What is the meaning of the Shout, Voice and Trump

Feast
of the trumpets 64-0719M P:56 Now notice, the Trumpets, that we're speaking
of, is a call
together for either a feast, for war, for a person, some sacred
day, or something like that (notice, you said, "For a person?" yeah),
or for the year of jubilee, the announcing of the coming of freedom, when
they could go back. Now, we could take a complete morning on just that one
thing. But now, getting into the trumpets, you got the background now of
the Seals, and the Church. Now, we're going into the trumpet. The
trumpet sounded; and the trumpet denotes either war, or feast day, or... What
it means is a gathering together of the people, the trumpet. Paul said,
"When
the trumpet gives an uncertain sound, who can prepare themselves for war, or for peace, or whatever it is?" Who
knows? You have to know what the trumpet sounds. Therefore, when the
trumpet sounds, we see something in the earth today. There's a great trouble
somewhere; everybody knows it. Everybody's become a neurotic. The whole
world is a neurotical world, and we know there's something wrong. The
Pentagon, everywhere, we know there's something wrong.
And I think it is interesting that in October
2019 the Lord placed it upon my heart to go into the end time insanity and
preach on the end time neurosis which is end time insanity, and we preached on
that for 11 weeks, until December 1, 2019. Then we spoke on some of the end
time scenes such as the ten virgins, the ten pieces of silver in the Brides
crown, The servants and the ten talents and then the eleventh hour people. That
took us into January 2020. Then on January 12th, 2020 we spoke on
the importance of understanding the message by knowing the Word, and showed all
the false doctrines that have come forth in this Message from people who could
quote Br. Branham but because they had no clue what the Word of God said, they
took things that he said in part and then made doctrines out of them which ended
up twisting what he said, and ended up teaching completely false doctrines such
as “two souls” Seven Thunders”, “polygamy”, “The pastor is the husband of the
church”. Then you have others who claim to believe the Message and teach things
like the “son of God did not come into being until the virgin birth, and there
was no pre-incarnate son of God” and other doctrines like When brother Branham
comes to “ride this trail once more” it will be a world-wide ministry to the
world”. And still other things that he never even said anything close to what
they teach and that “br. Branham was the fulfillment of Ephesians 4 and there
are no more five-fold ministry, ” and that “you must just turn on the tape to
make it in the rapture.” Nothing about being born again, nothing about
receiving the Holy Spirit, but You got to hear those tapes to make it in the
rapture.” And all of those things are
taught because they may be able to use their finger to hit play but they do not
have the Holy Spirit to understand the Word.
And then the Holy Spirit spoke to me and
reminded me of a series I had taught back in 1997 on the end time plagues
judgments and end time depression judgment and he instructed me to teach them
over again since many people were not around at that time to hear and recognize
what is coming. And So I did on January 19th and that very week the
plague out of Wuhan hit the United States. And since then it has been Word upon
Word and line upon line, and we have been drawn into this Word of God for this
last hour as never before, and as we read it from our prophets message and took
it back t the Word it has come alive, and we are seeing the very fulfillment of
the end time promises.
The next week still in January 2020, the 26th,
we brought out about Daniel 8 and how Trump
although making manufacturing to prosper would have a run in with the pope and
his power would be broken without had. I said that means somehow he will con
continue on, and that something would happen where he would be taken down and
the pope would be involved. That was 10 months before the election and he was
so far ahead in the polls at that time, and Biden never came out of his
basement to campaign. It looked like a shoe in for Trump but we all know what
happened 10 months later when it was discovered after the elections was over
that the election was stolen by three Vatican satellites.
In that same sermon I spoke on the distress of nations, and the squeeze and after reading what Jesus said in Luke 8 said, “Lets read what else Jesus said would come upon the earth. So after he speaks of the distress of nations, the squeezing of the nations, he adds, with perplexity; and this word perplexity means to have no way out of this situation, To be at a loss. So we see that much of what Jesus prophesies will come has to do with our financial system. Now, skipping up to verse 29 Jesus speaks of Israel becoming a nation, ¶ And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees; 30 When they now shoot forth, ye know that summer is nigh, ye 11 see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand. 31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand. 32 Verily I say unto you, This generation (that sees all these things come to pass) shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled. 33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
I then asked
the question, “So what is this distress of nations and why is
it so perplexing? This is what we must know if we are to understand why everyone on earth is going to be affected.
