Spoken Word no. 210

“Spiritually Revealed Word is manifested Word”

Brian Kocourek, Pastor

December 15th, 2010

This evening I would like to speak from a thought that brother Branham spoke in paragraph 97 It's spiritual revealed. If you catch It, then It's the Word, and you see the Word made manifest.

This evening I would like to examine this thought that brother Branham is laying out for us to understand. Notice he says, When It's spiritually revealed, If you catch It, then It's the Word, and you see the Word made manifest. Perhaps if you will permit me to reword this without changing its meaning, Notice Br. Branham is saying, “when the Word becomes Spiritually Revealed to you, and only God can Spiritually reveal His Word to you, then when you catch what He is revealing to you in His Word, it is at that time that that portion of the Word is becoming manifested before your very eyes.

Now, that’s not my own interpretation of what he is saying here, because I can take and show you where else he says it that way, and also where the Apostle Paul says the very same thing.

From his sermon Investments the 64-0314 P:24 Brother Branham said, His Word is interpreted unusual to what we sometimes have it interpreted. But as I've said before, God needs nobody to interpret His Word. He does His own interpretation by bringing to pass the things that He said He would do. He interprets His own Word. He doesn't need our interpretation. Our interpretation is our own manmade thoughts that we put with It. When God said, "Let there be light," and there was light, that needs no interpretation. God said, "A virgin shall conceive," and she did. That doesn't need any interpretation. Jesus said, "The Son of man goes up to Jerusalem, and be given into the hands of sinful men. They'll crucify Him; and on the third day He'll raise up again." That needs no interpretation. He said, "A little while and the world seeth Me no more; yet ye shall see Me: for I'll be with you, even in you, to the end of the age, to the consummation." He's here. It doesn't need any interpretation. It's His promise. "The works that I do shall he do also. He that believeth in Me, the works that I do shall he do also." That's found in St. John 14:12, and we know that that's true. So it doesn't need any interpretation.

Now, we can also find this in 2 Peter 1:16  For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.17  For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.18  And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.19  We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20  Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21  For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

So Peter tells us why we have a more sure word and that more sure word needs no private interpretation. It is because as he says, we heard His voice from Heaven, and we were eye witnesses of His majesty that shown all around us. In other words, we saw and we heard with two of our senses, and so we can be sure that this what we saw is the interpretation of what God promised for us.

And Paul says that if it is to be revealed, it can only come if we have the Spirit of God in us.

1 Corinthians 2: 9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10  But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 11  For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 12  Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 13  Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14  But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15  But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.  16  For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

And the Apostle Paul also said in Ephesians 5:13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.

And speaking of light that manifests, the Apostle John tells us the same thing in John 3:19-21 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20  For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.  21  But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made “manifest”, that they are wrought in God.

Now this word “manifest” is translated from the Greek word “phaneroo” which means: to manifest in it’s true nature. To Appear. To become thoroughly understood as to what and who one is. And this verse also says that our deeds might be wrought in God which means that they are performed, as in Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

And then again in the book of Romans 4:21. And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

Now, the fact that it is light about the evening time, and brother Branham coming forth with a gift of discernment, to cast light upon all, then this ought to  show us that God’s interpretation of the coming of evening light shows that the Word is here to manifest itself . It shall be Light about the evening time.  The scripture says, and for God to manifest that we saw the light manifesting and exposing those things which are hidden. So God has interpreted that Scripture for us by bringing it to pass,

Now, we can take that now and compare it over with Malachi 4 because God promised that there would be Light come again in the evening time.  (And I would like to remind you what this light is for. To show you where you are at and where you are going. So therefore, let’s read this next thought of Brother Branham’s with these reasons in mind, as though he will be explaining these two reasons to us. And the first reason for the Light is that you know where you are at. Now, let’s read it again... God promised that there would be Light come again in the evening time.  "For behold, I will send to you Elijah the prophet, and he will restore the children back to the fathers, and the fathers to the children (Is that right?), lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”  We are in the midst of a work of restoration, where God is here working through an Elijah ministry to bring restoration to His Children...  Now, let's take [St. Luke 17:30] and watch what Jesus prophesied there, saying that, "As it was in the days of Sodom, it'll be the same..." ( Again he is showing us where we are at, He’s telling us that the same characteristics that were displayed in the days of Sodom are being displayed today, “as it was in the days of Sodom”, and the word as means in the same manner. So, as it was then so is it now. This is what he’s telling us here. Because the words as means in the same manner as it was then, so shall it be now..

I hope you can see the significance of Spiritually Revealed Word bringing forth manifested Word rather than just written word or spoken word, because a spoken word is still in the promise stage, whereas spiritually revealed word is in the manifesting stage.

In other words, a promised word is yet invisible, while a revealed word is a manifested Word which is a visible Materialization of that which had been hidden.

Therefore the Invisible God had to become visible in order to show that His Word is real and not just invisible.

1 John 1: 1-4 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, (notice that is an audible sense, so it is no longer hidden, and then he says, ) That also which we have seen with our eyes, So again that becomes a sensate thing, or a manifested thing if you can see it with the eyes. And then he says, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; So this let’s you know right here that the invisible has become visible, thus clarifying or identifying what it is. Then he tells us what it is that we heard with our own ears and saw with our own eyes, and felt with our own hands. 2  (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness to it, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) So here we see that had it not been manifested we would still have had no clue as to the Life, and the nature of that life. But… 3  That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. 4  And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. 5  This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6  If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7  But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Therefore this makes the Invisible Word visible. It makes that which can not be seen, able to be seen, and therefore a reality. Therefore it was essential that God APPEAR in flesh before the SON of God appears in flesh at the second coming. Now, I hope we can understand the correlation of the Appearing to the Coming.

