Isaiah 3:12 ¶ [As for] my people, children
[are] their oppressors, and women
rule over them. O my people, they
which lead thee cause [thee] to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.
Isaiah 4:1 ¶ And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our
own apparel: only let us be called
by thy name, to take away our reproach.
Let us Pray…..
This evening we will
continue with our series from the Book of Romans, and we will begin tonight by
looking at these two scriptures we read from the Old Testament, two scriptures
that speak of the condition of women in the end-time, and we will tie them into
our study tonight from Romans 7.
Romans 7:1-4 ¶ Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how
that the law hath dominion over a man as
long as he liveth? For the woman
which hath an husband is bound by the law to [her] husband so long as he liveth;
but if the husband be dead, she is
loosed from the law of [her] husband.
So then if, while [her] husband liveth, she be married to another man,
she shall be called an adulteress: but if
her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no
adulteress, though she be married to another man. Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the
body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, [even] to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring
forth fruit unto God.
Now, Paul is telling us here
that we must die to the law and be married to Christ who is the Word. This nation was founded under the Christian
principles and thus was married to Christ the Word. But in 1956 she rejected
the headship of the Word of God and since that time she has gone out from her
husband and now even denies that he exists.
In Romans 7, Paul was speaking of the Law of
Marriage which binds a woman to her husband so long as he lives. This country being formed on a Christ
centered constitution, committed herself to Christ, the Word right from the
start, but in 1956 she rejected that relationship and divorced herself from His
Headship. She calls herself a liberated woman like so many who divorce their
husbands, but she still feels the oppression of the weight of this law until
she now claims not to be divorced, but she now claims that her husband is dead.
ABRAHAM RESTORED 61-0211 we just sinned away our day of grace; that's
all there is to it. I predicted that in 1956, and it's been that way ever
since, constantly falling. See? But God will pull out that elect church.
He's--He's duty bound to do it; He said He would do it.
I said, "Science will improve." I said, "Another thing,
the nation has permitted women to vote, one of the most horrible disgraces
they've done." And I said, "In voting they'll elect the wrong man."
I'm neither Democrat nor Republican. I'm a Christian. Both sides is rotten. But
they made their fatal mistake the other day. Women done the works. And how you colored people, sell your birthright to
such a thing as that, when the blood of Abraham Lincoln strain's up yonder on
that dress. God have mercy. Help me, Lord. Oh, my. Maybe I shouldn't have said
it. But I've done said it. Remember.
Oh, how can it be? My days as evangelist is soon done. I can't prophetic and
evangelist too. I'll leave the field. That's in the spirit now. Soon He will be
calling me; I'll leave the field of evangelism. Then He will use me as His
seer. What's the matter with me anyhow? Where was I at? Yes. Genesis 18. Did
you get that Gene? Genesis 18, I believe I was speaking on. Then, no, I was on
what He told me, would happen. Then He said, "Science will be increased,
until it comes to a place until they'll perfect an automobile, that it looks
like an egg, before the end time." There I seen it. And I said, "They'll
control it with some kind of a steering outfit that they don't have to touch it
theirself." I seen an American family, going down a great big broadway
playing cards with a glass-top car, looked like an egg. They've got it right
now. You seen it on television here not long ago. They've got it. And I said, "Then I seen some great
powerful woman rise in the United States." 'Cause this is a woman's
nation: woman's picture on the money; everything is woman here. That's right.
She's a goddess. Not you Christian women. I'm talking about... Let a little
flapper come down the street here with all these shorts, and things. She can do
more harm to the church of the living God, among men, than all the bootleg
joints there is through the nation. That's right. This is a... America is a
woman's nation. Got her pictures, Her number's thirteen, thirteen colonies,
thirteen stripes, thirteen stars, thirteen so... Everything is thirteen,
thirteen, thirteen and a woman. See? And I seen a great woman rise up,
beautiful to look at, but a cruel wicked heart. And that will be a church. And
she's on her road now.
