Because if you are earnestly expecting, then you do something about it. IF you truly believe, then you act upon it. Brother Branham preached the Message called, “Hearing, Recognizing, and Acting upon the Word of God”. And if you do not act upon it, then you either haven’t heard, or you might have heard but you did not recognize what you heard. Remember, in Matthew 13, where Jesus told us that He spoke in parables lest those who not ordained to understand might somehow hear and then recognize and then God would have to heal them. Therefore, if we truly have a hope, which is an earnest expectation, that can only be possible if we have recognized what we have heard and understand it. Then we can and will prepare for whatever it is that He is trying to show us.

We found that this Love is His very life that is poured out into us, as Jesus had said their is no greater love than this, to lay your life down for a friend. And Since Jesus was an expression of His Father and could only do what the Father showed Him to do, then He had to do what God did. Then if Jesus laid down His Life for us, God must have done this as well. Now we know that God can not die, and let’s face it, if we have His Life in us, neither can we die. Oh, the tabernacle of this death, of this hybrid body can surely die, for so God said, in the day you eat thereof, that day you shall surely die. And so it must. But Paul taught us in 1 Corinthians 15 that there are bodies celestial and bodies terrestial, [1 Cor 15:33- ] evil ( wrong thinking) Communication - ( to be in the company of or to associate with ) Corrupts = ( to lead away from the state of knowledge and holiness) manners = character 15:34 Notice, awake and sin not. What is sin? Disbelief! why do they not believe? Because Paul tells us that they do not have the knowledge of God.

[15:35-38] I love what Paul says here. Every seed is given it’s own body.... And not all seeds have the same body.... [15:39-40] Notice, he tells us the doxa of the terrestial is not the same as that of the celestial. Therefore, as long as we are in the body of this death as Paul tells us in Romans 7, we do not fully understand what our celestial body understands. [1 John 3: 2] Beloved, Now are we Sons, but we are not sure....(read) [Rom 7:14 - 8:2] Notice how Paul tells us about the difference between the inner man and this outer tabernacle of flesh he calls the body of this death. He tells us they war between them. That is what is meant by the glory or doxa of the one being different than that of the other. we bye-passed our theophany to come to this world to be tested. Therefore, if we could just come into such a close relationship with our theophany, that we could hear from it, we would then come to a place where mortal would then begin to put on immortality. I believe that takes place just before the tribulation. Now, watch, the tribulation comes. When the tribulation strikes, the church goes up. Matthew 24:24 says that--that the antichrist would be so close like the real thing in the last days, it would deceive the very elected, or predestinated. It's the same thing: election and predestination's the same thing. God elected you or predestinated you before the foundation of the world. "Will deceive all whose names were not predestinated on the Book of Life."

Now we are told in [Rev 17:15] that the waters are peoples, nations, multitudes and tongues... therefore the place where this other beast comes from is a place without peoples, which is America.....This beast comes up out from America which has no people who are native to it... And notice he had two horns, that looked like a lamb, but ended up speaking like the dragon which is the devil , and Rome....

The two horns are the civil and ecclesiastical power. Actually the Rams horn was a trumpet to call together the people. And in this country we have two great organizations, the United Nations which is the civil horn and the World council of Churches which is the ecclesiastical horn.

[Rev 13:12] Notice this scripture tells us that this power that has these two horns to call the people together will exercise the power of the first beast which is Rome... And what does that mean? The word exercise here is a Greek word which means to bring forth or to cause to happen. Therefore, this second beast is doing just exactly what the first beast did. Now, what beast ? The one spoken of in [13:1-8] which came up out of the sea....Notice, this beast is not the dragon, the dragon is the devil, but this beast or power caused all to worship the devil... and it had one of it’s heads wounded, ... but it came back to life again....That is when the visigoths came down and caused civil Rome who was the world power to fall.... But notice how, that under the popes it rose again in world domination until it became drunk with the blood of the saints during the reformation where 68 million people were martyred. Now, I thing it is interesting that China also, who is known by her symbol the dragon has also killed 70 million people during her purging for red communism. But China never was wounded to death as a civil power and came back as a religious power. Anything that’d use a dragon as it’s symbol isn’t representing God.

[Rev 13:12-13] This is America which led the world in Space pursuits, Notice, the word doeth is the same word in the Greek that is used when it says he exercizeth the same power as the beast before it. That means this beast caused this fire to come forth... wonders = signs portending remarkable events, and what are those events? he causes fire to come down from the upper atmosphere.... Airplanes, jets, space travel and then television for all to see... What other world power has produced these things?

There's a Lutheran minister over it. That if there comes a disaster would happen in this neighborhood here; if we are not united with that ecumenical move, then our church can no more be church, and they can use it for a storeroom. Or if one of the brothers would see somebody dying or hurt, and try to minister to him any spiritual blessing, we could be shot for it; exactly right. We can be given ten years in the federal prison for ministering anything, because we're not a member of this ecumenical move. Don't you see the mark of the beast? See?

87 What Shall I do with Jesus? 63-1124M And what have the churches desired? A murderer of the Word; one who takes a system. If the system is contrary to the Word, then it's a murderer to the Word. And they desired a denomination tradition in the stead of the true Word being manifested, and proved that It's God amongst the people: by science, through pictures, a Light, the same Angel of the Lord, the Pillar of Fire; the same One that lived on earth in the--in the body of Jesus Christ is come upon His people in the last day, where science has took the picture of It. The church has seen Its works. It's thoroughly identified by tapes and everything, around and around the world, and personally ministered. And still in all of that their systems are desiring a council of churches to condemn the Truth, desiring a murderer that would shut off, or stop, or sell out; and it'll do it. They'll stop such a thing, and the council of churches will have to do it. There's the mark of the beast: antichrist--against the Word, which is Christ.

Right in this Message if they could they would stop my mouth or Brother Vayles, or any of the few brethren who are preaching this truth that Brother Branham is telling us here. That God is in our Midst....But they don’t want it. It shows what spirit is leading and gathering the people and getting them to go into captivity. But we have a promise, that we will not be left behind for the destruction...[1 Thess 4:13-18]

Coming up to the knowledge of the truth, and seeing that they see the truth, and see the knowledge of it, and see it's here, see it working, see it's right, and have a knowledge of the truth and then turn away again, "There remaineth no more sacrifice for sin." Just like Cain at the beginning, so will it be at the end. That's Hebrews the 10th chapter. And will be marked away from the Presence of God and be a Baptist, Presbyterian, or a Pentecostal, by denomination only, the rest of their days. They'll serve the denomination instead of serving Christ, serve their creed.

You are free. But if you turn your back upon the Message and refuse to hear It, notice, you were bored in the ear with an awl. That means to say, that you have crossed the line between grace and judgment and you will never hear the Gospel again. There's some other choosing that they have than to face up to truth and facts. Therefore, their ears can be closed to the Gospel. They'll never hear it again. My advice to you, when God speaks to your heart, you act right then. Elijah gave them a choice which they should, "Choose you this day whom you shall serve. If God be God, serve Him; but if Baal be God, serve him."
