Seed for Every Season no 10

Attributes of God Seed pt 7

October 23, 2016

Brian Kocourek, Pastor

Ephesians 1:3  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4  According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him (which means in his presence, and then) in love having predestinated us unto the adoption of children (Notice, "having predestined us" when was that? Before the foundations of the world.) by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

And then Peter tells us how these predestined Children of God come into materialization in 1Peter 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible Seed, by the word of God, which lives and abides for ever.

Let us pray...

Now, this morning we are still examining the Rising of the Son where brother Branham spoke of the Seed of God that God placed in the earth in Spirit form even before he framed the world which we just read in Ephesians 1, and brother Branham explains this as he is taking us through Genesis chapter 1 in his sermon The Rising of the sun 65-0418M P:20 Notice he says, "The first time the sun rose in Genesis, it was bringing a message that there will be life upon the earth: mortal life. But this time when the sun rose, there was a dual sun-rising, another son-rising. It was a not only s-u-n rising, it was a S-o-n had risen to bring Eternal Life to all God's promised seed, that by foreknowledge He's seen laying upon the earth. No more could the botany life live back there at the beginning without the s-u-n to bring it to life; no more than today, when sons of God is upon the earth, it take the S-o-n Light to bring them to Eternal Life. His chosen ones that He knew before the foundation of the world, He had chosen them in Himself before the foundation of the world. And on Easter morning then, in this dirt somewhere, laid our bodies at that time, for we are the dust of the earth; and in heaven there was a book of memory, and His attributes was in Him, knowing that because this Son of God raised, It would also raise to Life every son that was foreordained to this great time. He knew it would be, and what a more glorious son-rise that was than it was at the beginning, at time when it first dawn."

And then in his sermon Works is Faith Expressed 65-1126 P:65 brother Branham further explains what took place in Genesis when he says, "Like God in Genesis 1, He said, "Let there be light. Let there be this. Let there be that." Created man in His Own image, (And remember God is Spirit so when he created man in his image he was created as a spirit being first.)  "image of God created He them, male and female, and there was nothing on the earth yet."

"Then we find out in Genesis 2 here He made man in His Own image. There was no man to till the soil, after the rest the creation. What was it? It's His Words; He was speaking It. And when He spoke, He said, "Let there be light." There might've not been light for eight hundred years afterward, might not have been no light, but He said It."

Now, notice brother Branham is speaking to us of the Logos of God that went forth from God. First it was just a thought in God's mind. That is Ephesians 1. We were in Him before the foundations of the earth. Notice, "IN HIM". That was in the very mind of God. But when God spoke it, it was no longer in him, but it, (The Logos) went forth from God and now was planted in the earth as a Spoken Word, which is the original Seed.

"And as long as He said It, "Let there be a palm tree. Let there be an oak tree. Let there be this," them seeds was forming down beneath that water.

Notice, "as long as he said it, let there be, them seeds were forming." So the spoken word brought forth the forming of the seeds. And that Seed was Spirit for it was brought forth in the image of Him that created them. And "God is Spirit and they that worship him must worship him in Spirit and truth" Jesus said.

Brother Branham continues, "That's right. And in the season, in the time, in its own season, it brought forth. It can't fail; it's God's Word. It just can't fail; It'd been expressed."

So the Word Spoken was the first expression of Eternal Life going forth from God into sons. The Spoken Word is the original Seed. Then notice, Brother Branham says " And in the season, in the time, in its own season, it brought forth. It can't fail; it's God's Word. It just can't fail."

So we are looking at the main attribute of God seed is that it has Eternal Life.

John 3:15 That “whosoever believeth” in him should not perish, but have (echo) eternal life.

In Matthew 13:12 we read, For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

Now the word hath here is translated from the Greek word Echo and it means to hold and possess and it also means to be able to reflect back. Therefore we see a principle that God gives to those who He has built in such a way as to be able to give back, reflect back, or offer back what He gives to us. And those who cannot echo, and those who are not built in such a way as to be able to offer back to God what God gives to them, and therefore even those things that they think they have He will take from them because they do not actually possess them, nor can they reflect or echo them.

