Since the 1950’s, the US Government has had nuclear powered tunneling machines.  They were patented in the 1970's (US Patents #3,693,731).  As it burrows through the rock hundreds of feet below the surface, the Subterrene heats whatever stone it encounters into molten rock, or magma, which cools after the Subterrene has moved on.  The result is a tunnel with a smooth, glazed lining, somewhat like black glass, which is also apparently strong enough that it doesn’t even require reinforcing of the walls. It was featured in OMNI magazine, Sept 1983, p80.

So, with the above picture and the US Patent Office patent, I think that adds up to incontrovertible evidence that these things are real.  And further to that, it is highly likely that the claims of underground bases and tunnels across America (if not the world) are indeed true.

For those of you aware of the difficulties encountered in the Burnley tunnel being constructed in Melbourne, Australia, just think, we could have been driving under the Yarra years ago if they used this machine.  And none of these delays caused by leakages due to cracks which are the direct result of a large corporation trying to save money and constructing a cheap tunnel instead of doing it the correct way (double layered as per the Sydney Harbour tunnel).

SUBTERRENE

Robert Salter, of the RAND Corporation, has suggested building a subway from New York to Los Angeles magnetically levitated above the tracks.  The trains would zip through the evacuated tunnels at speeds faster than an SST, crossing the country in less than one hour.  Building such a train presents no special technological problems, but the cost of tunneling from coast to coast would.  To be economically feasible, engineers would have to develop a new way to dig.  The federal government's Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, in New Mexico, however, may have an answer to this challenge. Called the Subterrene, the Los Almos machine looks like a vicious giant mole. The beauty of the Subterrene is that, as it burrows through the rock hundreds of feet below the surface, it heats whatever stone it encounters into molten rock, or magma, which cools after the Subterrene has moved on.  The result is a tunnel with a smooth, glazed lining.  For power, the Subterrene can use a built-in minature nuclear engine or even a conventional power plant.

Governments are accelerating preparedness plans across the globe, as Russia reports that 5000 new bomb shelters are being constructed in the capitol city of Moscow.
In 2006 the European Union rapidly drew up and deployed plans to build a “Doomsday Seed Vault” to store millions of seeds from countries around the world in case of a catastrophic event. Previous reports suggest that the US Government Is Preparing For Unlikely Events Like War, Catastrophic Collapse of Society, and Even Asteroids. Among the preparations, the US government, like Russia, is building underground bunkers and military bases.

The U.S. is reportedly building these bunkers so rapidly, and on such a large scale, that private contractors are unable to acquire materials to build bunkers for individual clients. In recent years we’ve also learned that the US government is one of, if not the largest buyer of survival foods like freeze dried foods and MRE’s for emergency preparedness deployment. We’ve also recently learned that Department of Homeland Security has committed to “regionalizing” supplies across 15 regional emergency supply warehouses, telling emergency officials to be prepared in 2011.

According to RT, the official story from government officials is that the bunkers being built in Russia are for the general population and are necessary because there are currently only enough shelters to house about half of Moscow’s 11 million inhabitants. Most of the shelters built before and after World War II are either dilapidated or have been converted into public areas like restaurants.

Though the bunkers are supposed to be designed to shelter the population in the event of a nuclear attack, government officials say it’s only a precaution and they do not expect such an attack or nuclear outbreak (e.g. Chernobyl) to occur. Neither RT or the Russian government provided estimates for the cost of the facilities. A Popular Mechanics article that reviewed a number of different types of bunkers and building practices had varying prices depending on the type of shelter. Since the proposed Russian bunkers would hold roughly 1000 people each (based on the population count and other details), one could estimate that the lowest price point for a bunker this size, with basic necessities like bathrooms and reserve food for a day or two, may run in the area of around $100,000 – $200,000. This would put a conservative price tag for 5000 shelters anywhere from half a billion to a billion dollars. A significant investment, indeed.

