ONENESS # 54

How do I know I am saying the same thing

MAY 9, 1993

Brian Kocourek

Last Wednesday night we back tracked and read from PP. 187  where brother  Branham said, "You can't say 'It says this' and it  says This, and make it work. You've got to say the same thing It says. That makes a confession."

We examined this thought in view of the scripture and  especially Galatians  1: 6-9. Where Paul said they had removed  or  deserted the very one Who had called them by Grace. He said they  deserted Him  to  go  after another Gospel, which is  not  an  alternative Gospel,  but a Gospel that is perverted. In other words,  it  was the  same Message, only put together in such a way as to be of  a totally  opposite nature. We examined by scripture that  you  can indeed  take the same scripture and quotes and actually  come  up with  a totally opposite meaning, just by the way you  take  them and the order in which you do so.

When  Cain had offered His sacrifice, God had said to him,  "Thou has rightly offered but thou hast not rightly divided." So,  even though  the  intent may be ok and the motive ok, yet  unless  you offer  back to God what He has given you, your sacrifice will  do you no good. And as brother Branham said, "It won't work."

So then we ask ourselves, Since things have become so muddled up, how  do I know what is the same way He said it? Now, since it  is so critical that we have a right way of saying what He said, then there  must be a way that we will know if we are saying  it  "The right way". So brother Branham preached a sermon to us that tells us  how  we know when we are in the correct way or not.  He  said there  are  five musts that we must have in order to know  it  is lined with God's thinking.

       108 DOING.GOD.A.SERVICE  JEFF.IN  V-4 N-8  65-0718

" Notice, now notice, there in following God... Now, I want you to--to  kinda jot this in your mind. To keep God's  commandments, to do anything right for God, to do--do God a service  correctly, there  is  five musts, to do God service correctly.   109 Now, David was doing God a service. He was doing everything he  knowed to  do, except leaving off God. See? He was doing something  that was right, something good for the people, something good for  the church.    110   But there's five musts; I want you  to  remember these. No matter how sincere a man may be in doing it, doing  God a service, this--these five must be there:  First, it must be His time to do it.  111 What if--if Moses would come, said, "We  will come  build an ark and float up the Nile like Noah  did"?  Noah's time  was all right for an ark, but not his time.  112   What  if
Jesus would come, said, "Now I will tell you what we will do.  We will  just  go  up  on the mount like Moses did  and  get  a  newdeclaration of laws"? See? Uh, uh! He was that law. See? You must be  in His time. It must be in His season. You got that now?  113Must  be in His time. It must be in His season, time and  season, and  it  must be according to His Word that has been  spoken.  Itmust...

114  "I  don't care how well you say this ought to be,  and  that ought to be, or this ought to be, it's got to be according to His Word, according to His time and His season; and it must be  given according  to the person He has chosen to do it by. 115  I  don't care  how much dignitaries. There's king David just as  great  as any  of  them. He was king over the nation. But He had a  way  of doing  it,  and  He had told them how He would do  it.  But  they failed to do it.  116 It must be according to His Word, according to His time, according to the--His program; and it must be by the person He has chose to give it and to do it".

117   "Moses tried to run from it. "Take somebody else!" But God chose  Moses to do it. Many of them... Paul tried to get  out  of it,  many others. But it's got to be by the one He chooses to  do it. And it must come first to His prophets. The Word of God  must come  to  His prophets, Amos 3:7, "The Lord God will  do  nothing until first He reveals it to His servant the prophet." 118  Four, and the  prophet must be a-vindicated by the Word  of  God.  119There's  your five musts. It's got to be that way: His time;  His season (when He said it would be); and the man that He chose, and it must come to the prophet; and the prophet must be a vindicated prophet.  We  find out many of them in the Bible it come  to  the prophets and it wasn't a-vindicated. Our prophet is Jesus Christ.

So we see that we must have these five musts in order to know  we have rightly divided His Word. # 1> It must be in God's timing. # 2> It must come in the season of God's choosing. # 3> It must  be according  to  His Word. # 4> It must come to the  man  of  God's choosing  and he said in His Word that he chose to bring it by  a prophet. And # 5> That prophet must be A - vindicated.

Now,  today I would like to pick up at PP. 197 of  ONENESS.  This will be number 54. Let's read from 197 to 198. <read>

Before  we move on, Let's just take a short thought on this  what brother  Branham  is  saying about the people are  just  so  head strong. We know that the people will be in this condition at  the end-time. So headstrong that they will refuse to accept the  Word for  the way He said it even though It has been truly  identified and a-vindicated.