Let's read the entire setting of Matthew 13:10-14  "And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? 11  He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. 12  For whosoever hath,(Whosoever Echoes) to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, (Whosoever echoes not) from him shall be taken away even that he hath (echoes). 13  Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. 14  And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:"

So Jesus is telling us that some people are made as to echo back what God gives to them, and others are not made to echo what God gives them. They see with their eyes but they do not understand with their heart. They will hear with their ears but they will not be able to perceive what it is they are hearing.

So the ability to echo shows there is a seed nature in you to be able to echo. That is the new birth, the seed of God, eternal Life in you.

Jesus tells us that only a certain group of people are ordained to hear,  understand, and perceive. He then says " To Whosoever Hath To Him Shall Be Given." The Greek word for "Hath" is "Echo", and it means the same thing in Greek as it means in English.

Therefore there are a people who are fashioned in their nature by the nature of the seed that was given, and an attribute or characteristic of that nature is the ability to echo or reflect back the Word of God, while all others cannot do so.

As the Apostle Paul tells us in Romans 9:23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory (that He might make known the riches of His Doxa, his opinions, his values, his judgments) on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

So, we can see there is a people who He prepared them unto DOXA. These are a people that he prepared unto his DOXA, his opinions, his values, and his judgments. Therefore if you were not prepared unto His values, and opinions, you will never be able to receive them.

Now, it does not say These are the DOXA of God, but they are prepared unto, which means they are predestined unto His DOXA. They were prepared before the foundations of the world when they were yet in the mind of God to reflect the very mind of God. The Son is tutored until he has his Fathers mind set. Then he is ready for adoption or placing.)

Romans 15:5-6 "Now, The God of patience and consolation grant to be like minded, one toward another according to Christ: that ye may with one mind and one mouth DOXA God, even The Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the DOXA of God."

So we are made in such a way as to with one mind and one mouth Doxa God, or give back or reflect back the very opinions and values of God. and the only way you could perfectly give back to God his values and opinions and judgments is that you are made in such a way to echo them. because an echo is not just a repeating, but it has the spirit of the Word in it, the very inflexion and atmosphere that was in the original spoekn word is given back when that word is echoed.

John 1:12 tells us  "But as many as received him, (Lambano, to lay hold of, to appropriate to oneself, to give one access to oneself, to experience) to them gave he power (exousia = authority, right, judicial decision or judgment, in other words, the ability to make a right decision, a right choice) to become ginomai, To come to fulfillment as the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Notice, only those who were made in such a nature as to receive Him and echo Him, to these ones, he also gave them a special ability to make a right decision, to become or fulfill what they were ordained to be, and that si sons of God. Then he adds, ...  13  Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And This tells you it was not your choosing, neither did you have anything to do with it, but simply you were chosen and ordained by God to be fulfilled as Son of God, and so God endowed you with his own nature so you could reflect back or echo what he is.

That is exactly what John tells us in 1 John 5:1 “Whosoever believeth(Whosoever is of such a nature as to be able to believe) that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

John 3:36 “He that believeth” on the Son hath (echoes) everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, “He that believeth” on me hath (echoes) everlasting life.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that “whosoever believeth” in him should not perish, but have (echo) everlasting life.

1 John 5:10 “He that believeth” on the Son of God hath (echoes) The Witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

1John 5:11-13   And this is the record, that God has (past tense) given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12  He that hath (echoes) the Son hath (echoes) life; and he that hath (echoes) not the Son of God hath (echoes) not life. 13  These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have (echo) eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

1John 5:20  And we know that the Son of God is come, and has given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.

John 10:28  And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

John 17:3   And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent

Therefore you cannot separate eternal Life from KNowing The only True God.