The question that is likely on the minds of the preparedness community, especially those who have followed the rapid expansion of preparedness initiatives is, “why the haste?”

Do the European Union, United States, and Russia anticipate some event to occur in the future, or are these measures being taken strictly as precautionary measures – just in case?

One can only hope that governments are simply being proactive and not actively planning to deal with a catastrophic event unforeseen by the general public, but known to certain elements within emergency planning agencies.

This and other reports we’ve covered over the last eighteen months should serve as a warning to those who don’t believe a widespread disaster, natural or man-made, can occur.

If governments are spending billions of dollars on emergency preparations, there’s probably a good reason for it. It could be global stimulus projects during tough economic times, corrupt politicians working contruction deals for their buddies, or maybe they really are planning for a disaster.

In an age where nuclear war is not supposed to be a threat because of disarmament and unified global governance, it is quite interesting that the Russians are making such a large investment.

Nuclear Subterrenes

The nuclear subterrene was designed at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, in New Mexico. A number of patents were filed by scientists at Los Alamos. Nuclear subterrenes work by melting their way through the rock and soil, actually vitrifying it as they go, and leaving a neat, solidly glass-lined tunnel behind them. The heat is supplied by a compact nuclear reactor that circulates liquid lithium from the reactor core to the tunnel face, where it melts the rock. In the process of melting the rock the lithium loses some of its heat. It is then circulated back along the exterior of the tunneling machine to help cool the vitrified rock as the tunneling machine forces its way forward. The cooled lithium then circulates back to the reactor where the whole cycle starts over. In this way the nuclear subterrene slices through the rock like a nuclear powered, 2,000 degree Fahrenheit (Celcius?) - earthworm, boring its way deep underground.

The United States Atomic Energy Commission and the United States Energy Research and Development Administration took out Patents in the 1970s for nuclear subterrenes. The first patent, in 1972 went to the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission.

The nuclear subterrene has an advantage over mechanical TBMs in that it produces no muck that must be disposed of by conveyors, trains, trucks, etc. This greatly simplifies tunneling. If nuclear subterrenes actually exist (and I do not know if they do) their presence, and the tunnels they make, could be very hard to detect, for the simple reason that there would not be the tell-tale muck piles or tailings dumps that are associated with the conventional tunneling activities.

The 1972 patent makes this clear. It states: ".. (D)ebris may be disposed of as melted rock both as a lining for the hole and as a dispersal in cracks produced in the surrounding rock. The rock-melting drill is of a shape and is propelled under sufficient pressure to produce and extend cracks in solid rock radially around the bore by means of hydrostatic pressure developed in the molten rock ahead of the advancing rock drill penetrator. All melt not used in glass-lining the bore is forced into the cracks where it freezes and remains ... " "... Such a (vitreous) lining eliminates, in most cases, the expensive and cumbersome problem of debris elimination and at the same time achieves the advantage of a casing type of bore hole liner." (US Patent No. 3,693,731, 26 Sep 1972)

There you have it: a tunneling machine that creates no muck, and leaves a smooth,  vitreous (glassy) tunnel lining behind.  Another patent three years later was for:  A tunneling machine for producing large tunnels in soft rock or wet, clayey, unconsolidated or bouldery earth by simultaneously detaching the tunnel core by thermal melting a boundary kerf into the tunnel face and forming a supporting excavation wall liner by deflecting the molten materials against the excavation walls to provide, when solidified, a continuous wall supporting liner, and detaching the tunnel face circumscribed by the kerf with powered mechanical earth detachment means and in which the heat required for melting the kerf and liner material is provided by a compact nuclear reactor.