The word “distress”
is a Greek word, “sunoche” which means: “a narrowing, a constraining or a press.
To hold together
with constraint. To press on every side,
like the forcing a ship into a narrow channel or the forcing of an animal into
a position where it cannot move so the farmer can administer medication.
To impel.”
And I said, From this we can see that the whole world is
being pushed or squeezed into a
universal condition from all sides
in order to receive or be open to the bail out by Rome. And then we see that
the world will be perplexed by this Squeeze. And the word perplexed means there is no
way out, and thus the world will begin to panic. Remember that Brother
Branham said that the world must come into a neurotic condition, and the first
stage of this neurosis is anxiety which is to worry about what might happen. Luke 21:26
Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking
after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven
shall be shaken.”
And so in the next two years we have seen all of
that fulfilled, and we are in the midst of the greatest squeeze the world has
ever seen. Then in that same series on the Unveiling of God we went into thos
things further, and showed the following.
Then in
December of 2020 they announced the rollout of the vaccines “Generally,
it’s unlikely the vaccine will be available to the general public until the
spring or summer of 2021. At least one timeline suggests March-April 2021.”
And in
March 2021, we spoke on the mark of the beast and how the rollout of the optics
for the mark of the beast would take place. And we said Unveiling of God no 204,
“In his
sermon God keeps His Word 57-0120E P:24 brother
Branham said, “What a disgrace. Now, they have to have things like that. That has to
happen to cope with the spirit of the day. That's the reason that this
church is coming in with the worship of Mary, of other women, and things. It's
that same spirit under a religious head. And that's the reason they have to get your mind off
the unadulterated Word of God to produce that program.
Sure. Do you see the twist that we're in? Do you see the American youth, what
condition it's in? That's men and women of tomorrow. No wonder Jesus said,
"Except these days be shortened, no
flesh would be saved."Therefore, I'm
basing my thoughts here: That we're at the end time. The Lord
Jesus shall come soon. But the spirit of the day... Oh, can you
see? Take on your
thinking. Can you see what's happened? Before this great onslaught coming on to bring the mark of the beast,
and to fulfill the
Scriptures by
forcing the people after
the hold is gotten, just like it is in other countries, force
them into things that they do not accept, to cause the persecution and
the boycott to come. Can't you see America has fell for the glamor and the
goddess, and this. It's paid the devil in the realm of flesh, making
a way for this to present itself. Amen. I hope you understand this.
Stay clear from it.
I don't care how many D.D.s, Ph.D.s, or ever what's behind it, it is a lie.
"For let every man's word be a lie, and
Mine be true," saith the Lord. "For heavens and earth will pass away, but My Word shall never
pass away."
Notice he said, “After
the hold is gotten”… So what does that mean?
According to the dictionary it means “to remain or
continue in a specified state.” That would
then be these lockdowns that we have seen worldwide. These stay at home orders.
This is the hold down we are going through or have just
gone through. And notice his words, Before this great onslaught coming on to bring the
mark of the beast, and to fulfill the Scriptures by forcing the people after the hold is gotten,
just like it is in other countries, force them into things that they
do not accept, to cause the persecution and the boycott to come
Now he said After the hold is gotten,
and the word Gotten means “to come to a
specified place; to arrive at; to reach: to succeed, to become
enabled, or be permitted:
So we
see that after the Stay at home orders, and the lockdown, after that, then
what? He aid the next thing is “this
great onslaught
coming on” … and
what will cause this great onslaught?
Notice,
“Before this
great onslaught coming on to bring the mark of
the beast, and to fulfill the Scriptures by forcing the people after the hold is gotten, just like it is in other countries, force them into things that they
do not accept, to
cause the persecution and the boycott to come.”