Now, when she was running around claiming her
separation and divorce was when she began to cry out separation between church
and state. But you don’t hear much of that any more. What you do hear is an
anti Christian rhetoric being spewed from the mouths of the administration
altogether. Their agenda has become totally un-Christian and anti-Word. Even to
the point where the chief legal officer of this nation, the Attorney General
stated blatantly anti-Christian views and stated that the Government of the
United States has now called for war against the Christian.
On June the 26th, 1994, on “The Sixty Minutes Program”,
attorney General Janet Reno said the following. “ A cultist, C-U-L-T-I-S-T, A cultist is one who has a strong belief in
the Bible, and the second coming of Christ; who frequently attends Bible
studies; who has a high level of financial giving to a Christian cause; who
home schools for their children; who has accumulated survival foods, and has a
strong belief in the second amendment, and whom distrust big governments. Any
of these may qualify a person as a cultist, but certainly more than one of
these would cause us to look at this person as a threat and his family
as being in a risk situation that qualified for government
interference”.
The tables are now set for
the persecution of the church to take place. Fortunately the Bride of Christ
will be in the arms of her mate, before things get really bad. FEAST OF THE TRUMPETS 64-0719M27-2 PP. 075 In the
cunningness, as He said, he'd come in like flatteries. And what has he done?
He's bringing the Protestant ecumenical council of the world churches, the
spirit of antichrist, upon both of them, bringing them to the slaughter, just
like they did the other in a hour to call the Bride. How? Loosed in the
ecclesiastical church, spirit. Loosed upon what? Not upon the denominations,
upon the Bride. But here you'd get it; the Bride will not go through that time.
The Bible says not. The church will, but not the Bride. Can't you see?
Ministers, can't you see that, brethren?
You say the Church has to go through the persecution for the--for the
perfection of it. The Blood of Jesus Christ perfects the Bride. A man who
chooses a wife don't put her through a lot of punishment; he's already found
grace to--with her; she's found grace with him. He--he engages to her. And if
there's anything, he'll keep her from every place to turn her hand. His grace
is so great upon them, and so will it be upon the Bride, and so is it on the
Bride.

012 You know, the women's on the increase here in the nation, though. You know,
that's what we're thinking about. You see? There's... I think it's about three
to five, three out of five children that's born, three of them are girls. And
the women are getting bigger, the men are getting smaller. Women are taking
over, 'course that's just the trend of the prophecy of the day, that this
nation is a woman's nation. It'll be run by a woman. And remember, 1933, I saw
that come in a vision, a great powerful
woman will take over the whole nation someday. That's exactly right, before
the end time, before total annihilation.
WHY ARE WE NOT A DENOMINATION?
58-0927 136 093 And in 1933 when the Lord, when we was
having meetings over here where that Church of Christ is standing now, the old
Masonic home, the vision of the Lord came to me up here and predicted that,
Germany would rise up and have put that Maginot Line there. Many of you
remember. And how they'd be all fortified in there, and the Americans would
take a great beating right there at that line. It also said what would take
place, and about Roosevelt and them things, how he would run and make that
fourth term. Perfectly, just exactly the way it come to pass. And also said
that cars would keep getting more like a egg, until the last days they'd be
just in the shape of an egg. Now, I
said, "It'll come to pass that those cars will not be run by a steering
wheel; it'll be something another run." It's them cars they're bringing
out right now, remote control, for safety. Correct. You won't be able to enter
into a city then, a twenty-mile zone, you can just go twenty mile. You can't
hit another car, because it's remote control. See, it's going like that right
now. And I said, "Remember, in
that day, before the end time comes, before the end time comes, that a woman... Now, you all keep this
wrote down. There'll be a great powerful
woman raise up, either be President, or dictator, or some great
powerful woman in this United States. And
she'll sink under the influence of women. Now, you remember; that's THUS SAITH THE LORD."
