And
let’s open our Bibles to the Book of Revelations chapter 16 and let’s read verse 1 And I heard a great
voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out
the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
Let us
remain standing and bow our heads for prayer before we go to the Word of God.
Dear
Gracious Father we see the hand writing on the wall so clear, and we know that
this nation has rejected Thy Message, and for it they have been handed their
judgments. We ask Thee Father that before these judgments come upon this nation
and over take her, that you will take Your bride away. And seeing how close the
judgments are upon this earth we ask that you would prepare our hearts for the
soon going home, and we ask this in Jesus Christ’s name. Let us remain standing
for the reading of the Word.
Now, brother Branham told us that the judgments will
come because the nations have sinned away their day of Grace. You see, God
always sends a warning before he sends judgment.

Now, notice he said the famine will not only be a
natural famine, just as the depr4ession will be a natural man made
depression, but also there will be a
famine for hearing the TRUE Word of God. So we see they will have plenty of the
false word of God, but the spiritual famine will be for hearing the TRUE WORD
OF GOD. O, they don’t like the Doctrine William Branham taught, not even among
those who claim to believe his message, so they won’t hear it. And because Lee
Vayle teaches it, myself, and others of like mind, they won’t have nothing to
do with it, and thus they will have a famine from hearing the TRUE WORD OF GOD.
See, it is not that there will not be a TRUE WORD OF GOD available, but they
won’t hear it. That’s what it says. A famine for hearing, and yet we have more
tape recorders, and MP3 players and more people have complete full libraries of
the Entire Message, and yet they won’t hear it. You see, hearing means to
understand it. And they won’t understand THE TRUE WORD OF GOD and thus they
will starve to death spiritually speaking.
Now, on Wednesday evening we looked into this other judgment
which Brother Branham called the oncoming depression that is coming upon the
land, not only of this nation but of the entire world, and we saw that it is
part of the curse of Deuteronomy chapter 28 and verse: 43. Now, before we read,
I want you to remember that the blessings that God promised would come upon us
and overtake us in verses 1-15, and which blessings this nation has been
blessed with for the first 200 years, have now become the very curses that have
already come upon this nation and are over taking this nation as we see in the
headlines now almost every single day.
Deuteronomy
28:15 But it shall come to pass, if
thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all
his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these
curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
Now, there are many curses
which the people will be curses by that God mentions from verse 16 through the
end of the chapter, but let’s go to verse 43 The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and
thou shalt come down very low.
If you will notice
that the immigrants to this nation are accomplishing more than those who are
born here because of this promise from God.
And notice that part
of this curse is that this nation will become a debtor nation. 44 He
shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and
thou shalt be the tail.
So you see that
indebtedness is part of the curse that God spoke of. And what is strange is
that this nation claims to be a Christ fearing Bible believing nation, but so

And don’t tell me
just because you are in this message that this does not include you. We all
have the tapes, and brother Branham taught us that we should not go into debt
for anything other than a house mortgage and a car payment, and that we are to
pay them off as soon as possible. But the Lender wants you for his servant and
he says, I have cheap money, cheap interest rates and like a narcotic he gets
you to try it and taste it, and then like heroin, you are addicted and can’t
get free.
Now, verse 45 Moreover
all these curses shall 1) come upon thee,
and shall 2) pursue thee, and 3) overtake thee, till thou be destroyed;(till when? Til thou be destroyed. And why is this? ) because thou
hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments
and his statutes which he commanded thee: 46 And
they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever. 47 Because
thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart,
for the abundance of all things; (so these people were already blessed, but they had
so much blessing that they became increased with goods, and in doing so they become blind, and
naked and didn’t even know it. That’s
48 Therefore
shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, 1) in hunger,(there’s your famine naturally speaking) and 2) in thirst,
and 3) in nakedness, and 4) in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy
neck, until he have destroyed thee. And didn’t Laodicean’s say “we are rich and increased with good and have need of nothing?” But what was God’s answer to them? “Don’t you know that you are poor, miserable, blind and naked,
and don’t even know it.”
Now, I hate to say this
but let’s look around in this nation at the young men, and you don’t see too
many that are spiritually discerning. That’s because God doesn’t have
grandchildren, not even in this message. He has sons and daughters, but not
grandchildren. So if you think you will make it based on mom or dad, you had
better think again.
My greatest fear is for the young growing up in this
message that are not been born again. O they might be able to quote it and talk
about it, but to feel it in the depth of their heart and to know without a
shadow of doubt that God is their loving Father, they haven’t got a clue.
Brother Branham might have said, “we don’t go by experience, we go by the word
of God,” but that does not do away with other things he said, like the new
birth is an experience and anyone who goes through a birth will know it.” But
the children have been lulled into thinking they are born again just because
they profess to believe the Message. Now, listen friends, the devil believes
and he trembles, and he certainly is not born again.
The problem is that many who claim to believe this
message can not read. They don’t know how to read their Bibles and they don’t
know how to read the Message.
Let me give you an example, in the Church Age Book (C.A.B.): 141-1 brother Branham said, “And to every age we hear the same truth.
"He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith to the
churches." But only a Spirit-filled
man can hear the revelation for that
age. None other can. No sir. They
cannot because that is exactly what Paul said in I Corinthians 2:6-16. (
Now, some who misread this say that this says you must
be spirit filled first in order to hear the words, as though your ears are what
hears it. But brother Branham taught us that to hear means to understand.
Therefore you will never understand this message unless you are born again and
spirit filled.
Again brother Branham said,
So notice how he distinguishes the difference between
hearing it with your ears only and hearing it as in understanding it. Those who were
filled with the Holy Ghost heard the
Word, received it and lived by it. Those who did not have the Spirit heard
it only as carnal men, put a wrong interpretation on it and went into sin.
So young people who will hear this message over the
internet, you had better pray that God finds you worthy to receive his spirit,
and let me tell you something, God will never place his spirit in an unclean
vessel. He wants a vessel that is sanctified by the washing of water by the
word. David said in Psalms 119:9 “how does a young man cleanse his way? BY taking head to the
word of God.”