So we see that he is telling us that after the stay
at home orders come, which has already taken place in every country on earth. He
says, “After
that, then there comes the forcing,” so we ask the question, the
forcing of what? And what does the forcing produce? Does that forcing have
to do with the onslaught that is coming, which he says comes after the hold is
gotten?
Now, what is he talking about here. This is strange language back in
1960’s, but not so strange now that we have our eyes open to see the Word being
fulfilled before our very eyes. He is speaking of the time when the great holding or lock downs
comes, which will be a universal thing
upon all nations. And what is after the Hold is
gotten mean? Well, any cattleman knows that a holding pen is a
place where the steer is held and cannot move about freely. His freedom has
been taken from him temporarily until they can inject him with whatever shot he
needs. So he is in a holding pen, a place of confinement until those in
control decide to let him out. And usually that freedom only comes after he has
been injected or branded. And he is never really free, because he has
been tagged. Notice he says, “things that we
would never accept but which has been in practice in all the other countries”.
So what
are those things we have never accepted but there countries have already
accepted?
And the
answer is Dictatorship and tyranny? No freedom to assemble? No freedom of
Speech. No freedom to own firearms? Its all coming down to the end brothers and
sisters, and its coming here.
“Before this great onslaught coming on to bring the mark of the beast,
and to fulfill the Scriptures by forcing the people after the hold is gotten, just like it is in
other countries, force them into things that they do not accept, to cause the persecution
and the boycott to come.”
Now, at the time I did not go any further with this quote, but Br. Peter just sent it to me as he has been studying it, and what brother Branham said next was amazing, because he tells us to stay clear from it when it comes. He said, …Can't you see America has fell for the glamor and the goddess, and this. It's paid the devil in the realm of flesh, making a way for this to present itself. Amen. I hope you understand this. Stay clear from it. I don't care how many D.D.'s, Ph.D.s, or ever what's behind it, it is a lie. "For let every man's word be a lie, and Mine be true," saith the Lord. "For heavens and earth will pass away, but My Word shall never pass away.” So he warned us to stay clear from it when it comes.
Now,
back to what I was teaching a year ago. “So
let’s reword this some, not adding to or taking away, but breaking down what he
said and checking out what he means by certain key words he drops here. And
that will give us a better understanding of what he is saying.
1)
Before the great
onslaught coming on which will bring the mark of the beast and fulfill the
scriptures. So what is an onslaught? An
onslaught is defined as a fierce or destructive attack brought on by the
force of many or overwhelming numbers. Like Jesus speaks of the devil coming on like a flood. Like what we
have seen where this so called pandemic has overwhelming numbers of
people who have come down with it and overwhelming numbers of
mortalities, even though those overwhelming numbers may be a delusion and
in fact just made up and not real.
But never forget how
Abraham defeated the 5 Kings, when he used trickery and had the men spread out
and they had torches tied to ropes, many torches between each man tied a certain
distance apart from the next, so it looked like the entire hill sides were
strewn with soldiers with lighted torches when Abraham and his men were
actually well outnumbered by the 5 kings. But in the darkness of the night,
blowing the trumpets from the different men spread out strategically, so it
sounded like the attack was from all directions, and therefore the armies of
the 5 kings reacted in such a fearful way that in their confusion they began to
fight with each other in the dark night and they killed themselves, leaving
little work for Abraham and his men to finish the job. And so when br. Branham
speaks of the onslaught that is coming,
He says that “this onslaught will produce a
forcing of something”…
2)
“There will be a
forcing of the people” – so when does this forcing of the people take place? And what will they
be forcing on the people? These are questions everyone that believes this
message should be asking themselves. And when will this take place? He tells us
when this forcing will take place. He says
3)
“After the hold is
gotten”. So we must ask ourselves what he means by “the hold is
gotten”. The word Gotten
means “to come to a
specified place; to arrive at; to reach: to succeed, to become
enabled, or permitted:”
So once the hold has been permitted to take place,
then the forcing will take place. Once the hold has been activated, then while
the people have nowhere to turn, then the forcing will begin. He’s letting us
know how things will come down, so once we see one part we should be
anticipating the next move to take place. That is how we stay on top of the
Word as it comes to pass.
