brother Lee. I don't know  whether
that's any good or not, but it's just--just a thought right here.

  Thanks a lot.

                    EPH 1: 9 - 10 <read>

In  ONE. There's your oneness. Outside of Christ there can be  no
ONENESS.  And  He is the Word. And noticed He  gathers  together.
That's what He is here for. Are you being gathered.

MATT 3: 11 - 12 ,read>

And  Who does the gathering? His harvest angels. His  messengers.
And when? At the harvest time. When all are becoming manifest  as
to who and what they really are.

MATT 13: 36 - 43 <read>

And  how  do these reapers gather together the  people.  Remember
this, that the gathering together is to one place and that is  in
Christ  and  He is the Word. So these reapers  must  be  bringing
people to the Word of God for the day which they live.

1 COR 1: 10 <read>

Where  then will we be gathered into. The same Mind and the  same
Judgment. That word means the same opinion. God's opinion.

The Judge has summoned us to appear before Him. What will be  the
verdict today?

COL 3: 4 <read>

2 COR 5: 10 - 16 <read>

We don't know Him after the flesh. The other Apostles knew Christ
after the flesh, but not Paul. He knew Him in the Pillar of Fire.

That's  why we need "THUS SAITH THE LORD" It gives  us  assurance
that we could not possibly otherwise have.