WHY ARE WE NOT A DENOMINATION?
58-0927 137 094 See, and she's wrong. And what is it given
away to? Let me tell you. Be spiritual; let's open up, look. Why is it doing
that? To give the Catholic church a place to come in. See? You worship these
movies stars and all these other different things out here. Remember the sermon
I preached (Margie, you remember it.) years ago on the--the invasion of the
United States and overthrow the American Government? And how that I said he
raised up in Paris after we saved them over there from that women, wine, and
big time, and he lit right down in Hollywood. Now, instead of us sending to
Paris to get models, they send here to get models. What did it do? It got...
We--you wouldn't let your children go to the picture show, but it got right
into the television, moved right on out and contaminated the whole thing, run
her right on out. And here we are today, all the little girls and boys all like
some kind of these television actors. What is it? It's making a way. Boy, one ill-famed woman can send more people
to hell than all the bootleg joints you could put in a city. That's right.
Watch her go down the street with her clothes all stripped down, don't care who
the man is, if he's a healthy normal man, when he looks at the woman he's bound
to have something to pass over him. Now, just be honest. I don't care. I've had the Holy Ghost for
years. You can't look at a woman and her half dressed... I carry a little cross
in my car; many of you seen it.

093 A few
days ago we... Now, I'm not Democrat nor Republican; I'm a Christian; so I
don't mention these things. But I picked up an old book there that the Lord had
gave me a vision in 1933 when I just first become a minister, going down to the
Baptist Tabernacle. And He gave me a vision that morning, and I seen the first
one I remember of an international affair. And I seen that President Roosevelt
that was in then, and seen that we'd go to a world war. Then I seen also that
was eleven years before the Maginot line was built, I seen Germany fortify
themselves in this big concrete place. I also seen they permitted women to
vote, which was wrong. And said they would someday elect the wrong man; they just did it. So then I
seen the time of the end coming, and five things that the Lord let... Seven
things I saw, five of them has already come to pass. I seen a powerful woman stand up to the United States. You can
write this down if you do so--it's going to happen. I don't know... She's on
her road now. Exactly. And she took over.
And then I seen the United States just
like something had burnt it over hit it, and just something, blowed up rocks
and things.

Then in
the sixth vision there arose up in America a most beautiful, but cruel woman.
She held the people in her complete
power. I believed that this was the rise of the Roman Catholic Church,
though I knew it could possibly be a
vision of some woman rising in great power in America due to a popular vote by
women. 322-3 The last and seventh vision was
wherein I heard a most terrible explosion. As I turned to look I saw nothing
but debris, craters, and smoke all over the land of America.
From That Time 005 If a man was going to be operated on, he sure wouldn't want to get
some little doctor that never had an operation before. He'd want to get an
experienced doctor. It used to be in the days of Dwight Moody, and so forth, in
the Bible times, wasn't so; you didn't see the children preachers and so forth.
They took a man who was aged and knowed what he was talking about, that went
through the great knocks. But today, America is all sold out for youth. Why,
we've got them--a judge in our state, I think, twenty-two or twenty-three years
old, a judge of the Circuit Court, twenty-two years. They'll have a beatnik
president after while. Looks like it's a... They just... Youth, they just take
these kids; they take over everything. But the coming of the Lord is at hand.
That's my theme; that's what I believe; that's what I'm trying to get to the
people, the coming of the Lord.
