The Doctrine of Christ no 28

“Learning to yield?”

Brian Kocourek, Pastor

Jesus was dependent upon Father to restore His Glory.

John 17:5 O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. Jesus had laid aside the position he had with his Father before the foundations of the world, and he longed to have it back. He had it but he stepped aside from it, and now is asking for it to be restored to Him again.  Most notable is the fact that He stripped Himself of all privilege when he came to earth to take on the form of man, and emptied Himself out completely and took on the nature of a bond-slave. The Weymouth Translation says, "Although from the very beginning He had the nature of God, He did not reckon equality with God a treasure to be tightly grasped. Nay, He stripped Himself of His Glory, and took on Him the nature of a bondservant, a man like other men.  As a bond slave, the main attribute expressed is submission to the will of the slave owner.

And that is exactly what the bride of Christ is going through right now. She is longing for her right position that she had before the fall.

Breach the 63-0317E P:45 Now, something's lost, and it's groaning. It's trying to get back to be back to its original condition. Would you imagine someone falling from the earth down into a deep pit somewhere, and was struggling, climbing, pulling... They must, by some means, get out of this pit. They're not in their original state, and frantically they're screaming; they're clawing the walls, making a noise or doing some way. They're groaning because that they want to get back to their original state.

In the book of Romans Paul speaks to us of this groaning and travailing that all the creation is going through including ourselves and brother Branham tells us it is because we are longing to come back to our rightful position which we had before the fall in the garden.

Romans 8:1  There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Now, what exactly is this law that Paul is speaking of here. He calls it “the law of the spirit of Life in Christ”? Well, if it is a law that concerns life the spirit of Life in Christ, then he has to be speaking of the law of Life itself, which is the law of reproduction in Genesis 1:11 that says, “every seed shall bring forth after it’s kind or nature. Then if this be so, he is telling us here that this law of the spirit of Life in Christ must produce the same nature in us if so be that we are in Christ. Then as brother Branham said in the Spoken Word is the original Seed,

Spoken word original seed 62-0318M P:135 Then the kind of seed you have planted in your field will be the kind of crop you will reap. If the denominations wants more members, that's what they're going to get. That's what they have gotten. The Pentecostals wants more Pentecostals; that's what they're going to get. That's right. But the Word's going to produce sons and daughters of God. Uh-huh, uh-huh. That's coming too. Watch, look at that great latter rain supposed to be done, how they would run over the wall, and leap over, and how they'd be an army coming. Just wait a minute. Uh-huh. The kind of crop you'll get is the kind of seed you put in your field.

So what’s he saying here? He’s saying what you preach for is what you will get. If you will preach for super duper then you will get a people looking to do super duper. But if you preach that the nature of Christ, the Nature in the life, the character and the attributes of the original seed will produce in other seed that same nature and character and attributes, then that is what you will produce, sons and daughters of God in the image of the first born son.

Spoken word original seed 62-0318M P:96 I'm a Branham because I was born of Charlie and Ella Branham. That makes me a Branham because I'm their seed. Their two agreements with their sperm together made a seed, and that made me. When God and His Word becomes one (Hallelujah.) that's when God's Spirit waters the Seed of God, the Word of God, It produces God; and it's not the individual; it's God. For what? you are dead; you're not yourself no more. You reckon yourself dead, hollowed out, waiting for the Seed germ. Then what is it? It isn't you no more; isn't the man; it's God in the man. It's a Seed germ like the beginning spoken Word. God's Word made manifest in the man; then it isn't the man; it's the man that's died. He can't be a hybrid and a son at the same time. He's either a son of death or a son of Life. So if he's a son of death, give it over to the devil and let him kill it. Give over to God a minute and let Him kill the devil that's in you, run him out: hollows you out. Then let God plant His Own Life in you, then it's not you no more; it's God's Life, because it's God's Word, watered by the Holy Spirit will produce the same thing. You see it? I'd just love to preach on that a few minutes, but with thirty or forty pages of Scripture here... And I've only got three so far.