Why?  Because they are so headstrong. Do you know they will  also miss the rapture because they are so headstrong? And that is  why they  can't  receive the Appearing which get's us ready  for  the Rapture.

2 PETER 3: 3 - 5 <read>

Walking after their own lusts...what is that? their own  desires. No  thought  as to what God desires. He doesn't  even  enter  the picture. It's their own desires that they want to fulfill. Notice
also it says, for this they are willfully ignorant. Now, it's one thing  to be ignorant. We know that we were all ignorant to  what God was doing in this hour. But He said, "If you be any otherwise minded, God will reveal this thing unto you."

ACTS 17: 30 <read>

Now,  how  could He command them to repent, (which is  to  change their mind)  if there was nothing to change there mind about? God will no longer accept our ignorance as an excuse. Not when He has come down Himself to bring His own understanding to us.

1 THES 4: 13 <read>

He would not have us to be ignorant. Why? Because ignorance  will only  do as an excuse until you've been warned. Then you can  not any longer use ignorance as an excuse.

ROMANS 1: 19 - 20 <read>

They are without excuse. God has not done this thing in a corner. People  are in the system because they want to be. The  scripture tells  us  they  are the ones who heap  teachers  to  themselves, because they have the itching ears. And these teachers hold  down  the truth and by doing so,  they suppress it as we see in

Romans  1: 18 <read>  and Matt  23: 13 <read>.

And  the laity by their traditions, they make the Word of God  of no  effect just as we read in PP. 187 last Wednesday night.

MARK 7:7 <read>

Remember,  on  Wednesday night we read from Galatians  1:6  where Paul said, "How soon you are removed from the One Who called  you into another Gospel". A perverted one. One of a different  nature altogether. And we saw that the word removed, according to VINE's it  means an actually deserting of Christ, He says of this   word remove "the middle voice indicates that they are responsible  for their  declension (falling away), rather than the  Judaizers  who had influenced them." So you can't blame the false teachers, they are  only  their because there is a people who do  not  love  the Truth.

2 THES 2: 10 - 12 <read>

And what is a delusion? VINES says, "it is literally a wandering, whereby  those  who are led astray roam hither  and  thither,  is always used in the NT of a mental straying, a wrong opinion."

According  to Webster, a delusion is, " A deluding  influence.  A false belief or opinion. It implies a belief in something that is contrary  to  fact  or  reality,  resulting  from  deception,   a misconception, or a mental disorder."

In  other words, they haven't got a clue as to what is Truth  and what  is fable. And that's the condition the entire world  is  in this last hour.

Now, with this in mind, I want to move ahead in this message and continue on at PP. 199 and read through PP. 209. <read>

Now I would like to try and hit this thought here on God  gathering His Elect for the next few minutes.

Now,  we saw the mess that we were in. Wrong influences on  every hand. False anointed every where. False teachers everywhere.

2 PETER 2: 1 - 2 <read>

Many:  actually means mostly. Mostly or most shall  follow  their pernicious  ways. Webster, Pernicious applies to that which  does great  harm  by insidiously undermining or weakening."  In  other words,  because the two spirit's would be so close as to  deceive the  Elect If it were possible, then it will deceive all but  the very  Elect.  So these men bring in alongside of  true  doctrine, their  own ideas that are contrary to the real and those who  are not Elect will fall for it and come out from under the protection of the Word.

Brother Branham says, The same Word that brought Moses out is the same Word that caused the separation of the Wise virgin from  the foolish. In pp. 203 he says, "The same thing that separated  Luke warm Lot."

Remember  in Genesis, chapter one. Every time the Word of God is Spoken,  the  first  thing  to happen is a separation, then a gathering follows. And once like seed are together, it moves into reproduction.  So, then, how can one expect to be out from  God's Presence.  How can one deny His presence and expect to  have  His Life  reproduced in them? It can't happen. It's contrary  to  all nature. Even nature must obey this law God set forth.

If you have a male cherry tree and no female cherry trees,  their will be no cross pollenization. You've got to have both. And then God's  little workers, the bee's will carry the pollen  from  the male  to the female. But where you purchase a tree and  bring  it home and plant it you've stopped the reproduction cycle. It  will now  take the seed to do the same thing. And can't you  see  "The Spoken Word IS the Original sees."