313-2 Philadelphian Church Age CA Book "I will keep thee from
the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that
dwell upon the earth." This verse is not a declaration that the true
church will go into and through the tribulation. If it meant that it would have
said that. But it said, "I will keep thee from the hour of
temptation." This temptation is exactly like the temptation in Eden. It
will be a very inviting proposition held up in direct opposition to God's
commanded Word, and yet from the standpoint of human reasoning it will be so
very right, so enlightening and life-giving as to fool the world. Only the very
elect will not be fooled. The temptation will come as follows. The ecumenical
move that has started on what seems such a beautiful and blessed principle
(fulfilling Christ's prayer that we all might be one) becomes so strong
politically that she bears pressure upon the government to cause all to join
with her either directly or through adherence to principles enacted into law so
that no people will be recognized as actual churches unless under direct or
indirect domination of this council. Little groups will lose charters,
privileges, etc., until they lose all property and spiritual rights with the
people. For example, right now unless the local ministerial association
approves in many, if not most cities, one cannot rent a building for religious
services. To become chaplains in the armed services, hospitals, etc., it is now
almost mandatory to be recognized as acceptable to the trinitarian ecumenical
groups. As this pressure increases, and it will, it will be harder to resist,
for to resist is to lose privilege. And so many will be tempted to go along,
for they will feel it is better to serve God publicly in the framework of this
organization than not to serve God at all publicly. But they err. To believe
the devil's lie is to serve Satan, even though you may want to call him
Jehovah. But the elect will not be deceived.
Furthermore, the elect will not only be kept, but as this move becomes
the "Inage erected to the beast," the saints will be gone in the
rapture. And this little delightful, winsome movement that started out in
fellowship at Ephesus will become the monster of Satan that defiles and
deceives the whole world. For the church system of the Roman Catholic and the
Protestant in coming together will control the whole wealth of the world system
and force the whole earth into its religious trap, or will kill them, by
refusing them the privilege of buying and selling whereby they would make a
living.
This will be accomplished simply, for the harlot's daughters are all
but gone back to her. In the meantime, Rome has acquired nearly all the
supplies of gold. The Jews have the bonds and all the paper. At the right time,
the harlot will destroy the present day money system by calling in all the
paper, and demanding gold. With no gold, the system falls. The Jews will be
trapped and come into the alliance, and the harlot church will take over the
whole world.
E-21 021 I was speaking a few moments ago with my
wife, when we were setting in a little place. And there was them women coming
in there, each with a cigarette, some--a little girl setting there with her
eyelashes pulled out, painted like the devil, way back and hooked over
sideways. And she was standing up, poor little thing, not no older than about
eighteen, smoking a cigarette and drawing her mouth way out, making the
awfullest thing, just scooting the smoke from her nose, not realizing she was
dead in trespasses and sin. "You defile this temple, God will destroy it."
THIRSTING FOR LIFE 57-0630
E-22 022 What's the trouble today. We've got too many weak pulpits that's
afraid to preach an eternal burning hell, and to warn the people of the things,
and letting the church go just as slothfully and sloppy as it can be. And I said,
"Honey, where could we start from?" Our nation is corrupted. Our
politics is as rotten as it can be. Our factories and our economics is just as
rotten as it can be. Even the car industry, it takes you six to eight months to
get the bugs combed out of your car. It's on line, assemble line, and throw it
together, what difference does it make.