And the word hold,
what does that mean? Now, remember brother Branham having
been a cowboy I believe he was speaking in cowboy terms here, that no one
really understood back then until now that we are looking at the manifestation
of it in this hour. Because God interprets His word by bringing it to pass. And
what a type to see the people have been placed on hold, or rather in their holding
pens by being locked down throughout the whole world until the injections
and branding takes place.
The cattle are already owned by the cowboy, but he
places his brand on him to give an outward sign or a mark that the cattle is his. And that
is what the elites and Catholic Church are in the process of doing, they have
locked down the world and are now are in the process of applying the mark,
their sign of ownership.
4)…Just like it is in
other countries Forcing them into things they do not accept. Could that be world-wide vaccinations?
Could that be a vaccination card, a green card, like the Jews in Nazi Germany
had to wear a yellow star of David? And be compelled to take regular updates to
the vaccine card at the will of the government, where people have become like
cattle and must be rounded up to have a vaccination and then registered like a
Herford cow? And then he says,
5)… And this will cause the persecution. Why? Because many will resist, the Bible
tells us that and they will be hunted down and forced to take this mark upon
them. The Bible says they will be compelled to do so or they will not be able
to buy nor sell.
I’m afraid that everyone who claims to be a Christian
in this world is looking way down the road for the branding to begin and the
mark of the beast to be assigned to everyone on the
earth both small and great rich or poor, as
we read in the book of Revelations.
Revelations 13:16 And he causeth all,
both small and great, rich and poor,
free and bond, to receive a mark in
their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save
he that had the mark, or the
name of the beast, or the
number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath
understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and
his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
Now, notice he causes
all (he compels all) the world, whether
they are rich or poor, free or bond, small of great to receive the mark. Notice
it is not a free will thing they are doing, they are compelled to do it. Which means they are forced into it. How?
Because if they don’t do it “they will not be able
to buy or sell, save
he that had the mark,”
Now, Satan thought “I will bring them into Laodicea and that
will cause the Word in them to die right there. I will choke off the word with
the cares of this world.” Jesus told us that in Matthew
13. But that did not work on
everyone, so then he goes to plan “B” and it says, “he causes all, he
compels all rich and poor, elite or peasant, free or in prison, to receive
this mark.”
And then John tells us, “here is the clue for he which has wisdom,
this number is 666.”
Now, we have never at any time on earth in the
history of the world, have we ever had such a medical tyranny that everyone on
the planet is being compelled to take a vaccine, an injection in the arm, and
if you refuse to take it, you will not be permitted to fly on an airplane, nor
ride on a train or a ship, or use any mass transit system for transportation,
nor will you be able to vote, nor hold down a job, nor even buy food and any
other essentials to live. I would say
that is “a compelling”, my brothers and sisters.
Now,
that all for a back ground, this morning I want to examine 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 But I would not have you to be ignorant,
brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others
which have no hope. 14 For if
we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in
Jesus will God bring with him. 15 For this we say unto you by the word of
the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto
the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the
Lord himself (And Who is this Lord? It is Jehovah Elohim,
the Word, and what shall He do? ) shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of
the archangel, and with the trump of
God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and
remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in
the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
So what is the Shout? It is the
Word, the Message for the hour. And what is the Voice of the archangel? It is
the Word of God, and what is the Trump of God? It is the Word of God. God
descends with His Word because He is the Word. And the three things He does in
Word, Word, Word. Shout, Voice Trump, is Word, Word, Word. God by His Word does
all three, that is the key.
Jesus first coming had a Shout, a
public Message went forth, then a very private resurrection ministry (Voice) Then
a catching up of the resurrected ones, (Trump) And what happened in the Alpha
must repeat again in the omega.
Notice we see this in Matthew 25:6 And at
midnight there was a cry made, “Behold,
the bridegroom cometh”; (behold, look see, The Bride Groom is here, His
Parousia is here)
come out to meet him.