And the Apostle Paul tells us this is the evidence that we possess Eternal Life, which there is only one form of Eternal Life, and that is God's own Life. Therefore the evidence that you are truly born again of God's own Spirit is that you will know the things of God.

In 1 Corinthians 2:9 we read,  "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10  But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for The Spirit (God's own Spirit) searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 11  For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so, (or in the same way,) the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God knows. 12  Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. (now, this tells us the very purpose of our receiving the Spirit of God in the new birth is in order for us to know the things that God has for us to know.)

13  Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Ghost teaches; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14  But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, (It's impossible) because they are spiritually discerned. 15  But he that is spiritual (Spirit-filled) judges all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.  16  For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

In the book of Acts we read, Acts 13:48  And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life (did one thing, they) believed.  and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

1John 2:25  And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.

John 6:54  Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath (echoes) eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.

John 6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. In Other words, He alone had the Words that possessed eternal Life, eternal seed life.

1John 3:1-2  Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2  Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Look, how many brethren I know that are born again, all have the same testimony. when they heard the Word of Life, they believed it, because it was what they had always believed deep down inside, although you may not have been able to express it in Words, or by the Scriptures. But when someone came along and spoke the Words of Eternal Life, you received them because you were ordained to receive them, because "as He is, so are we."

In his sermon, Invisible union of the bride 65-1125 P:96 Brother Branham makes reference to the little eagle in the chicken yard, and he says, "So one day the mother knowed that she'd laid two eggs. So she begin to hunt for that other one. Flying around, searching, like the great Holy Spirit, one day it flew over the barnyard, that denomination. She looked down there, and she seen her baby. She screamed. (Notice and the Holy Spirit has come down in this hour with a Shout.)

And notice what brother Branham says was the reaction of that little eaglet. "It was the voice of something that echoed from the inside of him. "Oh, that sounds right."Oh, let a real predestinated born germ, predestinated by God; hear the Word of God, it's music to him. He knows it's the Truth. He's tired of that denominational stuff anyhow: "Join us. Come, go with us. We got a social party. We got this, we got..." It just didn't sound right to the little fellow. She said, "Son, you don't belong in that group anyhow. You belong to me; you're mine."He said, "Mama, that sounds real. How am I going to get out of this?""Just make a jump; I'll catch you. That's all you have to do." The anointed Word of God being vindicated before any man that's born to be a son of God with the predestinated germ into him for this hour, he'll see God's message as sure as there's a God in heaven.

Oh, that is music to my soul.

Colossians 3:4  When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, (Shall phaneroo, shall manifest in his true Character,) then shall ye also appear (manifest in your true character) with him in glory. (in doxa, in the same opinions and values and judgments. You can't help it, he appears and you appear, because it's the same Life. When Christ who is our Life appears, then we appear with him in the same opinions and values of God.) He appears then we appear, we are an echo. When Christ who is our Life manifests, then our Christ Life manifests.

Greater than Solomon 64-0306 P:13 There must be a supernatural sign from God to vindicate. No matter how real, how deep it was in theology, how great it sounded, it still--if God's supernatural sign didn't vindicate it, it wasn't so, to the Jew. Now, the Old Testament, the Aaron's plate was done away, with the old covenant. But in the New Covenant, God still remains with the Urim Thummim. That is, if a prophet, dreamer, theologian, or whatever it is, speaks something that's contrary to the Word, and God don't echo it back through the Word, I'll let it alone, for It's God's Urim Thummim. And I believe it with all my heart, that It's God's Word.

That is why Paul tells us if we have the same Spirit that raised up Jesus from the dead dwelling in us, it will quicken our mortal body, and His Spirit will bear witness with our spirit. Then what is that? God's spirit echoes in you and through you His own Word. That is how He bears witness in your mortal body. The word echoes through your life, that when His Life manifests it manifest in you.