This 1975 patent further specifies that the machine is intended to excavate tunnels up to 12 meters in diameter or more. This means tunnels of 40 ft. or more in diameter.  The kerf is the outside boundary of the tunnel wall that a boring machine gouges out as it bores through the ground or rock. So, in ordinary English, this machine will melt a circular boundary into the tunnel face. The melted rock will be forced to the outside of the tunnel by the tunnel machine, where it will form a hard, glassy tunnel lining (see the appropriate detail in the patent itself, as shown in Illustration 41). At the same time, mechanical tunnel boring equipment will grind up the rock and soil detached by the melted kerf and pass it to the rear of the machine for disposal by conveyor, slurry pipeline, etc.

And yet a third patent was issued to the United States Energy Research and Development Administration just 21 days later, on 27 May 1975 for a machine remarkably similar to the machine patented on 6 May 1975. The abstract describes:

A tunneling machine for producing large tunnels in rock by progressive detachment of the tunnel core by thermal melting a boundary kerf into the tunnel face and simultaneously forming an initial tunnel wall support by deflecting the molten materials against the tunnel walls to provide, when solidified, a continuous liner; and fragmenting the tunnel core circumscribed by the kerf by thermal stress fracturing and in which the heat required for such operations is supplied by a compact nuclear reactor.

This machine would also be capable of making a glass-lined tunnel of 40 ft. in diameter or more.

Perhaps some of my readers have heard the same rumors that I have heard swirling in the literature and stories of deep, secret, glass-walled tunnels excavated by laser powered tunneling machines. I do not know if these stories are true. If they are, however, it may be that the glass-walled tunnels are made by the nuclear subterrenes described in these patents. The careful reader will note that all of these patents were obtained by agencies of the United States government. Further, all but one of the inventors are from Los Alamos, New Mexico. Of course, Los Alamos National Lab is itself the subject of considerable rumors about underground tunnels and chambers, (It may also be that the some of the tunnels are made by these machines, while other subterranean tunnel systems were made by other civilizations, both ancient and modern. --SW)

A 1973 Los Alamos study entitled "Systems and Cost Analysis for a Nuclear Subterrene Tunneling Machine: A Preliminary Study", concluded that nuclear subterrene tunneling machines (NSTMs) would be very cost effective, compared to conventional TBMs. It stated:

"Tunneling costs for NSTMs are very close to those for TBMs, if operating conditions for TBMs are favorable. However, for variable formations and unfavorable conditions such as soft, wet, bouldery ground or very hard rock, the NSTMs are far more effective. Estimates of cost and percentage use of NSTMs to satisfy U.S. transportation tunnel demands indicate a potential cost savings of 850 million dollars (1969 dollars) throughout 1990. An estimated NSTM prototype demonstration cost of $100 million over an eight-year period results in a favorable benefit-to-cost ratio of 8.5."

Was the 1973 feasibility study only idle speculation, and is the astonishingly similar patent two years later only a wild coincidence? As many a frustrated inventor will tell you, the U.S. Patent Office only issues the paperwork when it's satisfied that the thing in question actually works!

In 1975 the National Science Foundation commissioned another cost analysis of the nuclear subterrene. The A.A. Mathews Construction and Engineering Company of Rockville, Maryland produced a comprehensive report with two, separate, lengthy appendices, one 235 and the other 328 pages.

A.A. Mathews calculated costs for constructing three different sized tunnels in the Southern California area in 1974. The three tunnel diameters were:
a) 3.05 meters (10ft.);
b) 4.73 meters (15.5 ft.); and
c) 6.25 meters (20.5 ft.).