And that word cry means a scream, to call aloud, a
loud voice - cry- and a loud voice is a public message but the same one who
gives the public Message ie. The SHOUT is also the same one who gives a non public
Voice of Resurrection like Jesus did in the alpha, and then the Trump. The
Trump is not an instrument like a trumpet, but it is said in scripture there is
a Voice of the trumpet which means it has a message as well. And this is spoken
of in many scriptures. The Trump it has
a Voice, It is the same voice that is in the shout, that is in the Voice
and that is in the Voice of the Trump.
You say, the Voice of the trump? Yes
that is what I said. If the Lord Himself does all three things in His Parousia,
and He is the Word then it will be the same Word Voice that does all three. Has
to be, because it is the voice of God, not the voice of a man.
Revelation 1:10. I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,
11. Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the
last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven
churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos,
and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.
Revelation 4:1. After this I looked, and, behold, a door was
opened in heaven: and the first voice
which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come
up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
Revelation 8:2. And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.
Revelation 8:6. And the
seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.
Revelation 8:13. And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through
the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters
of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!
David in Psalms 47:5 said God is gone up with a shout, the LORD with the
sound of a trumpet.
That is what Paul taught exactly,
and David prophesied it 700 years before Paul taught us in Scripture. So the
Shout of God is tied to the Trumpet of God and we know a trumpet calls for an assembling of the people and also
declares war.

Now, What I want to accomplish in
this sermon this morning is to make you aware that the Shout Voice and Trump
are all the same Word coming in three phases. SHOUT VOICE TRUMP, The shout is
the Message, which is the Word of God. The VOICE is the Word of God, and the
trump is the voice of the Trump which is also the Word of God.
Revelation
chapter 4 pt 3 throne mercy 61-0108 P:52 But you notice in here, it was not mercy
seat, for there was lightnings, and thunder, and voices. There's no
lightning and thunders at mercy. That's judgment. Let's turn to Exodus, 19th chapter of
Exodus and the 16th
verse. Exodus,
19th chapter of Exodus and let's begin with the 16th verse. And it came to
pass... (Listen what... When God ascended up on Mount Sinai...) And it came to
pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunder and lightning,
and a thick cloud upon the mountain, and the voice of a trumpet
exceedingly loud;... (What is the voice of the trumpet? The archangel.)...
so
that all the people... (Listen.)... all the people... was in the camp
trembled. Judgment... Whew.
They'd marched out there, and God had given them grace to travel by; but they
had demanded a law. They... God wanted them to be interdenomination; they
wanted to make a denomination out of it, something they could argue about,
instead of just following God and living under His jurisdiction, under His
power. Grace had
provided a prophet; grace had provided an atonement (a lamb); grace
had provided all these things, and yet they wanted judgment. They wanted something they could
do. God said, "Assemble them together, I'll let them know
what it is. I'll show them what it is." Read. Listen. And the voice
of the trumpet got louder and louder until it shook the earth. You see what
judgment is? I don't want that. Give me mercy. And the...[Someone asks,
"Brother Branham?"--Ed.] Yes. [The brother asks for the last
Scripture reference--Ed.] That was Exodus, the--the--the 19th chapter and the
16th verse, Brother Fred: Exodus
19:16.
Rapture
the 65-1204 P:93 Therefore, the Message calls the Bride together.
See? The shout and the trumpet, the same morning with a loud voice He
screamed out with that shout, and voice and woke Lazarus. With a loud
voice He cried, "Lazarus, come forth." See? And the voice wakes up--wakes up the sleeping Bride,
the sleeping dead. And the trumpet, with the sound of the trumpet, and when it
does, it calls... Always a trumpet called Israel to the Feast of the
Trumpets (See?), which was the Pentecostal feast, the great feast in the
sky and the Feast of the Trumpets... And now, a trumpet announced a
calling together, calling to the feast. And now that is the Lamb's
supper in the sky (Now, watch.,) the assembling together in the Bride,
the Feast of the Trumpets, the Wedding Supper. We have seen it in types. Now,
watch just a moment before we close.