Spoken word original seed 62-0318M P:91 Then the works will be manifested in Him are the same, for it is the same Seed Word of God. God's Son was His example Seed. And what His Life was when the Spirit poured upon Him after His baptism and the Holy Ghost come upon Him, the very Life that He produced will with that same watering Spirit of the Holy Ghost will bring forth the same kind of a Life, doing the same thing that He did; if it's the same Seed. Son of God Seed will bring forth a Son of God Seed.

The Apostle Paul continues in Romans 8:3  “For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, (now he is not talking here of the law of life of the spirit in Christ but rather the law of works that man was to do in his flesh.) For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  Now, he is not talking of the law or commandments but the law of life of the Spirit that was in Christ is what is to be fulfilled in us.

The problem is that most of the people are not willing to just let go and let God. They've got a better way than God's way. That is why they will obey the Word outwardly but inwardly they will fuss and complain. Martin Luther's book on ROMANS where he said...

"God judges what is at the bottom of the heart. and for this reason, His law makes it's demands on the inmost heart and cannot be satisfied with works, but rather punishes works that are done otherwise than from the bottom of the heart, as hypocrisy and lies. He goes on to say, in quoting Paul, "No one is, in his works, a doer of the law." "For although you keep the law outwardly, with works, from fear of punishment or love of reward, nevertheless, you do all this without willingness and pleasure, and without love for the law, but rather with unwillingness, under compulsion; and you would rather do otherwise, if the law were not there." "

So Paul is speaking to us not of the law as though it is something that could be fulfilled in the flesh for he is speaking of the law of the spirit of Life  which can not be fulfilled by the flesh unless all that is done is from the bottom of the heart, or from the inner nature of the new creation in Christ.

So Paul is telling us that the purpose of Christ’s coming was to release the Spirit back upon us, that the right-wise-ness of the Law of the Life of the Spirit in Christ might be fulfilled in us who walk after the Spirit. Or are guided by the Law of the Life of the Spirit. In other words, every seed after it’s kind.

5  For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. And where your treasure is there your heart will be also.

Look, the law of Life says, each seed after it’s kind or nature. So if the seed sown is after the flesh the flesh you shall reap. But if the seed sown is after the Spirit then the things of the spirit you will reap.

6  For to be carnally minded (carnally focused) is death; but to be spiritually minded (spiritually focused) is life and peace.  7  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

So the carnal mind can not be subject to the things of God because it is at odds with the things of God. Different natures all together.

8  So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9  But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Now, this should make it very clear that he is speaking of the law of Life where each seed will and must bring forth after it’s own nature, it’s own characteristics, and attributes. He says if the Spirit of God dwells in you then the life that comes to maturity will be God-Life in you.

10  And if Christ be in you, (Not if Jesus, but if Christ, the anointing of God, the Life of God be in you) the body then becomes dead to you; but the Spirit comes alive because of right-wise-ness (because of a correct way of thinking). 11  But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, (Now, who raised Jesus from the dead? God did, so Paul is saying here that if the Spirit or Life of God be in you) he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Now, this word quicken means to make come alive.  So what he is saying here is that the Spirit of God in you, will also make your body that you are living in now, come alive to His Spirit Life that is in you. In others words, you die to the nature of your flesh and the nature of his Spirit living itself out in you takes over the pre-eminent position in your flesh. Then you do not sin in your flesh because your flesh is governed by His Spirit that is alive in you.

12  Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. 13  For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. (If you through the Spirit do kill off the deeds of the flesh then you shall live, because it is no longer you living but Christ living in you.)

14  For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Expectation 61-0207 P:50 "Sons of God are led by the Spirit of God," not led by some other fanatics or some organizations or something or another, they're led by the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit was given to the church to be the Overseer, the Tutor that was to raise the children of God, not our bishops, and cardinals, and so forth, but the Holy Ghost. I'm expecting the Holy Ghost, not denomination, not a bishop, not a Catholic priest, not a Baptist preacher, or a Pentecostal preacher; I'm expecting the Holy Ghost to come down and set in order a church that'll go to meet Him, filled with the power and the resurrection of Christ. I'm expecting that; I believe it. God promised it, that there'd be a church there without spot or wrinkle on it. I'm expecting it because God said it was so. Someone said to me, "Brother Branham, aren't you afraid you'd make a mistake some night up there on that discernment?" No, sir. He told me He'd stand by me; I'm expecting Him to do it. That's exactly right. "Aren't you afraid some of them prophecies would be wrong?" If I was afraid, I'd quit saying it. If I wasn't, had confidence in the One was speaking to me, but I'm expecting it to be that way. He said He'd do it, and it's never failed yet, and it never will, because I'm expecting Him to keep His Word, revealed by the Holy Spirit. "Sons of God led by the Spirit of God."