Our womanhood is broke. Motherhood of America is crashed. The morals is
as rotten as in any nation there is in the world. What's the matter? It's
because they have loved the things of the world more than they loved God, and
they got a perverted. Exactly right. Not only that, but our churches is
crushed. Little old pulpit, sissified preachers that stands up in... I ain't
criticizing no certain ones. But they stand up, and it's a meal ticket. It's an
offering, or it's a popular name to get on television or on the air. I wouldn't
sell my birthright to Jesus Christ for all the televisions and popularity there
is in the world. No, sir. Life means more than these nasty ungodly things. I'd
rather have favor with Christ then to be the president of the world. What a
condition the world's got into. Here
not long ago I knowed of a church in our country, and many of them throughout
the country, that they just care for--just carefree. And I'm not scolding
people. But, brother, I've got to answer at the day of judgment for the
messages I've give to the people. God, the only thing He could do... No,
nothing could save this nation. It's gone. There cannot be no worldwide
revivals in this time. There's nothing to build on. She's as rotten as it can
be. When it comes to a place that is vulgar and dirty a place as Paris, France,
which has been the seat of Satan for the--hundreds of years: women, vulgarity,
nastiness, when they... We used to go there twenty-five years ago and get their
design to put on our women. We've got so low till they come over here and get
our designs to put on their women. That's right. Newspapers and magazines picks
it up. And the poor people are wading in it. There's
only one thing the Holy Spirit's doing; that's salvaging what He can, the
elected of God to pull them out. So for me, as long as I got breath in my body,
I'll call out and condemn the thing. I can't stop it. God said it would be
there. I can't stop it, but I'll give a voice against it, that when God plays
over His tape recording at the day of judgment, they'll know that they was told
the truth anyhow by the Word of the living God. And God confirmed it with signs
and wonders. Then it'd be up to them. That's right. Listen, friends. God
created a man to thirst. God put thirst in a man. A man was made to thirst. And
do you mean to tell me that you would try to quench that blessed holy thirst
with the world, and with the devil's programs. You try to quench that thirst
with drinking whiskey, that God put in you to thirst after Him? There's
something in man to thirst; God made that thirst for man to thirst for Him. But
you try to quench it with pleasure. And
this American people has quenched it with pleasure, mad. That's right. That
blessed, holy thirst... You strip yourself on these beaches. You'll lay in
these pool rooms, playing cards, social drinking, all this nonsense that you
do, and stay home on Wednesday night watching the television instead of going to
church. What are you doing? You're trying to quench that holy thirst. You got
to quench it some way. And you reject Christ, and the devil pours his slop into
you. Right. And you think that you're right, but the Bible said, "There is
a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof is the ways of
death." Death is total annihilation, separation. Don't you never try to
quench that blessed thirst with something the devil put into you.
Testimony 63-1128M 20 011 And now, I'm saying this; it's going to be
a personal testimony to the glory of God, that it might be that you'd
understand in the coming nights of what I--I want to say, if the Lord willing.
You'll understand. Like I was trying to say last night, the world coming to a
place it's falling apart, politically, socially, economically.You say,
"Economics? More money." Yes,
but where's it coming from? We're borrowed on taxes that'll be paid forty years
from today. She's broke. She's bankrupt, the nation: not this nation, but all
of them. And there's no way ever getting it back. And it's a trap set exactly
to swing this nation into something. And all of you are wise on that. Well,
who's got the wealth of the world? Who holds it? [Someone says,
"Rome."--Ed.] Sure, it does. Rome holds it. And whenever we do, when
we get broke, instead of these big merchants tobacco, whiskey, and so forth,
like have to get the money; what we'll have to do, either change the currency
or borrow the money. And when they do, it's the birthright sold right back,
exactly, just as perfect, and just what the Scripture says
about it. I'd like to get a place
sometime, the Lord willing, when a tent comes on the scene. And I believe
that's soon now, soon I'm going worldwide. I got a worldwide meetings coming
now. And I--I'd like to get a place where I could set down for about six weeks,
and just take those things and go through them (You see?), back and forth,
through the Scripture.
And it's astounding to see the hour that we're living in. It frightens
me. It frightens me, not because... In my heart, the joy bells are ringing,
knowing that the coming of the Lord is so close at hand. But what frightens me,
is to know that so many is unprepared for the hour that we are facing. That's
the bad part. How many ever heard the story about the squirrels up there that
time? Many, all, of course, I guess, everywhere. A little something like that
happened the other day. And I was... You've heard the story about the
mountains, coming down, when the Lord wrote those things on the mountains the
other day. My, my life... I'm not a
preacher. Anybody knows that. I'm not a preacher. But it's made up in a--a
spiritual form of--of watching things and seeing things move, and forewarning
people of things that's coming to pass. And it's just that's my makeup. I can't
help that, no more than you can help your makeup. But He--God has put us each
one in the Body to do certain things. And I watch every little move, every
objective, every motive, 'cause everything is governed by--governed by spirit.