Notice how God spoke of the trumpet
as the voice of the prophet in Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be
blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a
city, and the LORD hath not done it? 7 Surely
the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the
prophets.
8 The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?
So although the Trump designates the Voice of God speaking,
it comes through a prophet.
Now throughout the Old Testament we see how the trumpet
sounding is associated with a gathering of the people and the declaration of
war as brother Branham taught us.
The Apostle Paul also mentions this
in 1 Corinthians
14:8. Where
he associates the trumpet blast with the declaration of war. “For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound,
who shall prepare himself to the battle?”
In Ezekiel 7:14 we read, “They have blown the
trumpet, even to make
all ready; but none goeth to the battle: for my wrath is
upon all the multitude thereof. 15. The
sword is without, and the pestilence and the famine within: he that is in the field shall die with the sword;
and he that is in the city, famine and
pestilence shall devour him. 16. But they
that escape of them shall escape, and shall be on the mountains like doves of
the valleys, all of them mourning, every one for his iniquity.”
And in Jeremiah 4:5 we also read, “Declare ye in Judah,
and publish in Jerusalem; and say, Blow
ye the trumpet in the land: cry, gather together, and say, Assemble yourselves, and let us go into the defenced cities. (why?
Because the trumpet declares war, first assembles the people, then war.) 6. Set up the standard
toward Zion: retire, stay not: for I
will bring evil from the north, and a great destruction. 7. The lion is come up
from his thicket, and the destroyer of
the Gentiles is on his way; he is gone forth from his place to make thy
land desolate; and thy cities shall be laid waste, without an inhabitant. Sounds
very prophetic for this hour to me.
Again we see that the trumpet is the
alarm of war as we read in Jeremiah 4:19. My bowels, my bowels! I am pained at my very heart; my heart
maketh a noise in me; I cannot hold my peace, because thou hast heard, O my
soul, the sound of the trumpet, the alarm of war.
20. Destruction upon
destruction is cried; for the whole land is spoiled: suddenly are my tents
spoiled, and my curtains in a moment. 21. How
long shall I see the standard, and hear the sound of the trumpet? 22. For my people is foolish, they have not known me; they are sottish children, (stupefied with or as if with drink; drunken.) and they have none
understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge. 23. I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without
form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light. 24. I beheld the
mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly.
25. I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled.
26. I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD,
and by his fierce anger. 27.
For thus hath the LORD said, The whole
land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end. 28. For this
shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black: because I have spoken it, I have purposed it, and
will not repent, neither will I turn back from it.
And in 2 Peter 3:10 we read, “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the
which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt
with fervent (intense)
heat, the earth also and
the works that are therein shall be burned
up. (utterly burned to the ground) 11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, (a shattering to
minute fragments; but not a reduction to the constituent particles, like 3089)
or disrupt, lacerate; by implication, to convulse (with spasms); figuratively,
to give vent to joyful emotions:--break (forth), burst, rend, tear.) what manner of
persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, 12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God,
wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall
melt with fervent (intense) heat?
So as Peter told us the day of the
Lord will come with a loud blast and fervent heat. How much heat? Approximately
10,000 degrees Fahrenheit, the same as the sun. So when Peter calls it fervent
heat, that is exactly what it is.
And in Zephaniah 1:16. we
read, “A day of the trumpet and
alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high
towers. 17. And I
will bring distress upon men, that they
shall walk like blind men, (Laodicea)
because they have
sinned against the LORD: and their blood
shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung. 18. Neither their silver nor their gold shall
be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD's wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy:
for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.”
In Jeremiah 6:17. we
read, “Also
I set watchmen over you, saying, Hearken to the sound of the trumpet. But they
said, We will not hearken. 18.
Therefore hear, ye nations, and know, O congregation, what is among them.
19. Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon
this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened
unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it.”
And in Ezekiel 33:3. we
read, “If
when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the
people; 4. Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet,
and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall
be upon his own head. 5. He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not
warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver
his soul. 6. But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow
not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any
person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I
require at the watchman's hand.”