Led by the spirit 50-0715 P:4 And now, one of the most wonderful things of God and the Christian, the connection of the fellowship between God and Christians, is that they that are sons of God are led by the Spirit of God…. But the greatest thing I've found in Christian life is letting the Holy Spirit lead you and guide you. And His work is marvelous.

Word become flesh India trip 54-1003M P:81 "And they that are sons of God are led by the Spirit of God." Then when the human element goes out, and the Spirit of God fills that vacancy, where you empty yourself (amen), then will be when the Church in Its power of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, will walk in His steps, in His Power, in His thoughts, in His Being, in His moving... You see what I mean? Then your thoughts will become words, and words will become material. That's when the Church in its power...I believe it's on its road, that when the Church will be so wrapped in Christ, the Holy Spirit, mankind so away from theirselves, that they don't see themselves, they don't have no thoughts but to serve God. And their thoughts move on. They refuse the things of the world. They just move in the Spirit, live in the Spirit, move in the Spirit, walk in the Spirit, so fulfill the law of Christ. Then the love of Christ in the human heart, moving in the Holy Ghost, that great wonderful Church will go forth with power and Deity; because Deity will be revealed in human beings by the Holy Spirit bringing to pass the thought of their mind.

And we are not talking about fanaticism here, we are talking about the Word of God, for Jesus said my Words are Spirit and they are Truth. As brother Branham pointed out, not your own thoughts, you have died to yourself, and are alive in Christ Jesus, and He is the Word.

Ephesians 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

Colossians 2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

Leading of the sprit 55-0807E P:14 That's the same thing they say that anybody who takes God at His Word; they say they're crazy when they're led by the Spirit. But sons of God are led by the Spirit of God. And the Spirit of God will always bear witness of the Word being the truth. No matter what people say, the Word's right. You see it? Oh, I love the Word. Faith has to anchor on the Word, what God says.

And then Paul tells us, 15  For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. 16 Then when you have died to self, and follow only the leading of the Holy Spirit, then The Spirit (God’s Spirit) will itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

So you don’t have to try and prove anything to anybody. God’s own Spirit will bear witness for you. That is what he is saying here. God’ own Spirit will bear witness with our spirit. It’s not what you do, it’s just what you are yielded to. Then God through His Spirit will bear witness for you that you are indeed His child.

Perfect strength 61-1119 P:138 You're a Christian when you are born again and filled with the Holy Ghost, not until that, and you're yielded completely to the Spirit. If you're not yielded to the Spirit, then you're not born again and you don't have the Holy Ghost.

Jesus Christ the same 55-0116E P:43 Well, if the Devil can take a man yielded perfectly to him, and make him two or three times his strength, what can a man that's yielded to the Holy Spirit, what can God do for him? How many more times can He make him strong? A man that can't move, is paralyzed, the Holy Spirit get a hold of him, straighten him right up. A man that's so weak he can't raise up...

Revelation chapter 4 pt 1 60-1231 P:27 And can anything happen to a Christian without its for the best? No, no. …Whatever I got, I surrender myself to Him and just do what He says do. That's all. Sometimes it's very contrary to the way I think it is. But I know, if He's leading it, He's smart. He knows what He's doing; I don't. So I just let Him do it (You see?), and then it's just all right. See? I just let Him do it. That's it, Brother Neville. Yes, sir, just let Him do it. See? He's the One knows what He's doing; I don't. See? So I just don't try to have any great big flowers and things, and just humble myself and say, "Here I am, Father, anytime You want me." So just go right on like that, and it always comes out right.