Comparing the cost of using NSTMs to the cost of mechanical TBMs, A.A. Mathews determined:

"Savings of 12 percent for the 4.73 meter (15.5 ft.) tunnel and 6 percent for the 6.25 meter (20.5 foot) tunnel were found to be possible using the NSTM as compared to current methods. A penalty of 30 percent was found for the 3.05 meter (10 foot) tunnel using the NSTM. The cost advantage for the NSTM results from the combination of: (a) a capital rather than labor intensive system, (Reducing the number of personnel required is especially important in black budget projects for security reasons. --SW) and (b) formation of both initial support and final lining in conjunction with the excavation process. (Leaving a glass-like lining, which could be *air-tight*, allowing the use of high-speed, superconducting mag-lev trains operated in a virtual vacuum in a tunnel deep underground. --SW)

In the book of Ezekiel 13:10-14 we are told, “‘Because they lead my people astray, saying, “Peace,” when there is no peace, and because, when a flimsy wall is built, (the walls of separation between Israel and the New Palestinian state) they cover it with whitewash, The flimsy wall of separation that is supposed to broker peace is the new state of Palestine/Israeli border, which the PLO and the other extremist terrorist groups are flinging their missiles over daily, what use is a fence, wall or an white washed agreement that is supposedly to bring peace. 11 therefore tell those who cover it with whitewash that it is going to fall. What’s going to fall? The agreement between Israel and the Palestinian Arabs because we already read in Joel 3 where God said, “I shall reverse the captivity and restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem”.

So God Himself promised to begin destruction by hurricanes to those who would pursue the division of Israel and the false hope of Peace that would come by a whitewashed agreement. Notice again verse 11 tells us, 11 therefore tell those who cover it with whitewash (hogwash) that it is going to fall. Rain will come in torrents, and I will send hailstones hurtling down, and violent winds (hurricanes and tornadoes) will burst forth. 12 When the wall collapses, will people not ask you, “Where is the whitewash you covered it with?” 13 “‘Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: In my wrath I will unleash a violent wind,(hurricanes and tornadoes) and in my anger hailstones and torrents of rain will fall with destructive fury. (the flooding aftermath of the hurricanes and tornadoes) 14 I will tear down the wall you have covered with whitewash (hogwash) and will level it to the ground so that its foundation will be laid bare. When it falls, you will be destroyed in it; and you will know that I am the LORD. 15 So I will pour out my wrath against the wall and against those who covered it with whitewash. I will say to you, “The wall is gone and so are those who whitewashed it, 16 those prophets of Israel who prophesied to Jerusalem and saw visions of peace for her when there was no peace, declares the Sovereign LORD.”’

January 21, 1998: President Clinton is waiting to meet with Arafat at the White House. At this exact time the President's sex scandal breaks.


September 27, 1998: Arafat is meeting with the President in Washington. Hurricane Georges hits Alabama and stalls. The Hurricane stalls until Arafat leaves and then it dissipates. Parts of Alabama declared a disaster area.


October 17, 1998: Arafat comes to the Wye Plantation meeting. Incredible rains fall on Texas which causes record flooding. FEMA declares parts of Texas a disaster area.


November 23, 1998: Arafat comes to America. He meets with President Clinton who is raising funds for the Palestinian state. On this day the stock market fell 216 points.


December 12, 1998: On this day the US House of Representatives votes to impeach President Clinton. At the very time of the impeachment, the President is meeting with Arafat in Gaza over the peace process.


March 23, 1999: Arafat meets with Clinton in Washington, DC. Market falls 219 points that day. The next day Clinton orders attack on Serbia.

September 3, 1999: Secretary of State Albright meets with Arafat in Israel. Hurricane Dennis comes ashore on this very day after weeks of changing course in the Atlantic Ocean.


September 22, 1999: Arafat meets with Clinton in Washington, DC. The day before and after the meeting the market falls more than 200 points each day. This was the first time in history the market lost more than 200 points for two days in a week. The market lost 524 points this week.


June 16, 2000: Arafat meets with President Clinton. The market falls 265 points on this day.


July 12-26, 2000: Arafat at the Camp David meetings. Powerful droughts throughout the country. Forest fires explode in West into uncontrolled fires. By the end of August, fire burns 7 million acres.

November 11, 2001: Arafat speaks at the UN General Assembly and condemns Israel. He later meets with Secretary of State Colin Powell. On this day, Saddam threatens the US with nuclear weapons. Within 24 hours of meeting with Powell, an airplane crashes in NYC killing 265 people. The crash was 15 miles from where Arafat spoke.