John 5:26 For as the Father hath (echoes) life in himself; so has he given to the Son to have (echo) life in himself;

Spoken word original seed 62-0318M P:23 The Word of God continually goes on. I'm told that if we could pick up an instrument that could catch it, that a man's voice, my voice that I speak today, ten thousand years from now could still be picked up in the air. It's like dropping a pebble in the middle of a pond. And the teeny little waves after they fail to be seen by the eye, continue on till it hits the bank. And the air-wave of our voices continually travels around and around the world; therefore, then our voice, what we say will be our judgment. Our testimony will rise right against us. Our own voices will echo in our own ears at the judgment bar of God when His great instrument catches every voice that's been spoke--every word that's been muttered.

But what if your voice only echoes God's Word. His Shout, His Message. what if you have been ordained by God to echo His Word, His Life, His works. Then when you come to the white throne, you won't be standing at it, you will be seated with Him as Judge.

Hebrews 7:16 Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.

Then this receiving Eternal Life is more than just a life, it is a mindset as well. It is actions, and speaking, and thinking, and the same works he did. And since it has to do with the ability to know and to understand, we therefore receive the Mark of God, which is the Seal of God in our forehead (which is our thoughts) and in our hands (which is our actions).

2Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

Therefore the Holy Spirit in us seals eternal Life into us, and the world is sealed out.

Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

Ezekiel 9:4 And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.

Questions and answers COD 64-0830M P:44 Who sigh and cry for the abominations that's did in the city... Where do you see that? I can show you ten thousand speaking in tongues to one that's really burdened for sin... That can't even pray a hour. But did you know the Bible said to mark only those who sighed and cried for the abominations in the city? How many ever read it? Sure. That was the Holy Spirit come forth to mark the people, and said to the destroying Angel, "Go forth and destroy everything that doesn't have that mark upon them." And the mark of God is the Holy Ghost; is a Seal of God. Now, where is them people that's that interested? I can show you people that jump up-and-down and cry in a church; I can show you people that shout and run all over the building; I can show you people that prophesy, and it comes to pass; I can show you those who speak in tongues, and run up and down the buildings, and say things that actually interpret and it comes to pass; but where is that person that sighs and cries for the abominations that's did in the city? Where's that burdened soul?

Fellowship by redemption 55-0403 P:54 When the sealing Angel crossed through the country, He was commanded to put a mark upon those who sighed and cried for the abominations done in the city. I say this with reverence now and with respects. Don't get mad at me, angry, rather. But what if the sealing Angel crossed this nation today? Where would He find men so deeply consecrated to God, for the sins of this crumbling nation, till they cried day and night for the sins? Where would He mark, the church that fast, and pray, and long, "Lord Jesus." Where would He find that person? We've went off after education. We've went off after great flowery sermons. We've went off after Hollywood dress and fanaticism. The churches must be so big. It must be plush. It must be crucifix everywhere. There must pipe organs. Those things are all right. But we've put all of our thoughts to that and left the real thing off.

Leadership 65-1207 P:115 Now, look at yourself. Really, are you a genuine Bible Christian, full of love of God? You remember, the Bible said, in the last days when this time takes place, He said, "A marking angel went through the churches, went through the cities, and sealed only those who sighed and cried for the abomination that was done in the city." Is that right? Ezekiel 9, we know that's true. The marking Angel went forth and put a mark on their head, forehead, sealed them, "Them that sighed and cried."After that come the slaughtering angels from the four corners of the earth, which is coming right away; we see it coming, wars moving right in that'll kill the whole earth off. And there was nothing that they couldn't touch but them that had the mark. Now, pick out... Is your heart so concerned about the sinners, and the way that the church and the people are doing, till you can sigh and cry about it day and night? If not so, I'm wondering. That's the Scripture.

Revelations 9:4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. In their very thoughts. For all our thoughts are of God.