Romans 15:8  Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:

Notice, the very purpose of Jesus coming in the flesh was to establish the Word, make it live. So in the seen back in Genesis when Abraham met God we can see, One God come down and stand before a man who represented a Group or a seed line, and in this one man that stood before this Royal Seed, was the Eternal God who had made the Promise of  Son, and  this same God came in the Royal Seed Body of Jesus and again has come back to visit this seed lineage in this hour veiled in a human flesh to point us to the soon arrival of the Promised Royal seed, Son, Jesus. That’s why when they asked brother Branham the same words that they asked Jesus, when they said, “Show us the Father, He said, You’re looking at me aren’t you.” Now, that doesn’t make William Branham God, and yet it was God that stepped into Him and spoke forth from Him. That is what God said He would do back in Numbers.

Numbers 12:6-8 6  And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream. 7  My servant Moses is not so, who is faithful in all mine house. 8  With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?

Now, notice how God told us strait without beating around a bush. How much more plain can he get.

That is why brother Branham could tell us in his sermon Christ Revealed in His Own Word, “And there will be no further advancement than what you are seeing right now. This is the all of it.” Therefore if he said, “We’ve seen it all, then  we’ve seen all of it.” Now, in my understanding of our language, “a.l.l.” means “ALL”, it means “everything”. And there is nothing outside of it, period. That is why I can not understand why so many who claim to believe in this Message, are looking for some great thing to come forth from the Bride. They are saying, “God is in His Church!” and yet Brother Branham said, so often, “God is not in His Church, God is in His Word.

God said, "Let every man's word be a lie  and My Word be the truth."

So we brother Branham telling us, And there will be no further advancement than what you are seeing right now. This is the all of it. So,  when He says we have seen it all, then when we have seen God, The fullness of God, The all of God,  come down and  manifest Himself in Flesh, and we saw Him doing the same things that He did when He appeared to Abraham.

[PP. 142  The Rapture 65-1204] When you see God come from the heaven, stand before groups of men, and stand there, declare Himself just as He ever did... And that's the Truth, and this Bible open. See? That's right. We're here.  And the denominational system is dead. It's gone. It'll never rise again. It'll be burned. That's what you do with the husk on the field. Flee from it. Get into Christ. Don't say, "I belong to the Methodist."; "I belong to the Baptists."; "I belong to the Pentecostal." You get into Christ. And if you're in Christ, there's not a word written in here but what you believe it. I don't care what anybody else says. And then God makes that thing manifested, 'cause you... When He pours the Spirit upon the Word, what happens? Just like putting water on any other seed. It'll live, and it'll bring forth of its kind.

Then, we have seen it all. And says, So, there will be no further advancement than what you are seeing right now,...Then we will see no further advancement, period. That is why before he died, he told us that all that is left is for the Bride to lay in the presence of what is already here, the Presence of the Son, and we will ripen.

In Christ Revealed in His Word brother Branham said, [156]  A fine minister said awhile ago, said, "Brother Branham, if I could just have the joy of the Lord in my heart..."  I said, "Son, the revival's over." See? Now, the stabilizers is been put on the ship. Great fearful waves are out here before us, but we know just beyond that wave yonder we're nearing the shore. See? We're nearing the shore. Just stay stable.

Now, I would like to ask the question, “how can I just stay stable with so much falsehood being preached amongst the churches in this message? Well, brother Branham goes on to tell us how we can stay stable.

Brother Branham continued Just stay in the Word; stay with God. No matter how you feel, what anything else, stay right with the Word. Let it stay stable. When you see all these great big old clouds around us, and storms a-coming, and atomic bombs, and everything else they're talking about; but our stabilizer is right straight in the Word. God said it would be here; we'll crest every one of them. Yeah. We'll go right over the top of them. Yes, indeed. They can't sink us; they can't drown us. You put us in the grave; we'll come out again. That's just all there is to it. There ain't no way in the world to keep it down there. We'll caress every one of them, 'cause our great Chief Captain is calling at the other side.  We're anchored in Jesus,  The storms of life I'll brave;   I've anchored in Jesus,  I'll fear no wind or wave;

So we see then that this evening Light which is a light which has been manifested among us is what causes us to become stabilized and settled.

Mark 16:20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

This word confirmed here is the Greek word, {bebaioo=beb ah yo o} which means: to confirm, establish and stabilize. And that is why we see that there must come forth this evening light manifested word to bring forth what is needed for the people to be stabilized. And it must come at the Revelation of Christ because it is the Revelation of Christ, the manifestation or Appearing of Christ that brings stability. And that is what Paul tells us in...

1 Corinthians  1:4-10  4  I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; 5  That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; 6  Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7  So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:  8  Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9  God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. 10  Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

And the apostle Peter confirms this in

1 Pet 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope (earnestly expect) to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

John 14: 21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

John 3: 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Luke 8: 17 For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.

Mark 4: 22 For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad.