It was the costliest natural disaster, as well as one of the five deadliest hurricanes, in the history of the United States.[2] Among recorded Atlantic hurricanes, it was the sixth strongest overall. At least 1,836 people died in the actual hurricane and in the subsequent floods, making it the deadliest U.S. hurricane since the 1928 Okeechobee hurricane; total property damage was estimated at $81 billion (2005 USD), [2] nearly triple the damage wrought by Hurricane Andrew in 1992.[3] Hurricane Katrina formed over the Bahamas on August 23, 2005 and crossed southern Florida as a moderate Category 1 hurricane, causing some deaths and flooding there before strengthening rapidly in the Gulf of Mexico. The storm weakened before making its second landfall as a Category 3 storm on the morning of Monday, August 29 in southeast Louisiana. It caused severe destruction along the Gulf coast from central Florida to Texas, much of it due to the storm surge. The most significant amount of deaths occurred in New Orleans, Louisiana, which flooded as the levee system catastrophically failed, in many cases hours after the storm had moved inland.[4] Eventually 80% of the city and large tracts of neighboring parishes became flooded, and the floodwaters lingered for weeks.[4] However, the worst property damage occurred in coastal areas, such as all Mississippi beachfront towns, which were flooded over 90% in hours, as boats and casino barges rammed buildings, pushing cars and houses inland, with waters reaching 6–12 miles (10–19 km) from the beach.

Several Latin American countries in the path of volcanic ash unleashed from a Chilean Andean crater are facing critical shortages of water, agricultural collapse, disruptions in transportation and growing risks to human and animal health. Toxic ash clouds, seen to be dispersing toward Australia, have dumped the powdery substance across vast swathes of territory in Chile, Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay. And it blowing all the way around the southern hemisphere!

Qantas has cancelled Tasmania and New Zealand flights after warnings from the Australian and NZ Volcanic Ash Advisory Centres (VAAC), with flights from Hobart, Christchurch and Queenstown to Melbourne and Sydney affected. Chilean volcano Puyehue-Cordón Caulle continues to throw an ash cloud into the southern hemisphere, which has now circled the globe and threatens to affect more flights. Passengers to other airports on New Zealand’s South Island and lower North Island are also likely to be affected, with ash cloud predictions from the Wellington VAAC also covering Wellington. Ash is forecast at 20,000-35,000 feet across the entire South Island and much of the southern North Island, including the capital, Wellington.

The volcanic firestorm erupting across the world is a sign that the planet is now tilting towards geological upheaval. The magnetic reversal is accelerating and the sea-floor under the Pacific Ocean is spreading. Earthquakes are increasing all over the world especially around Japan and in the Pacific Ring of Fire and the Pacific plate is now experiencing increasing amounts of seismic tension. We are on the eve of witnessing destructive geological changes to this planet unknown in our lifetime. Below you are going to see pictures of a series of volcanoes that have been blowing their stackmostly in the last few months but some go back to early in the year. These are only the visible volcanoes though; there are thousands of underwater volcanoes. We see some possible evidence of one as fish are continuing to die in large numbers in the Arabian Gulf waters, reports Al-Mustaqbal daily. Kuwaiti expert on the impact of climate changes on Kuwaiti marine environment Dr. Thamer Al-Rasheedi said test results showed a remarkable rise in temperature of sea waters compared to the previous years.

A large number of fish died in Kuwaiti waters recently due to decrease in oxygen levels in the water. Currently there are many fish die offs that are plaguing the world with no one putting up any kind of comprehensive explanation. Seems to me the inner earth is exploding up incredible amounts of toxic materials into the atmosphere and waters, materials from our planet’s bowels and this stuff just does not sit too well with biological life.