Anointed ones at end time 65-0725M P:193 Now, I want you to know this is sure. And you that listen to this tape, you might have thought today that I was trying to say that about myself, being that I was packing this Message. I have no more to do with it than nothing, no more than just a voice. And my voice, even against my better judgment... I wanted to be a trapper. But it's the will of my Father that I declare to do, and determined to do. I wasn't the One that appeared down on the river; I was only standing there when He appeared. I'm not the One that performs these things and foretells these things that happens as perfect as they are; I'm only one that's near when He does it. I was only a voice that He used to say it. It wasn't what I knew; it's what I just surrendered myself to, that He spoke through. It isn't me.

Hear ye Him 57-0519A P:7 It isn't me that sees the visions of those people. I'm not the one that operates that. It's you're the one that operates that. You say, "Brother Branham, tell me about..." I can't, I don't know. See? If you are the one that does that. It wasn't Jesus that healed the woman that touched His garment; it was the woman's faith in Him that healed herself. Why, "Thy faith has saved thee." Jesus didn't know who she was or what was wrong with her, or nothing about it, until God showed Him. She just touched His garment. See? "Thy faith has saved thee." Not, "I healed you." Your faith did it. See? That's the difference.

Jehovah Jireh 56-1209E P:86 What you do, it's a gift; you just yield yourself. I have a way of doing it. That's my own secret between me and God. And I just get... I was born to do it.

How can I overcome 63-0825M P:49 Now, don't struggle. Not him that willeth or him that runneth, but God--just let God. Just yield yourself to Him and walk on with a perfect, satisfied faith that what God has promised He's able to perform.

Jesus arose 56-0405 P:45 To the newcomers, here's what happens, here what it is. It's yielding to the Spirit of God. Just yield yourself. It's a way, perhaps, you'd never be able to do it, probably I'd never be able to do what you do. But God has put us all in the church for some purpose, for His purpose.

Their eyes were opened 57-0421E P:32 And God set some in the Church, first apostles, then prophets, teachers, evangelists, and pastors, all for the perfecting of the Church. How could we turn one down and say the other one isn't so? God does it Himself. It's nothing in the world but just yielding yourself to the Holy Spirit. And the Holy Spirit takes over from there, and you don't know what you're doing. It's the Holy Spirit's sovereign work.

Stature of a perfect man 62-1014M P:29 Yield yourself, and after while you break away from yourself. There comes the vision: "Go to such and such a place and such and such a thing." See, starts off from meditating, your mind on God, out of the world, away from the world out in the wilderness to yourself, and it starts coming: "One--One..." I say--any number or anything, just something starts gradually, faintly coming in. Then it comes faster, faster. And you set there and raise up your hands; don't say a word, just hold your hands in the air. First thing you know, your whole being is caught away. Then you see things that He wants you to know, showing you things that is to come. Sometimes it comes up to a spot, until a certain spot, and then stops. It doesn't go into a vision. Then Scripture just pour together. I grab my pencil so I won't forget it, and write it down. Write it down, and I come home and look it over, and study it. And sometimes, it don't even make sense to me when I'm looking it over. And then after while, here it is; it strikes, and away it goes again. Then I get a little book like this and just start sketching down just as hard as I can, what He tells me. I thought, "Lord, I'm going down to the Tabernacle and tell them I--'Come on down,' I got something for them." Well, that's how it comes. It's exactly. Until first He gives it to me, I cannot give it out. So then upon these little sketches that you see me looking down upon; and this first I started, I didn't get this part here until just about a day or two ago up in the woods.

Jehovah Jireh part 2 62-0706 P:82 A gift is just to yield yourself, like pull yourself in gear. Just like this microphone, turn it on, something has to speak through it. It's just a little gear I turn on, a little thing. The Holy Spirit, I don't turn it on; He turns it on. And then He speaks; it's not me. Now, be reverent and believe, each one of you, and just pray.

It wasn't so from the beginning 60-0306 P:48 What about the visions on the platform out through there, and over the country, wherever it is? It's yielding yourself to the Holy Spirit, getting yourself out of the way, your own ideas, and just be led by the Spirit. That's right.