This church was put here for a purpose. There's a spirit behind this
church. Certainly. Spirit behind your home, behind every building, behind
everything there is a spirit, motive, and objective. This church comes here to
greatly exalt some human system or something, then its motives is not right;
but if it's put here to try to achieve something for the Kingdom of God, then
the motive and objective both is right, if the motives is directed that way.
Christ is the Mystery
63-0728 60-3 192 Now, you can see now the end time Message,
why It's rejected. Can you? Now, no denomination, but the revelation of His
mystery. See? No denomination, the revelation. God's not known by denomination.
He's known by revelation. Look, God in His Body, Christ, and Christ in His Body,
the Bride (Oh, my.) God made manifest in Christ; Christ made manifest in the
Bride. And as God took from the body of Adam the woman and she fell, then God
has took from the Body of Christ, His flesh, His Body, which is His Word, and
is bringing a Bride out that won't fall by denomination or creed. No, sir. But
She's coming back to the pure unadulterated Word of God being manifested. I
hope every man that hears this tape and every woman will understand that. See?
She's the second Eve, but She's not breaking and--and spoiling Her skirts of
purity and holiness to Her Husband. She'll stay with this Word regardless of
what anybody says. You can have all the ecumenical moves you want to and all
the affiliations. And they're going to bring a persecution on pretty soon and
shut up all the churches. You see that. And churches like this who's not in
denominations, they'll use them for storehouses then. And if any man goes and
offer a prayer for anybody else that don't belong to the economical movement
will be shot on the spot. It's already. That Lutheran minister, the head of it,
said so. It's right here. You can read it right here in your magazines. It's
right. Don't make any difference what they say; that Church will stand true in
this Light. She's already proved it back yonder, and She'll do it again in the
face of everything. It's the Word of God. And let all ecumenical movements and
everything else will be gone. She's going to be there without spot or wrinkle.
Right. She'll stand there.
Divine Healing 54-1219M 210 073 the great storm of formality, the great
storm of indifference, a great storm of denial of God, "O God, don't let
me try to beat the Light out. Let me use It to walk in. I believe it,
Lord." There you are. Walk in the Light. "As I see it in the Scripture,
that's Light. It's God's Word, and let me walk in it. Lord, Lord, let me walk
in it; never, never try to deny It."
And he shall send Jesus... which was before preached unto you: Whom the heavens must receive, until the
time of restoration of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all
his holy prophets since the world begin. 21st verse of the 3rd chapter,
"All the restorations of all things," when there'll be a new heavens,
a new earth, a new government, a new economy (oh, my), a new king, a new life,
a new beginning with no ending (oh, my), a new age, a new time, a new people.
The Supernatural 56-0129
E-37 037 Brother and sister, our
great America and our great economy that
we have is rottening under the foundations, and someday, I see it in the making
right now, she'll lay in the ruins.
E-26 026 And I read a article in a magazine one time when I was on an
airplane, and it was about Hollywood. And it said that, "Life begins after
midnight. You should come down on certain streets and certain things." And
they had the picture of burlesque and so forth that goes on. And I said,
"How perverted that is." You see, if Satan has a kingdom, he's got to
have a false economy. He's got to have something that he can present to them to
make them think they are living. But it's absolutely on the vice versa side.
It's death in the form of life. See? It's a perversion from real life,
because... Let us settle this in our minds now once and forever. There's only
one way to have life. That's right. And to know Him is Life. And that's the
only way that we can have Life and no other way for God has only promised Life
through Jesus Christ.

I'm just got to wait here a minute. The whole world's based on that. The
whole economy of this nation is based upon false conception.