And we know the book of Joel speaks
to us of the end time as well, so we see in Joel 2:1. Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound
an alarm in my holy mountain: let
all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;
So the word that comes at that time
will be the trump that gathers us into safety while it declares war upon the
world.
Jesus spoke of this great trumpet in
Matthew 24:31. And he shall send his angels with a great sound
of a trumpet, and they shall gather
together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the
other.
And in 1 Corinthians 15:52 The apostle Paul
speaks of this last trump as that which brings on our change and catching away.
“In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall
be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this
corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on
immortality. 54.So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and
this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the
saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is
thy victory? 56. The sting of death is sin; and the strength of
sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory
through our Lord Jesus Christ.
From Feast of the trumpets 64-0719M P:114 Notice now, in
closing, the ministry like the seventh angel, this two witnesses, they'd under
that Seventh Trumpet just before, the Sixth Trumpet, just before the
Seventh Trumpet find...Now remember, and I told you I'd bring back this Great
Trumpet... He said, what would he do over here in Isaiah? He said at the
Great Trumpet would sound (the Great Trumpet not trumpets now, Feast
of Trumpets, there's two of them, Moses and Elias to call the Trumpets), but
under the Great Trumpet (the coming of the Lord, to announce
Joseph returning. See?) that all nations would assemble at Jerusalem.
Amen. You find that in the Book of Isaiah; I just give it to you awhile
ago, one of those chapters we read. That's in Isaiah 18:1 and 3.
Feast
of the trumpets 64-0719M P:58 Now notice, the trumpet is to call together the
people--assemble themselves together for something. Sometime it announced a
important person like in Joseph. They sounded the trumpet and Joseph was
appearing, which was a symbol of the Great Trumpet (that we speak of and get to
after while) in Isaiah that says when that Great Trumpet sounds and the ensign
will be lifted up out there, then there'll come a time when the Great
Trumpet will be sound; and all the nations will gather to Jerusalem. That's
when the millennium starts, the Great Trumpet.
Well, brothers and sisters, what
is the last event to take place on earth before the millennium can begin? It is
Armageddon, and the destruction of all
those nations that come against Israel. Then the earth will be turned to
ashes, and we do not know how long it will take for plant life to come up upon
the earth but we will be at the wedding supper and I do not think we will be
paying too much attention to those details at that time. So in closing the let me just say this, the
Feast of Tabernacles was a feast where all peoples of the earth were to come to
Jerusalem where a tent or tents were set up for the people to come while they worshipped
God. In closing let me read verses of
Scripture to think on as we get ready to close in prayer.
Zechariah 14:12 Now this will be the plague with which the Lord shall strike
all the peoples that have warred against Jerusalem: Their flesh will rot while
they stand on their feet, and their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their
tongue will rot in their mouth. 13 In that day a great panic and dismay from the Lord will fall on
them; and they will seize one another’s hand, and the hand of the one will be
raised against the hand of the other. 14 Judah also will fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of all the
surrounding nations will be gathered together—gold and silver and garments in
great abundance. 15 So like this plague [on men] there will be the
plague on the horses, mules, camels, donkeys, and all the livestock in those
camps. 16 Then everyone who is left of all the nations
that went against Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King,
the Lord of
hosts, and celebrate the Feast of tents. 17 And it will be that
whichever of the families of the earth does not go up to Jerusalem to worship
the King, the Lord of
hosts, there will be no rain on them. 18 If the family of Egypt does not go up to Jerusalem and
present themselves, then no rain
will fall on them. It will be the plague with which the Lord will strike
the nations who do not go up to celebrate the Feast of tents. 19 This will be the
consequent punishment for the sin of Egypt, and the consequent punishment for
the sin of all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Tents.
Deuteronomy
16:16 Three times in a year
shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall
choose; in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the
feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty: Deuteronomy 31:10 And Moses commanded them, saying, At the
end of every seven years, in the solemnity of the year of release, in
the feast of tabernacles,