Now, I know there are some who think that a Prophet is the only one who has this gift to yield himself. And that is so far from the truth. Every Son of God Who has that sixth sense will one day learn how to yield to it. In fact if a man is called by God to preach, he knows that if he can just get himself out of the way, and let go of his own thinking then God can take over his mind and feed the people the spiritual food in due season. But it takes a letting go and letting God. It takes an ability to simply yield your mind to His mind, “let the mind that was in Christ be in you, see’

Brother Branham said from his sermon, Infallible proof of resurrection 57-0114 P:101 It's yielding yourself to the Holy Spirit, and He anoints. Just like any minister comes to the platform, he's got his subject on his mind, he yields hisself to the Holy Spirit, and the Spirit preaches through him. That's a pastor, or teacher, or evangelist. An apostle operates in the same way. And a...

Jehovah Jireh 55-1117 P:61 It isn't whether I touch you or you touch me; it's whether you touch Him or not. See? I'm just a man. See? And What could I do standing here? Looky here, this microphone, you hear my voice through it, but it's a complete, deaf, mute, unless there's something speaking in it. Is that right? So would I be a complete mute, nothing to say, unless something speaks through it. You just yield yourself and the Holy Spirit goes to work and confirms that Jesus raised from the dead. And He said, "The things that I do..." I don't... Listen, for the newcomers, Jesus said, "I don't do nothing unless the Father shows Me first a vision, what to do." Saint John 5:19. "Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing in Himself, but what He sees the Father doing: that doeth the Son likewise."

Now, you say, but what about me? What about those who don’t have that gift to see visions? You still have God’s Word for it. Elijah didn’t get a vision in that cave. The Bible tells us it was a still small voice. God wasn’t in the lightning, God wasn’t in the earth quake, but he heard God in that still small voice. So God’s instruction to you doesn’t have to come by visions and dreams and such as it did with His prophet, because you already have God’s Word to tell you what to do and not to do.

So just rest in His Word and listen to what He has to tell you. And be like br. Branham was, so much of God on the inside that He saw God in everything including the little rustling of leaves that entered his car.

You say, what are you doing preacher? Why are you teaching this stuff? What I am trying to do by God’s grace is to help you to learn to just let go. Stress is killing people every day. It isn’t cholesterol that kills people or God would not have made sure you get it from your diet and your body making it. Your brain feeds on cholesterol. It needs cholesterol to thrive.

A study posted on December 13, 2010  in the Archives of Neurology [Arch Neurol. 2010;67[12]:1491-1497] finds that having a high level of HDL cholesterol lowers risk for Alzheimer’s disease. HDL stands for High Density Lipoproetin, and helps to clear away the LDL known to cause narrowing of the arteries and clots. People who loose weight typically lower their LDL and increase their HDL.  Previous studies have also confirmed that high HDL cholesterol lowers risk for heart disease as well.  So, if higher HDL levels are good for you how do you raise them? The answer is by eating a low GL diet (GL stands for Low Glycaemic diet (low carb diet) and then just supplement with niacin. Niacin not only lowers cholesterol better than any drug, but it also raises HDL and helps unblock arteries. (1)

And these statin drugs are no good for you, they’re starving your brains of cholesterol and doing your body great harm. Don’t listen to these doctors about those things, they don’t know what they are talking about. Just look at the facts. Doctors live on the average ten years less than the average person. So what do they know about diet and health. They know how to turn off your bodies receptors, but that is like unplugging the check engine light so it doesn’t annoy you any longer. But that check engine light is there for a purpose and so are your receptors and you were give a body that can signal you of trouble with symptoms showing you that you r body is in need of repair. And statin drugs don’t do that. They artificially shut down the receptors that are warning you of danger, but it isn’t the receptors or symptoms that kill you, it’s the root cause illness that kills you.

Currently over 60 million American are on statin drugs prescribes by their doctors. We talk about avoiding certain kinds of foods, what about drugs that are being prescribed that will destroy your health.

The problem with statin drugs is that cholesterol is an important component in the body for maintaining cellular health, and if inhibited by medications, can cause the body to develop blood sugar problems, edema, mineral deficiencies, chronic inflammation, difficulty in healing, allergies, asthma, reduced libido, infertility and various reproductive problems. And that’s just the problems caused by inhibited cholesterol production in the body. That doesn’t even take into account the dangers of the statin drugs themselves.