Christ is the Mystery 63-0728
79-2 259 Now, listen close. Fallen
angels, what kind of angels? Luther, Wesley, Catholic, Pentecostal who kept not
their first estate like the angels did and has fell into organizations like
Lucifer's main hold at Nicaea... And what have they done? Organized a great
ecumenical association of ministers to make an image unto the beast, as the
Bible said, and building a Christian economy that'll close the doors of this
church and others like it. See Lucifer at his work? I'm trying to bring you the
threefold revelation or mystery of God. What did they do? sold out to
reasonings of wisdom and education like Eve did, fallen angels did.
Q & A 54-0103E 145-199 100 I think of St. Paul out there
on the isle after the shipwrecked. God had give him a vision. When the fourteen
days and nights... All hopes was gone they'd ever be saved. And the little, old
boat tossing about like that, and they was all crying, and fourteen days and
nights. Paul was down there, had a vision. He came out, and he said, "Be
of good courage, for the Angel of God, Who's servant I am, has stood by me and
said, 'Fear not, for thou must be brought before Caesar. And lo, God's give all
those who sail with you.'" When the ship wrecked and went up on the
shores, and they got over there with the natives, Paul was picking up some
sticks, and he went and laid them on the fire. And in there there was a big
serpent, grabbed him by the hand. Now, that serpent injected poison of that--in
his hand that would've killed him within a minute. The natives said,
"Watch that fellow fall dead, for he'll die just in a minute. He's in
chains for preaching the Gospel."Religious people put him in chains. The
very finest of churches that day was what put him in chains. If it just wasn't
the Constitution of the United States, they'd do the same thing today. That's
right. Just wait till she's--till she's broke a little more.
Invasion of the USA 54-0509
203 101 But let me tell you, when Mr. Roosevelt (The man's dead. Let him
rest; I trust he is.) come in, and run in three or four terms, and taken over,
just a preliminary dictatorship... I can prove to you, that in the Scripture,
where That said it'd take place. That's right. We haven't got no more
constitution. She's broke to pieces. Everything's all smattered. The

is it, is it? Why is it we're doing these things? Why are we fussing in the
government, whether we should read the Bible in public, and, why, if we're
reading all this nonsense? Did not our forefathers set this constitution in
order? Did not this nation be born upon the principles of the Bible? Aren't we
here for freedom of religion, to act in God the way we feel fit to act, the way
that we are convinced is truth? But, you see, we have done something like they
did then. We're just letting everything, politics swallow us up, in the stead

to be some standard. If He's going to judge them by the Catholic church; then
if they judge them by the Roman church, the Greek church is lost, the other
Catholic churches are lost. If He judged it by the Greek, the Roman's lost. If
He judged it by the Lutheran, the Methodist is lost. If He judged it by the
Methodist, the Lutheran's lost. He can't judge it by a church; there's too many
different organizations of it. But God will judge the world, He said, by Jesus
Christ. And Jesus Christ is the Word, and the Word is God. And He'll judge them
by this Bible, for this is the Word. That is God's Standard. We must measure up
to what the Bible says. And we wonder why we got so much confusion, so many
organizations, so much differences, separating brotherhood, and--and
everything. It's because there is no Balm in Gilead? Is it because there's no
physician there? I wonder if God would ask us that question?

has left God out. They even turned Him out of school, for our little children

trying to turn Him off the dollars, "In God We Trust." They're going
to turn it out of the pledge allegiance to the flag. One Nation Under God;
they're going to turn that out. See,
they've went to their own feelings and their own senses. Because in the last
seventy-five years he hasn't changed a bit in his senses; he's still the same
man God created him in the beginning. But in this last days, can't you
recognize where we are? And the church has turned from God to that, to the
seminary, and experience, and so forth, instead of the Word. Don't even
recognize Him in their meetings, in their schools, or nothing anymore. Israel
in the past twenty-five years has recognized something has brought them to the
homeland as was promised. They don't know how it was ever done. They suffered
like everything, martyrdom under them Trumpets; but they're in their homeland.