And  the  same  One Who spoke it back before  eternity,  is  here speaking  it  in  this hour. Why? Because He made  a  promise  to Himself.

So we see now in PP. 199 - 209 that brother Branham mainly speaks here of this gathering that God is here doing. He's gathering His wheat into His garner.

2 THES 2: 1 When? At the time of 1: 7, 10 <read> Ephesians 1: 10 <read> Now what are these that He gathers?

Ephesians 1: 3 - 12 <read>

In  other  words, we were in Him. he loved us as only  one  could love  His own seed. He so wanted to see us in His image, that  He predestined into us, into that gene seed, His very attributes and characteristics. And then He assures a plan that will cause these attributes to begin to manifest themselves. He predestines a plan to gather us and then to transform us into His image. It says, we will  stand  before Him, or in His presence -  Holy  and  without blame.  And He brings it about through His Love, by  predestinating us to it.

Then  He  must gather us together into Him.  Now  this  gathering together is more significant than we ever could hope or dram. For you  see  God made promise to Himself that He would have  a  seed after  His  kind. And He has come to make sure  that  happens  as precisely as He ordained it to happen.

                    GENESIS 1: 11, 26 - 27 <read>

Now,  God just didn't set up some kind of hocus pocus that  would make this reproduction happen. He laid out a plan. And that  plan was for a gathering to happen. Like seed with like seed. So first of  all  He caused a separation of all like from  unlike  things. Then, this separation by it's very nature brought on a  gathering of all like seed. Once the seed is gathered together, then  cross pollenization may occur. Like seed pollinating like seed.

So we see how essential this gathering is. That's why this female Holy  Ghost stuff is so far off the Word. God the father  of  all Glory will give unto you the seed of all wisdom and revelation in the  knowledge of Him. A Husband, a Groom coming for a  bride  to pollenize  her with the Word, to bring forth the very  same  Life that is in the Father.

So  you see, God, Our Father didn't just come in this hour to  be seen. He actually came to save His own Seed from perishing. So He came down with a shout. A Kaleusma, which is a military  command. A  calling together, a summons to stand before the  great  Judge. Once  He has us assembled together, He then can transform  us  by this same Word into His Likeness, saving us from extinction.

1 PETER 1: 3 - 5, 9 <read>

Notice  how  it speaks of this end time revelation  which  brings salvation.  Now, this were salvation here is a Greek  word  which simply  means to deliver or rescue. So He is here with a  purpose in  Mind  and  that purpose is to rescue His seed.  To  not  only Preserve it, but to manifest it.

So  first  He has to gather it together. That is what  the  Shout does first. Secondly, He must also cause it to come to the  place of immortality. In order to do that this Shout must also  quicken
His  seed to Life. Once that is done, This seed must  come  forth after  It's kind. So then it must come into the Image of the  One Who's seed it is.

2 JOHN 3: 2 <read>

1 COR 13: 12 <read>

Now,  what is the Image of God? JOHN 1: 1 says, He is  the  Word. "As  a  man thinketh in His heart, so is He". and "  Out  of  the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh."

So,  when does it become apparent that His Elect seed are in  His Image?  When She is saying the same thing He said! Then they  are ready to be gathered up and taken out. Then they are ready for  a rapture.

                    MALACHI 3 : 16 - 18 <read>

LAMSA: In that day when I will assemble my people.

So  we see, then that God is obligated to His own Word to  rescue His seed, so He comes down Himself to do it. He Let's out a shout to  gather His seed together. This Shout Which is the Message  of His  presence is Life. And as John 1 says, "in Him was Life,  and the  Life is the Light of Men." And just as in nature,  it  takes Light to bring forth Life, so too it takes the Light of God's own Glorious  Presence that brings all seed into manifestation.  Once they begin to manifest, they begin to move together which constitutes  a  gathering together. Then it becomes  apparent  what  is Wheat and what is tares. Then as the wheat is gathered, she comes
into a maturity of what seed she actually is and as she does, she is coming forth into His Image. She then begins to speak the same thing  He said, thus confirming that she truly is in  His  Image.

This  then is the final stage that she must be in to be ready  to take  on  immortality,  for  her inner  man  has  already  become quickened  or resurrected into heavenly places and  will  forever abide  in His presence. "For where He goeth I will go, and  where He  lodgeth, I will lodge. His people will be my people  and  His God will be my God."

Now, we are ready for the honey moon. Bring on the millennium.

Let's bow our heads in prayer.