2Timothy4:8  Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Making a way 56-0304 P:40 Oh, brother, as you hear the ambulance screaming. Every time you hear one, it's a marker that you're going that way. Every time you pass a graveyard, it's a marker you're going that way. Every time a wrinkle appears in the face and a gray hair in the head, it's a marker you're going that way. No wonder then Paul could say, with that real hope rooted and grounded in him, like this...?... when he got down to the end of the road, he said, "I fought a good fight; I finished the course; I've kept the faith: henceforth, there's laid up for me a crown of righteousness, the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give me at that day: not only me, but all that love His appearing." When you're sick and tired of this whole life, and you love the appearing of the Lord Jesus better than you love your food at the table, or your wife, or your children, then there's a crown laid up for you, not a crown, a gold crown they put upon your head, but a body free from pain of... crowned in the glory of God, crowned in the immortality of Jesus Christ. That's what's laid up for you, that the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give you it that day. That's the day we look forward to. God has made a way of escape for every one of us, certainly He has.

And that crown of Glory is the crown of His values, his opinion, his judgments. All your thoughts are of God.

1 Peter 5:4 And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away. a Crown of Doxa that will never fade away. You will always have His Values, His opinions, his Judgments. They shall never fade away.

Marriage of the lamb 62-0121E P:91 So I think that's the way with preaching the Gospel. If it don't stir you up a little bit, feel your spiritual gastronomics started right, make you a little sick to examine yourself with the Bible; see if that old temper, and selfishness, ungodliness, love of the world, television, and things at night. might, and leaving the church set empty, and the pews set empty, when you ought to be out there like Jesus (you got His Spirit in you), trying to get everybody in the country to come to your church to receive Christ. And we call ourselves then the bride of Christ. Oh, what a pity, friends. The hour has come. His bride has made herself ready, oh, made herself ready. She laid aside all of these things. Remember, Esther was chosen and the others was rejected. And only those that's borned again, that's got the Spirit of God, will be the chosen that day that the crown of glory will be set upon her head. And the others will be rejected.

Isaiah 28:5 In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people,

Testimony of a true witness 61-1105 P:56 Let's just go back and read It. I got Isaiah 28:11. Let's just read for a moment and find out here what he said about the coming of the Holy Spirit. Isaiah the 28th chapter, let's begin at the 5th verse, In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory...He's speaking of this great day that when the Witness would come. What is our crown? The Holy Spirit crowns us.... a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people,The residue, the "people that's left over." He'll be a diadem, a crown of glory, a diadem of beauty. Think, this is seven hundred years before it happened.... for a spirit of judgment to him that is sitting in judgment... (That's what He does to us at the altar.)... for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate... (Let me see.)... that turn the battle to the gate.

Isaiah 62:3 Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.

Proverbs 16:31 The hoary head is a crown of glory, if it be found in the way of righteousness.

Proverbs 4:9 1  Hear, ye children, the instruction of a father, and attend to know understanding. 2  For I give you good doctrine, forsake ye not my law. 3  For I was my father's son, tender and only beloved in the sight of my mother. 4  He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live. 5  Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. 6  Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. 7  Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. 8  Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. 9  She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee. 10  Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many. 11  I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths.

And doesn't the white wig represent the Spirit of Wisdom and revelation that comes to us just like the angel Gabriel came to Daniel? That's what brother Branham said.

Seventy weeks of Daniel 61-0806 P:36 It's laying back in that condition. And that only shows that this is just a period of time. Can't you see? God don't have things out of cater. He's just letting it run like that for a little time. And I truly believe that that thing was done, and at this last days is when God is going to reveal these secrets to the church. He hasn't done it before, and the reason He hasn't done it is to keep the church a-watching and praying all the time, not knowing when it was coming. But you remember in Daniel 12 He said, "The wise shall understand in the last--in this last days"? It's been given to him. The Spirit of wisdom comes into the church to make known to the church by the revelation of the Holy Ghost--bringing the church in and revealing what day that we're living in. Just the same as Gabriel come to Daniel, the Holy Spirit comes to the church in the last days to reveal these great, deep, secret things. Do you understand now?

John 6:27  Labor not for the meat which perishes, but for that meat which endures unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.

Let us pray...