During the late afternoon on Sunday, June 12 2011, a series of moderate earthquakes struck the Afambo, Eritrea area. The moderate earthquakes were followed by 2 strong 5.7 earthquakes. The Anabro (Nabro) volcano in the Northern Red Sea Region of Eritrea in Africa then erupted sending an ash plume more than 13 kilometers (8 miles) into the sky.

And today as I finish this essay a series of powerful tremors rattled the quake-prone New Zealand city of Christchurch on Monday, destroying buildings and sending boulders tumbling down hillsides nearly four months after a quake killed 181 people.

There are multiple major volcanic eruptions going on and the pace of eruptions has been accelerating in the past two to three months sending one towering plume of volcanic ash and gas after another high into the atmosphere. These images above all show huge plumes of sulfur dioxide spewing into the air.  As their eruptions continue sulfur dioxide levels will increase as well as sun blocking particles that will have a cooling and polluting affect.

Sulfur dioxide is a major air pollutant and has significant impacts upon human health. In addition, the concentration of sulfur dioxide in the atmosphere can influence the habitat suitability for plant communities as well as animal life. Sulfur dioxide emissions are a precursor to acid rain and atmospheric particulates.

So far in 2011, we have seen a record number of tornadoes, unprecedented flooding, rampant earthquakes uncountable in number, disturbing volcanic eruptions and a tsunami in Japan that none of us will ever forget. So why are there so many natural disasters in 2011?

Our top scientists seem to be at a complete loss to explain what is happening. It just seems like there is one disaster or emergency after another. Many Americans are getting “disaster fatigue.” There has never been a time in recent history when we have seen so many natural disasters compressed into such a short period of time. So exactly what is going on here? Is something causing all of this or is this all one big coincidence?

The Bible gives us a frightening and apocalyptic vision in the book of Revelation.  Many dismiss Revelations as nothing more than a religious fairy tale. But as we look around at the devastating toll earth changes that have already taken place on our planet this year alone we can easily come to the conclusion that we are now living not a fairy tale but a full blown apocalyptic disaster show.

“And there shall be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time.” Daniel 12: 1

So we are not surprised that reservations for a doomsday bunker in the U.S. have rocketed since Japan’s catastrophic earthquake, tsunami and nuclear meltdown. Actually when you add up all the types of disasters that are coming to us in plague proportions, record snow, cold, hail, rain, floods, drought, fires, heat, tornadoes, cyclones, hurricanes, and earthquakes we have reason to be very concerned for all of these natural disasters destroy agricultural production.

I have gone the other way and build my Sanctuary in a deep valley in the middle of continental South America in Brazil.

NASA last week released a video to its own employees warning them strongly to prepare their families for disasters. NASA is proud that it is the only federal agency that is charged with the safety of its people both here on earth as well as in space above. There is no denying that something is disturbing our planet and it is altering the balance of Nature. It has more to do with gravity and celestial bodies but what? Science has no explanation for what is taking place, however the Scriptures have a lot to say about what is taking place. .

Rapture the 65-1204 P:36 Isn't it a strange thing that not long ago on the east coast, the big blackout. They couldn't understand it. Texas blacked out last week. They can't understand it. Don't you realize that that's a sign? Don't you know the nations are breaking? Israel's in her homeland, and these signs are indicating that we are at the end. The same time it's blacking out, don't you know that's a sign that the prophet said that--"But there shall be Light about the evening time," that there will be a Light come forth in the evening time when the blackouts and things are going the way they are now. Look at just how it blacked out.

When the pole shift takes place as it did when Joshua commanded the sun to stand still, the shift will cause this water buildup at the equator to go somewhere, and it will spill over the coastal cities.

Oncoming storm 60-0229 P:19 Not long ago I was told of a story that happened, I believe I read it in a newspaper down in Florida. They have many great storms that sweeps through Florida, typhoons that come in off the sea, and brings the water for city blocks up into the city, and sweeps out everything.