The most common side effect of the drug is muscle pain and weakness. One study found that 98% of people on Lipitor developed muscle pain and weakness. Other side effects of the various statins include peripheral neuropathy – tingling, numbness, weakness and pain in the hands and feet; nerve damage; liver damage; heart failure; dizziness; memory problems; lower intelligence; cancer; pancreatitis; depression; and suicide. (2)

The Bible tells us it is stress that kills you. And in this hour of great stress we need to learn how to relax, and enjoy the lives God gave us. Now we find in the scriptures where we are warned that there is coming at the end-time, a time that will be full of tension and stress and it will hard to bear. We are also told that the anxieties of life will be self consuming everyone on the face of the earth. And friends we are there now.

2 Timothy 3: 1 from the Amplified version: says,  “But understand this, that in the last days there will set in perilous times of great stress and trouble - hard to deal with and hard to bear.

Maniac of Gadara 54-0720A P:56 You can completely submit yourself to the Holy Ghost, and no affliction can hold you. You walk by the power of the Holy Ghost. You are well; you give your testimony, everything else. You're healed by the power of the Holy Ghost. You that's sinful, that maybe drink and smoke and gamble and do things like that, you'd say, "I can't give them up, Brother Branham." Yes, you can. You just submit yourself to God one time, and just yield your whole self to God and watch what takes place. That's the whole thing. There's no secret in it. It's not a hocus-pocus. The only thing it is, is submit yourself to God. Amen. There it is, and then it's not you any longer; it's the Lord. The Lord does it after that. Aren't you happy that we have that opportunity today for that?

You know it is not just Brother Branham that said this. Solomn Wickey, a very well known Iridologist with a gift, said “you must turn your troubles over to God and then forget about them.” That means don’t keep digging them up, just turn them over to God and forget about them. If God can place your sins into the sea of forgetfulness, then why don’t you do the same? Do as God does.

Jehovah Jireh 57-0309E P:63 Now lady, you're standing here for something... I don't know. He does. You know I don't know nothing about you, and don't know what you're here for. But what do you... Says, "What do you try to do, Brother Branham?" I'm yielding myself. Did the Bible say in one place, "Behold the lilies of the field... "? That's in the Bible. What does a lily do? He toils all day and night just to yield himself to the bees, the passer-by, to give out. He was made a lily. God mak's honey, so He makes the lily to give out the honey. He gives gifts in His church. We just yield ourself, we yield.

Love 58-0313 P:63 Now, if I said I could heal you, I'd be telling you something wrong. I cannot heal you. What is it? It's a gift that I have that God gave me, not somebody laid hands on me. That don't work. Gifts and callings are without repentance. You're born with them in all your life. The Bible said so. See? Moses was born a prophet. John the Baptist, seven hundred and twelve years before he was born, he was a voice of one crying in the wilderness. God told Jeremiah, "Before you was even conceived in your mother's wombs, I knew you, sanctified you, and ordained you a prophet to the nations." See? It's God's election, calling, not that you're any better than anybody else; we're all the same. We're just children, but God has chose some to be one thing and some another. And if you pick where God chose you, then you can yield yourself, and that spirit will work through you. Just like these ministers here. Well, they're called preachers. They don't get up here... The preacher, I'm not a preacher. I wouldn't say I was a preacher, because I have no education. But some man there could get up here and preach till... When they're preaching inspired. They yield themselves to the Spirit of God. They have a way of doing that.

Great warrior David 55-0118 P:8 So it's just which ever way you base your faith. If the doctor says it's finished, and you believe that, that settles it. That's right. But if the doctor says it finishes, and you don't believe it, because God said something different, watch what happens. See? Just depends on which way you let yourself go. Who you yield your members to, that's whose servant you are.

Then Jesus came 57-1213 P:46 The last days we're living in, the great teachers and things... Someone asked me not long ago, "Has the teachers been wrong? "I said, "As an illiterate person, I wouldn't want to say that scholars are wrong. What they taught was well, but they just didn't go far enough." It's yielding yourself to the Holy Spirit, not to create a bunch of fanaticism, but to create a solid Gospel that's rests right here on God's eternal Word. And God is obligated to back up His Word.
